Absolutely disgusting. Burger was burnt. Bun was hard on edges. Chips were hard. Must have been all dinner times. Not fresh at all. The best was garlic bread. Don’t think I’ll go there again

You owe us money!!! Pay it!!! You took our money and gave us nothing!!! Still no refund issued!! When ordered online what we wanted to eat, and paid for it, you then phoned us saying had run out of shish kebab which we ordered and offered kofte kebab instead, if we wanted 2 kofte kebabs, would have ordered them in the first place haha!!! So cancelled order!!! Took our money then took our bank details saying have to get manager to approve refund, no refund yet and extremely rude when phone you about it!!!!! Pay us back our money!!!!!

Best kebabs in Bristol without a doubt. Been ordering from Rockys for years and it's the only kebab house I will order from and have never had any issues. Everything I've ever ordered has been perfect. Always arrives promptly and fresh along with the best delivery drivers, they are always very friendly.

I ordered a Shish kebab with salad and sauce! I specifically said in the notes in capital letters as they seem to never read them that I’d like everything separate and wrapped individually! Guess what? Everything was just dashed on top of the pita bread in one box!! soggy cold and vile!! The meat wasn’t tender at all (very chewy) Never again! If you’re going to have a note section it’s probably best to read them!!

Gave this place 5 stars before for food, I was annoyed they keep getting order wrong, 6 times later it’s been wrong most of them times! They don’t read the notes I even called them before I ordered to say read the notes still wrong! And my wrap was an absolute joke, tiniest amount of meat, not even wrapped up shoved together, they don’t apréciate their customers I’ve realised that, last time I’m going here!

Fab tasty food! The cheese on their pizza is really tasty with a nice crispy base. Perfect pizza- fair play! The premises looked clean and tidy too which is an important factor for me when it comes to buying food.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE Ordered food to be delivered to the shop I'm parked at for the night in the wagon. The driver drove around for half an hour and couldn't find the address. In the end I was told I had to walk and meat him as where I was parked he couldn't find. Although putting the address in Google maps and came up straight away. I refused and said I want a refund if he's not going to deliver it. They said they'd refund, I'll update later if I get refunded. And was told to F off by the guy on the phone. Update. I have now been refunded, taken a full week. Definitely won't be ordering again 👎🏻

First time using this place, not impressed at all. They were obviously very busy with phone/online orders but I was the only in shop customer and still had to wait 20 minutes for my order. None of the Lamb doner meat was fresh and the salad was very small and poor quality. Can't recommend it and won't be using it again.

Lamb Donner kabab was really nice, however the chips were average, not tasty at all. Delicious chicken wings.

Not sure if there was a new chef on the grill, but the chicken wings that I ordered were burnt, the wrap was full of inedible large chucks of meat, and also tasted burnt, the pizza and the chips were alright, alhought the default BBQ that the pizza came with is probably not a good idea, and if I order again, I will ask for a normal tomato base.

Up until tonight great food and service, however tonight ordered and after waiting for over an hour the order was cancelled, why let your customers wait for an hour then cancel their order. V disappointed!

First time I used this Kebab house, meat was tender and delivered 18 minutes before time. However in extras we got cheesy chips but curious why the two large kebabs we ordered, neither came with salad? Especially when it doesn't state just meat and only salsa option is served in a pitta. Strange! Thought I'd post this for any new customers thinking of using them for delivery
