Absolutely disgusting food, cold don't taste good

delicious food with large portions and cheap prices service is great me and my family have been coming here for years and it is honestly a treat to come here. always lucky to have it right across my house😉

I was disgusted with the doner kebab, had food poisoning from this rubbish takeaway! Absolute garbage.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. Do not go here, unless you want to feel really ill and have diarrhea for at least a few days, which may include accidentally ruining your underwear (in other words, get food poisoned). I was also lied to on the phone. The people behind the counter were not polite, nice or friendly.

Got the chicken wrap with salad and garlic mayo almost cried halfway through eating it best kebab I’ve had in a while. These guys definitely don’t muck around. You will not regret eating here, Very good prices if you are anywhere in Bristol wanting a kebab this is definitely worth the travel wherever you are. Really bad kebab. Ordered a number of shish last night. Burnt to a crisp. The lamb Döner Mix is not good. The salad is tired. As a turk I was offended when I got home

ordered a donner pizza while i was waiting in shop, it wasn’t even busy but they burnt my pizza. i was at home and kids were hungry so couldn’t go back to give it back, always check pizza before you leave shop.

Order food from these guys, took over an hour to turn up, wasn't even the right order, specifically asked for the driver to be quiet as a child is sleeping in the house and yet he drove around outside beeping his horn over and over again, delivery driver was rude, and their only excuse was the man making the orders was drunk, overall seems like a terribly run establishment

Get the chicken shish - always good, just if the main boss man isn’t in they always well stingy on the salad and sauce. Otherwise rate it .

Great value, £5 for 4 pieces of chicken, £5.50 for a large doner. Super tasty. Better than anywhere on Gloucester Road.

So this place used to be 5*! Now it’s cold tasteless kebab meat! Absolutely disgusting! Worse part is my previous visit I had a few to drink and any food normally tastes good! I had one bite and spat it out was disgusting 🤢! I don’t know why but thought I’d try it again! Can’t tell you 1 billion % won’t ever order anything again from here! Kebab is vile! Cheesy chips £4 for a small portion! Rip off! Oscars is down the road and still going after many years of being there! Stay away from BRISTOL KEBAB HOUSE!!!!

Used to eat here a lot! It’s now my 5th time in a row of having terrible kebab! I won’t ever be going here again! Meat is cold! Tasteless! No flavour! Rude customer service! Also ordered cheesy chips…. £4 for chips that weren’t cooked properly cheese not melted! Basically disgusting!!! This is the last and final time I will eat from here!!!! This place needs to be shut down! They cut the meat during the day then stick it in water all throughout the day! Then happily serve you stale watered cold kebab meat at full price!!! SHOCKING!!!!!! I was worried at the low price of the kebab, but I was not disappointed. Tasty, chilli sauce had a kick. Will go again next time I'm local.

It’s disgusting hardly any meat in the kebab they forgot to put salad in the kebab after I said I wanted it five times then I ordered a burger and the bun was burnt then I also found a plastic bit of rubbish in my kebab it’s apawling and I’m a regular in there and since they have new staff it’s vile

This is a nice, cheap spot for a sizeable takeaway in what is typically a pricey city. Is it the best takeaway in Bristol? No, but is nice and of fantastic value. You can get a 16 inch pizza for £8 to give you an idea of the fantastic value on offer here. So Bristol Kebab House is a great shout for if you are looking for a sizeable, pleasant meal on a budget.

Great value for money, food is great. But today I choked on a piece of plastic which was in the salad. It looks like long bit of cling film. I know you are busy and i know mistakes happen, please be more careful x

Though the food is slightly more pricey than other takeaways, I can easily say that the quality is decent; especially the Doner kebabs. The other food options, such as the hot wings and pizzas are also very nice too. The food is also Halal. The only downside is that some members of staff can be a little rude/can give a lack of customer service. Other than that, it is a great takeaway.

Food is all around clean and decent. Little more expensive compared to local competitors around the block, but I have to say the extra charge is all good since the döner kebab (lamb) is fresh and clean tasting. Pizzas are also top notch! Perfect amount of topping, dough, etc. Nice, hot and melty. Premise is also very clean My only real gripe with the place are the wings consistency. Sometimes, modest in size, other times, little on the smaller size. Overall however, very good local takeaway in the Pauls.

Avoid!!! I ordered on uber eats 3 hours ago and tried calling them over 10 times and couldn’t get through. Finally got through after trying many times and they lied to me saying they came to my address and tried to call me when i didn’t receive any calls. No one knocked ON my door or Rang me. Pathetic shop run by clowns AVOID

your usual kebab house with your usual diner kebabs and wraps....I only go for 1\4 cheeseburgers as a meal but make sure you ask them to grill the bun for you ....you don't the bun will soak with the steam of the burger and it will be soagy....overall very friendly staff and very fast service just what you want when you are hungry.

I have been here several times and l realy enjoyed lamb doner and chicken kebab. Portions are large and price is cheap. Staff ir very welcoming and friendly. Will be back soon!

I went there with a friend on Saturday while staying over; the pizzas are really good value, and very appetising; staff are quick and efficient.

You cant ask much. They are polite and place looks decent enough. Cant complain after paying £4 for a 10' pizza. If only thet added a couple of fly traps... Cheap and cheerful. Found the place just by using google maps and going out for a walk.

Kebabs are not bad but pizzas are definitely better.

The place is open until late on weeknights as well as weekends (often until 1 AM) which can be quite nice when you work late. Their fried chicken and scampy are really nice.

We always order kebabs and to be honest this is one of the best we've tried. The flavor is spot on and the meat is not dry. Also ordered a pepperoni pizza which i enjoyed!

This is one of THE BEST kebab joints in central bristol, the food is very fresh and well cooked, never any chewy fatty bits in any of the meat the chicken kebab was filled with flavour and there were no hard over cooked pieces or chunks of fat, the whole kebab was edible (never had a kebab like that before) the lamb kebab wrap was beautiful the meat was seasoned great and tender very fresh again no hard chewy peices or over cookedness. Chicken wings are the best ive ever had I am now addicted!! Very friendly and the best customer services ever recieved from a kebab shop. Prompt delivery. I LOVE BRISTOL KEBAB HOUSE!

AMAZING!! The food arrived within 30 minutes and was so hot I had to allow it to cool. The delivery driver was lovely and the food was the best I have had in Bristol. I would definitely order from here again. Love the fact it has free delivery and only a £10 minimum order too. The portion sizes were more than adequate, all in all 10/10
