Great customer service, staff works very hard. Delicious food. Great place to organise a birthday party. You can buy alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Despite the fact they were very busy we got our food straight away.

Spectacular food, service and quality! It is extremely affordable and comes in big portions. The staff are excellent. However, I do recommend booking in advance as they are always very busy. Finished the meal feeling very satisfied!

This was a wonderful evening out. We came as a group of 4 for a birthday celebration. We were offered a choice of tables and served promptly after being sat. We shared a bottle of Prosecco and also had a cocktail. The Prosecco was cold and poured perfectly with a fresh blueberry in the flute. The cocktail was OUTSTANDING, perfect presentation which included a whole rose, and was enormous as well as delicious. The food all came out in great timing. We shared some starters including liver, which I have never enjoyed before but absolutely loved these. There is complimentary tea after the meal but unfortunately they were out, so we had some other hot drinks. The staff brought out my friend’s cake and they came over to sing and clap for us. We loved it. The restaurant is beautiful and comfortable, all the staff were lovely. We can’t wait to come again.

Good quality meats but no flavour and over priced for Turkish food

Food was standard Turkish food, nothing extraordinary. Service was a bit slow, we went at 2pm, it wasn’t busy yet service was slow. Overall a decent experience. I won’t go my way to go to this place again. You can get these food from anywhere really.

Although it’s popular, but very crowded and noisy, more like a canteen! Owner should divide the area into those who celebrate birthday parties, and others who would like to enjoy a relaxing time. Also an issue with restricted parking as it’s located within a supermarket parking area…

Good Turkish food. The meat was well grilled and tasty. The service was friendly and swift. The atmosphere is nice and they have a big seating capacity. The restrooms were really dirty. Not cheap.

Had my husbands (surprise) birthday here, 14 people! The restaurant was extremely accommodating of all of our needs, from allowing me to bring balloons, cake, and small table decor. Food was fabulous too, especially the sharing platters for large groups. Service was phenomenal (Especially Nada). Perfect experience!!

Ramos in Kingston is one of our go to restaurants. It has a vibrant atmosphere, excellent customer service and I love the complimentary salad dish with fresh warm bread served before the food is served. I have to mention the clean loos, especially if you want to wash your hands before you eat. The food is great and so many excellent side dishes to choose from. Do try the Turkish red wine too, it’s good!

I cannot rate this place highly enough. Every time I’m in the area it’s a must to visit. The staff are all super friendly, the food is amazing & the portion size is good. Only criticism would be lack of parking at times, but there is the supermarket car park behind

Food was over salted and waiter wasn’t happy for some reason and served in rude manner. Will never return to this restaurant again.

The portions are very small. You order a main dish and two starters you feel like you could order the same thing again and eat it so you leave hungry for the price you pay you would expect at least to have enough food on your plate. The service we received today was unfair. We were 5 people and received a complementary cacık and some bread while the table opposite us received two each at the same time so we felt unwanted. When we asked some more bread and cacık as it took a while for us to get our mains the lady waitress said we will have to pay extra. I brought my friend over here for her daughter’s birthday and we planned to have a sing along at the end of our dinner we also informed 4 staff about the birthday sing along. However that didn’t happen. At this point we are feeling really uncomfortable and unwanted we better leave and they are not getting service charge.

The best Turkish restaurant by far, including the ones in North London. Should definitely be competing at British Kebab Awards. The taste is amazing, the cleanliness is top and an open kitchen is there to prove it. This is definitely our go-to spot from now on!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but feel I must. Arrived at closing time this evening on the off-chance I might be able to order a take away, having just finished work. They could see I was in need of a treat and opened the kitchen up. Such a lovely team there and they all made me feel so welcome despite arriving at closing time. I got home and devoured my mixed shish. What an absolute treat, - it was absolutely delicious I will be back very soon with the family as the restaurant was fab, and the service and hospitality excellent. Thank you so much guys!

I just ate there with my mum, sister, her children and my children for the first time and we all really enjoyed our meals and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family and go there again. It was recommended to me by my sister who had eaten there with her family for her birthday in June.

We visited as a large family group, celebrating a big milestone birthday. Our party ranged in age from 1 - 70+ and we all had a lovely experience at Ramo’s. The food was so delicious, the meat was tender and everything had so much flavour. I also must mention the staff because they were so hospitable and friendly to the younger children and adults alike, special mention to Naza! We don’t live locally, but will definitely be back any time we are in the area visiting family again.

My son and 5 other friends booked and came here to celebrate their GCSE results cannot complain about the food they all said it was lovely but the reason for the 2 stars is the service when it was time to pay they was just working out what they had to pay between them and to have them being told to hurry up and sort it out as other people are waiting which I thought was rude! They booked their table and there is no time limit on when they had to leave! Poor service and they won’t be returning!

We come here or order for takeaway regularly, as the food is superb. When we eat in, the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Also, big fan of the Turkish wines.

UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR - PLEASE SEEK HELP POLISH UP - LEARN TO BE CIVILISED ZERO ⭐️ During my visit I witnessed the guy who said he was the owner/ ‘manager’ aggressively berating the staff in front of customers. I had ordered a take away with a lovely lady waitress. She took my order and payment and told me the food would be ready in about 15 mins. She was very welcoming and gave me very satisfactory service. I said I will wait in the car and come back to collect my order later. When I came back I was rudely approached by the ‘manager’ asking if I requested my salad in a separate bowl not in the wrap. I then responded saying I have asked for the naan to be kept separate. He then said he is asking because he ‘always has problems with this lady’ whilst pointing to the waitress. I responded by saying what she had passed on to the chef is what I had asked for so I am okay with it. He again said ‘she’ (this being the waitress) never understands, she gets told this and goes on to do something totally different. The man made an approach as if he owned the UNIVERSE, his behaviour was appalling. He walked over to the bar area and then said to me I am trying to explain issues I have with this woman and you are not listening. I then responded that I was not there to listen to problems with his staff as really I have not experienced any, yet he still carried on muttering away. I then told him that he should address problems he has with staff in private and not in the public. This concern I have raised resulted in this ‘manager’ responding with hostility. He did not like the challenge and again because he was dealing with ANOTHER WOMAN, he turned rather nasty and said ‘I will cancel your food order give me your receipt!’ I handed back the receipt and my card and he refunded the payment and asked me to leave. He then came quite close to me! Saying ‘leave now!’ I then asked him to step away from my side and said I will leave just the same way as I walked into the restaurant. He still followed me to the car and said where I was parked is his premises! This man acted like a CRIMINAL and probably is one in disguise . What a shock to call himself a leader. STOP BEING A BULLY. The TRUE RICH are HUMBLE and have RESPECT. I Have lived in Kingston over 25YRS and RAMOS is new in Kingston! I will not return and neither will friends and family. great place to eat, however leaving the restaurant I saw a staff wash his hands and face and then spit in the sink where they prepare the drinks at the bar. that's not hygienic.

I absolutely love this restaurant. I have been about 6 times this year and will keep going! The staff are always so welcoming, so friendly to our children and really make the effort to make the service nice. The best thing about the restaurant (second to the food!) is the birthday song! If you have a birthday, you must come here. The staff happily take any cake you have and bring it out when you want. They play this birthday song and all the staff get involved and really hype the moment. They really go the extra mile to make it a special, memorable moment. The food is always top notch and the restaurant it self is really nice.

Beautiful restaurant a little out of Kingston town, with a handful of parking spaces. Food never disappoints, been coming here since they opened. Plenty of seating, does get busy some days so make sure you book if you’re going with a large group.

I ordered food from Ramos on Sunday . And after eating that food I got food poisoning and diarrhoea. I went in emergency at night to check up . And the food was not cooked properly and taste wasn’t good. Spice level was zero . I spent 25 & on that and got allergy to the food I requested refund and the Ramos have not refunded me this is such a horrible experience I never recommend this place .

I love this restaurant as it usually lives up to the very high expectations I have for it. However , the food was dished separately and my brother was left a bit upset as we got our food 20 minutes earlier than him. Nonetheless, the staff were extremely friendly and cleared the issue quickly as they have very good customer service. We will be coming back!!

A beautiful restaurant with great seating capacity. Booked in for a Saturday night around 9:30pm Seated quickly and had our order taken care of. The decor and atmosphere is amazing! Staff are very attentive. Food was amazing. Meat was succulent and juicy with a lot flavouring. Would recommend going again.

I drive past ramos most days and most days it’s packed. A large establishment with large clear glass walls and classy decor, so when the chance came to dine I did. The chance quite late but I was treated like they had just opened. Promptly greeted with a smile and shown towards an area where I could pick from a choice of tables. After being seated we was given a menu from the lovley waitress. And the smiley waitress returned shortly after to take drinks orders. Given a reasonable amount time my main order was taken. And while I waited I took in the ambience and modern decor. I would like add everytime the waitress would pass my table we would make small talk that made me feel welcome. Before the main a large bowl of pitta and mint cucumber yogurt to nibble on. In my peripheral vision I could see said waitress confidently dressing a large salad that was then brought over along with the main. This is not your normal lettuce cucumber onion cabbage it was the works. I orderd combination kebab of chicken shish and lamb kofte. That came with a choice of rice or bulgur The outcome… Grilled to perfection presented well with good char on the meat. Seasoning was great and not over spiced. Sauces were available at request ie. Chilli,garlic I also orded the traditional lamb pide and that was crispy and tasty Overall experience was excellent my only niggle I had was the price and a dodgey feeling the next day. Unfortunately who i ate with also felt dicky. I would return but in Kingston I feel cappadocia in the center is a better option and value for your coin. Still enjoyed the experience 8.3/10

Such a beautiful place. We’ve lived in Kingston for 12 years and ramos is by far the best place we have been to. The vibe and service are unbeaten. Naza our waitress was the sweetest person so helpful and smiley. In fact the whole staff are great. Food is homely and incredible. Succulent and tasty. Very fast service. We will be back for sure. Probably next weekend.

We all loved the experience and the food was beyond amazing! The food is always given in big portions sizes and the atmosphere in general is a really nice place to be in. We went for a graduation party and the staff and all diners get together to wish whoever who is celebrating making the experience very friendly and nice! Definitely recommending to visit for a celebration! 👏

We went to have dinner wanting to enjoy hospitable service, generous and delicious food, that Turkish restaurants are known for. We suffered the following - seated next to a large cracked window which looked like a bullet had gone through it. - seated in the corner of the restaurant in front of a hot kitchen on a hot day when 50% of the restaurant was empty! - no water for the table was brought until the end of the evening - waiter Ehran disappeared after taking our drinks and starters order. Our starters went missing along with him. - starters took so long that we were so hungry that we finished all of the bread and tzatziki, not realising it wasn't the hummus we ordered. - reluctantly cancelled starters as was too late by the time they realised we hadn't got it. - watching the lady after asking to cancel the order. She immediately went to another table to take drinks order and didn't cancel our starters! - another lady - seemingly a manager was very coarse in her taking our orders bordering on being pushy with no attention paid to us, what else we might want. No time or space to think. - the food was half warm half cold. Nowhere near the portion size that Ramos used to offer. The price had also been increased - Mixed Shish - 5 cubes of meat with handful of rice for £23. Not worth it. Would only pay £10 for that not £20+ - Lamb Shank for £27. Tasty but not worth that much. Would pay £20 for it not nearly £30 - coarse manager returns to shove desert menu in our face. She might as well have not bothered. Put us off ordering desert altogether. - she didn't even pay attention to the fact we cancelled the starters and put it on the bill. - when leaving we smiled and said thank you for the little that they did so, and we got a dirty look in return from the skinny manager looking lady. We left Ramos feeling ignored, treated horribly whenever they did come over, and quite frankly couldn't wait to get out there! Suffocating night! Our first time actively not paying service charge for an entire meal that costed £75. We could have saved our money and time and gone to Cappadocia in Kingston instead, where they are always truly attentive and not rude/dismissive like these people at Ramos.

We recently had an amazing time at Ramo's, where our waitress, Naza, took exceptional care of us. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Naza even pulled off a fun birthday surprise by pretending to give my cake slice to another table before bringing it to me! The food was incredible, especially since it was our first time trying Turkish cuisine, and every dish was bursting with flavor. The warm, inviting ambiance made it a perfect spot for both casual dining and special celebrations. We’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend Ramos for a delicious and delightful experience!

The food was really tasty, definitely one of the nicest Turkish places we have tried in London! And the service was the best, we were served by Naza who was so friendly and wonderful with the small children on our table, and along with her friendly colleagues, really helped make our celebration evening special :)

I've recently ordered food from Ramo's through Just Eat, and unfortunately there was a mix up with our order. Just Eat could not care less about the issue and refused to deal with it. After I told the manager of the restaurant about what happened, He really went the extra mile to put things right. He even offered me complimentary tea while I waited at the bar while the chefs prepared my pide, which by the way was really tasty. Great restaurant, great management, and great staff.

I can honestly say apart from the Turkish food in North London, this restaurant has ticked all my boxes for food, flavour and portions. Every dish has flavour and great seasoning and the service is spot on and they work hard and keep every fed and watered. I recommend to anyone and you will not be disappointed

It was 20 of us. We were celebrating my father’s in-law birthday. I can say waiters here are very hard-working people. Especially our waitress Naza. However, sometimes they need to be more attentive, ‘cause it was a few times when we asked for water, cutlery or some more glasses and they did not bring it unless we asked again. But, I think they were very busy, as it was Saturday afternoon, so it’s OK. Oh, and the children were so happy and excited with ice cream in the toy bowls. Such a nice idea to do it! We enjoyed our celebration and our friends as well. P.S. If you are planning an invent here, I would recommend you to make a preorder, of some aperitive (calamari, prawns, etc) and that main plates with plenty of rice, chicken etc., the rest, like drinks, of course, you leave for your guests to choose. It will safe you time and nerves 😅 ‘Cause it’s pretty Hurd to place an order, as in my case no one didn’t know what do they want, so in conclusion I chose what everyone gonna eat.

I recently dined at Ramos Kitchen, and let me tell you, the food was absolutely delicious! But what truly made the experience exceptional was the service provided by Erhan. He went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect. It's rare to find such great service these days, and it truly enhanced the overall dining experience. I highly recommend Ramos Kitchen for not only their delicious food but also for the top-notch service Erhan provides!

Had eaten here a few times and never had issues with payment. Was told I couldn’t use the “tap” feature to pay and only insert the chip . When it asked for my signature the waiter told us they did not accept signatures as a form of payment - so basically no credit card purchases and even when we used a debit card it of course was inserted because they didn’t allow us to tap which again was not allowed . Soooo basically your establishment only accepts cash ??? So sketchy . Don’t go here !! Manager has issues. We spent over £125 here!! My money is good !! What a scam to not allow a tap function or signature for payment. Traveled all over the world and never seen this! Don’t waste your money here, go where they appreciate your business! Say no to Ramos! Sorry you lost my support

Fantastic restaurant, nice foods

A fantastic restaurant, great staff and outstanding food. The lamb shish quite literally melts in the mouth! Would definitely go back again. Don’t quite understand the negative comments. The restaurant is always packed.

Really enjoyed the meal here! The portions are massive and the staff are friendly. One of the best Turkish food places in south of london, in terms of taste that I’ve been able to find! We had the sigara borek, iskender, mix cold meze and shepherd salad.

Very good Turkish food. Massive restaurant with lots of space for large parties. Fast service and reasonable prices.

Rip off artists. We orderd the most expensive plates for 100 and 60 they got 4 ribs in the big one and one ground beef kabobs and 4 pices of checken cubs and 2 pices of meet and some un cooked meet with bones in the big plate, half of that in the smaller plate of 60. There was 4 yogurt drinks and 3 cokes. You expect the bill will be 250 max, we paid 360 with the 2 plate of appetizers and one French fries. more than 70 / person is too gigh for the quality and the very bad atmosphere, so load. I will never go back there

Maybe food and service is fine but bosses should be ashamed of never paying on a time or not paying at all for workers living them and they families with difficulties

We were greeted in a very friendly, humorous manner and sat down. A big, shiny place, a bit like an airport lounge but not unpleasant. We looked at the menus and a girl came to take our order. Many of the dishes (c.£17-£29) came with bulgar wheat or rice. They also have baby potatoes on the menu. We ordered 2 mains and asked if we could have potatoes instead of the other 2 options as neither of us eat those. She simply said "No, you can't change". I asked to speak to a Manager. He cam over and asked if everything was ok. I said "no, not yet" and repeated the request. He also said "no, you cannot change and we would have to charge you extra for the potatoes". Really?! Yep, really. We got up and left. We went to "To Kefi" round the corner instead and it was excellent- super friendly family vibes, great food and really good value. I'd advise anyone to do exactly the same (except without the contemptuous, disdainful treatment at Ramo's first!)
