Wok n Fish in Kingston upon Thames

Thought I would check out Wok and Fish and are pleased that I did. Great size of portions and nicely cooked.

Food is actually good and service is fast.

Man it was late needed some food in my belly. The 2nd time I've been wow food was on point. I could not stop eating it,I got special fried rice,salt & chilli prawns/ribs. It was well worth driving 14miles to eat will come again,thanks to your neighbour and good review I found my new takeaway.

Great food and customer service

Awful customer service!!! Ordered GRILLED vegetable dumplings they sent round FRIED PORK! Had to wait 10 mins after ringing up, they sent round FRIED vegetable dumplings!!!! Called back up again, rest of food was cold, they only offered to refund the dumplings even though our family meal was ruined as had to wait, the manager refused to speak on the phone, the front desk man sounded half asleep, they finally after 10 mins on the phone, offered to pick up the food and refund us!! We gave them back the COLD/WRONG food! Will not be going back here again!!’

Absolutely extrapolating presentation! Flavourful and extravagant food. Lovely boy called Leo chen let me stroke his forehead while i read the menu. It was so soft and i will come again to touch it.

My prawns were uncooked and I nearly vomited at the sight of my food still being alive and moving in my box. My chilli prawn crackers were stale and quite frankly were greenish-greyish coloured. My chilli sause was black and tasted like it had come from a grave. In the morning I vomited again and had the worst dirrahea of my life.

I was really quite upset tonight as I made my order and they didn't give me the sauce I wanted for dinner. Also, I made this order direct from the takeaway. I called them, gave them my moan and they sent our a driver asap to correct the situation! Top notch customer services! Thank-you! We need to return our attention back to direct ordering. Food was top notch. Great prawn toast - tasted even great when cold! 🤘🤘🤘 Curry sauce was really nice - such a rarity these days. And we have tried a lot of Chineses. 👍👍👍 UBER AND DELIVEROO ARE RIP OFFS! ✊✊✊

Ordered first time last night. Everything was splendid. Food was cheap, had big portions, extraordinary service on the phone and the venue was brilliant along with everything. Highly recommend this place will be coming here again.

Delicious Mushroom Chow Mein and friendly staff.

This is a take away only resturant that delivers or you can collect your meal. I've eaten food from here over the years and although the outside isn't that exciting,the quality of food is excellent. On this Christmas eve I ordered a selection of dishes for 4 of us as no-one wanted to cook before Christmas day.We choose a variety of dishes sea food,beef,pork, chicken as well as rice,vegetables and noodles. It was a large order but arrived within the hour. All the dishes were excellent, not greasy and fresh tasting. The prawn toast was exceptionally good. We were very happy with our feast and reading some of the negative reviews on their website,can only think they're written by local competitors. Thoroughly recommend.

ordered last friday night, the food took a while to come and when it did come i noticed a few chicken balls were missing (i only has 6 left) i am assuming it was the delivery driver who was a middle aged brown man who was bald. however the food as alright and the young boy on the phone was very helpful and polite in helping me choose my meal. overall i would come again

The delivery driver they have used for over 15 years steals your food straight from your takeaway bag. Captured on my ring doorbell.

Food took over an hour to come and when it arrived dishes were lukewarm and two dishes were wrong. When I called up the phone was answered by what sounded like a young boy who gave a half-harted apology at best and didn't offer a solution. Food itself was mediocre. Much better for the price in the local area, won't be coming here again

Pretty grim. This place used to be good, but under new management has gone quickly downhill. Beef chow mein had about two pieces of meat, the rest was slimy veg. Go for one of the other Chinese takeaways in New Malden - Wok Express is much better.

This place is lovely has the best food ever. I will definitely make sure to visit again because of the amazing service by there boy Leo who is a role model for all little kids and he has such a nice forhead that I would love to smack. Leo was very nice to me when I arrived and he let me smack his forhead Wich I found super respectful fron the talented young man. He should also win an Oscar because of the amazing impression he does of Madelin Maquan.

5 stars for the person who served me (i think his name was Zeye?) Sophia gave too much attitude. Also would not recommend the fortune cookies.

After 10 years of using wok and fish and going threw 2 owners I am soo disappointed with the new management I will never order from there again.... Dishes missing.... Then tried to be charged for it and then when they knew they was in the wrong again they tried charging for delivery fee.... The old owners couldn't do enough for you and went out of there way to make sure customer was happy.... Will be spreading the word to anyone I know in New malden.... Rude on the phone making me wait 10minutes while talking...... Don't use them

Ordered a soup and two mains with rice. It came with prawn crackers. The won ton soup was good and the beef in Oyster sauce with egg fried rice was nice too. The chef special friend rice was terrible however and should be taken off the menu. It has so much sauce it's less fried more swimming in sauce, a really horrible consistency once you get it home. Also, they didn't pick up the phone when trying to place the order, either order on just eat or go to the place to order food.

There are two types of eating establishments.Those that provide standard, value for money food to fill you up and those that spend more time and money on their brands and the presentation of the food. Wok and Fish are very much in the former category. If you are starving it is definitely the place to go.

So to be absolutely honest I was a little sceptical about Chinese from a fish and chip shop although I had eaten pancake rolls from there once before. Wow how wrong was I the food was fabulous and with generous portions. I ordered sweet and sour king prawns, special fried rice, chicken chow mein with sauce and meat pancake rolls. It was all well cooked and delicious with enough food for left overs for hubbys lunch the next day. Will I go there again you betcha in fact hubby and I are looking forward to going through the menu.

Nice Chinese takeaway spot; no provision for sitting in to eat. Opens from 5pm daily everyday but Sunday. The food is good and is ready in minutes. Staff are friendly.

This lovely takaway, is the best chinese food in new malden. The staff are lovely and friendly, so is the delivery service, but more importantly the food is always so nice, piping hot and freshly cooked. Will not order from anyway else.

The best Chinese around. Chinese food is my favourite cuisine and it has taken me some several years to find one that is not over priced and not too far from home. The service is also really good and delivery is speedy. Highly recommend 👌🏽

Big chips portions, average quality.

It appears that it's recently changed hands. I bought one dish, a chow mein which was not very tasty and in my opinion was poor. I must try it again, but this place needs to serriously improve against the competition on the high street.

Service is pleasant, quality of food excellent and reasonably priced.
