I ordered spicy fried burger as a meal with peri fries last night, it was so delicious 🤤 definitely recommend it.

Disappointing would be an understatement. How can you get Lamb ribs so wrong, considering the price you pay. Wrong order was served first, depressing song on repeat, dirty tables, poor management, poorly trained staff that couldn't tell me what meat the BBQ ribs were. First time I tried Morleys. Definitely my last. £10.99 for a stomach ache and most the food ended up in the bin. I hate food waste!

Disappointed, ordered on uber eats and the fries are not fresh at all - the picture speaks for itself. Burgers are nice

I ordered chicken wraps as meal honestly when I got home there was no any sauce in warp and in bag as well shame on you are so poor not putting any sauce couldn’t eat it at all

One star coz I couldn’t zero. Worst customer service ever, they were very rude, they weren’t listening while placing the order or asking for any information plus they were talking in their own language which was really annoying as a customer. I don’t recommend this place even if is the only one open in town.

Very good place and very nice workers

Ordered box chicken ribs and chips. The ribs were totally unedible and impossible to chew due to being nearly all grissle they were binned. The ribs were put on top of the rest of the meal so everything got coated in rib sauce and tasted the same. Chaos in a box and a total waste of money. I will not order this again and should be refunded for tge ribs at least. Disgusting.

I’m not gonna lie there is always a prerequisite for Morley’s to not be good BUT this Morley’s is absolutely awesome! Brilliant staff and the food was SO good! Very clean too, Definitely visit:-D Only thing is, there was a bit of plastic in my food..STRAIGHT AWAY they cooked a new burger for me!

I ordered 3 BBQ lamp rib and wings. But only gave me 3 ribs even he double check the order. Rib is extreme tough, I can eat it. This is the worst food every ate in UK.

The chicken is good but do not order through the morleys app. one hour and a half only to tell me the order has still not left the shop. Very bad

The chicken was dry and poorly battered, the fries were cold and tasted old- either the potatoes or the oil is old. The only decent thing about my meal was the coleslaw. Possibly the only time I've had Morley's (in about 20 years!) and it's been this bad. Poor-quality, poor-energy food. And it's a easte of my £7.99 because most of it has gone in the bin, grrrr. Don't be fooled by the great-looking exterior and interior of this shop, and please don't waste your money in there.

I've usually ordered the spicy chicken wings and peri peri chicken wings. They are sooo good, Morley's has become a favourite place to order from. But their app and delivery people have been painfully inefficient. Firstly their app is barely functional. Secondly I've had a driver mark my order as "delivered" and disappear. Thankfully their service centre has been helpful in investigating but I'm not happy about being left hungry like this. So give their food a chance, but dear lord, their delivery needs work.

Ordered off just eat but received the wrong order when called the restaurant they told us to eat it anyway and had no idea what we was saying after after asking for our order we were shut down and hung up on twice.

The lady tried charging me more than the original price of the meal till I pointed it out. She then gave me attitude and the burger bun was cold and the chips had no flavour. Don’t go here

Order burger meal not fresh. Return half eaten. When Inquire to staff they took the tray and put on the side. When I asked the name of the staff they said oh we will give u a new n fresh burger now. Naaaaa not now keep it not coming back this outlet.

Ordered food here earlier on today and the bbq wings were raw on the inside. I have now got food poisoning thanks to this.

First time I ordered takeaway, the fried chicken had an extremely huge cucumber like aftertaste that completely ruined any flavour it had. Furthermore, the spicy sauce tasted sweet - it wasn't that great. The mayo had no flavour too. The chicken was also dry, dark in colour and completely not seasoned with the herbs that it usually has. However, on the flip side, whenever I ordered in person the food was absolutely delicious. Best fried chicken ever, and the sauces were on point. Service is very nice, considering the fact that they're under a lot of stress with so many customers all the time. Just don't order takeaway, otherwise the food is good.

I have waited an hour and still my delivery hasn’t arrived. My husband said he will personally take the food back if cold. Were starving and want to go to bed.

Ribs were near raw. Chicken dry and flavourless. Peri peri chicken strips tasty but dry

Ordered a box meal of ribs, wings and chips. They dumped it all the box where the rib sauce was over everything else. The food was freezing and inedible when it arrived nearly an hour later, despite paying premium delivery. The chips are not the same as they used to be. They clearly don't change oil regularly by the taste. The milkshake was completely spilt with the deliveey driver shrugging it off with a 'my bad' reaction. It all went in the bin. Never ordering from here again. Won't be using Deliveroo either. Both are trash.

Probably the cheapest wings around. They are ok. The seasonings are quite strong but that’s what fast foods are. I don’t recommend lamb ribs tho.

It’s so stuffy in here I was about to pass out. My friend asked for peri peri chips and these chips r not peri peri at all. Taste like dog poopoo drowned in lemon and when we said we didn’t ask for this they did nothing and showed no remorse. Not to mention, it is absolutely disgusting in here as they don’t clean table after each customer is done and we had to clean it for them before we sat and ate.

Waited 30 minutes for our order whilst deliveroo orders came and went. Ended up leaving before they even started cooking our food. Not even a hint of an apology whilst the deliveroo orders kept churning in an out of the door. Will never be going back

Disgusting .. avoid at all costs! Food tasted stale and re cooked apart from the chips which were hardly cooked. The wings were file . It’s a newish restaurant yet looks dirty in there! Would rather go favourite chicken and that’s saying something.

Fast service with delicious chicken burger

Came in for a quick bite and the fusion burger box caught me, large burger plus wings chips and drink very nice very filling.

Came in here for my first experience. Was delicious, chicken peri was amazing. Beats Pepes all day long, can’t believe have not been here before. Would definitely recommend this place, the flavour of the peri peri burger is next level. Respect to the manager, good customer service 👌👌

Every time I go in there it’s new staff training, saw someone sneak on their gloves and had to be told to go change them, ordered a combo meal, chips were over cooked probs just left there and re-cooked, wings were Rock hard left in the hot holder too long, the only saving grace was the piece of chicken and the coke zero, I don’t get why this Morley’s can’t keep the same standard as every other one, very very disappointed

First time at Morley's Chicken. Food was average, chicken burger was good size and had some good flavour. Wings didn't taste that great, not sure how fresh they were. Piri chips had a odd herb flavour to it which wasn't to my liking. Good size portions, staff friendly & adequately priced.

Chicken wings today were over cooked but overall the service is not great. Lack of stack which meant they could not take my order. Also, bins overall flowing and self service machine has no till roll. This place has lots of potential, they need to be mindful of smaller things that has an impact on overall service. Possible solution is to have more staff during peak periods and who are better trained that can multi task this the pressurised environment.

I had lunch there today. The food was Amazing! And Omar is a 5* staff! His multi tasking was great from taking payments to cooking and serving. While the manager sit at the back doing nothing and poping in & out doing nothing walking around.

Careless staff, couldn't be bothered to cook fresh chips so I was given old chips. Food doesn't taste like a typical Morleys at all.

Since this place got pointed out to me a few months ago, I've frequented it at least once a week. I had never heard of the company before. lets face it.. the Colonel still has a firm grip over fast food fried chicken. And no one can replicate its flavour. But, as far as alternatives go. Morley's winds hands down. The chicken is good quality and big in size. Always cooked well. And served well presented with a really generous chip portion. Price's are competitive but fair. The one down point to their food, is the ribs. Really not what i expected or as pictured. The staff in this branch are a friendly bunch that are always chatting and getting on with their customers and keep the place clean and tidy. Aris is a great chap whom i really enjoyed conversing with. Next time youre in kingston and fancy some fried chicken. Give the other place a miss and come here.

One of my friends recommended this place but i can't say I enjoyed this at all, it was really unpleasant in flavour. Really regret my decision to eat there.

if I could give zero stars I would, no phone number, delivery drivers use fake profiles, don't call when they come to address and just leave, spend your money somewhere else

Ordered spicy wings, strips & pieces which were all nice but strips were very plain - no seasoning at all. Stoneleigh Morleys is definitely the best for flavour.

The food was freshly cooked, the service quick, polite and helpful. Good value for money.

Clean shop, fresh and lovely food with friendly staff. Would recommend it.
