An absolute local gem - always incredible food, delivered quickly and with care. The meat is always tender and love the salads and flatbreads. Great value for money.

Always ordered from this place when I was living in Apsley so was gutted when I moved as didn’t think they’d deliver to the next town over but recently found out they do!! So thank you all so much as I’ve missed the amazing food !! Delivery driver was lovely as well so no complaints at all.

First time visiting from Tring (there are no good kebabs local to me). Very impressed with the meat, value and friendliness of the staff. See you again soon.

These guys have a great sit-down menu if you’re in the area but we usually go for the takeaway. She has chicken shish and I go for mixed donna - both taste fresh and nicely seasoned. They also come with bulgar rice which I actually prefer to the bread. Never disappoints!

If you’re looking for authentic Turkish food in Hemel Hempstead, Marmaris Turkish Restaurant is a so worth visiting. The food is so delicious. I normally get the lamb or chicken shish which is so lovely. Portions are generous, so you definitely get your money’s worth. The bulgar rice is the best and you get rice, bread salad and your selected kebab. Service is efficient and food is normally ready in 20 minutes or less, would definitely recommend!

Have been using Mamaris for years and is hands down the best Turkish kebab outside of London. Great selection and never fails to disappoint!! You must try!

Ordered from here many times and Never had a problem until today. The app seems to be playing up and one item did not get ordered and another was missing . To be fair we always collect so no issues with delivery, but the food is always fresh, hot and very tasty.

After ordering recently from here with missing items thought id retry hour and a half later a cold kebab and this cold portion of ‘cheesy’ chips arrived, i think they were better last week when they didn't arrive! Usually s decent kebab but far from recently

Great place to get kebab and other lovely additions like humus, falafel and many more. We order for delivery and it is super quick and very friendly. Food is great, we love the kebab wraps and choice of meats, sauces and salad. I would 100% recommend!

First time eating from Marmaris, we had a mixed doner kebab & a chicken shish. Portions are very good and the salad was fresh and delicious. The chicken shish was very well cooked and the chicken doner was probably the best I’ve had - really flavoured and cooked well. The only slight disappointment was with the lamb doner - it felt like it had been sat there for sometime rather than being cut fresh. It has a cardboard/firm texture. However this has not put us off and will look to return as found this very good value for money when you account for the free side thrown in.

Great kebabs a bit different from the norm

We almost always choose Marmaris for family takeout , teens love it and so do we. Can’t comment on atmosphere as take out. Wonderful fresh and also healthy food, super tasty, huge choice available, plus generous portions so often does for lunch the next day too . Very impressed.

Love the Iskender and Halep Kebabs from here. Not available from many places on takeaways.. Chicken Doner is also very nice.. Andy. Hemel

Always order from marmirus , although in the notes have found orders to be incorrect . Last night, no onion was stated in hallomi wrap, although onion was still added. The lamb wrap has missing onion so chef I think got wrong wrap and was a shame, as husband cannot eat onion at all. Not the first time have wrote in notes box, (as gives you the option when pay) and notes on the meals not listened too sadly or n this occasion, mixed up in wraps x

We always have delivery. Very quick delivery, always delivered before time allocated. The food is always hot. Large decent portions for the price and very tasty. We like that it comes with a large salad

We know this restaurant for over 8 years and allways return there , this is the best place to eat authentic Turkish food in Hemel their staff make you feel welcome either you eat in or you want to take away , the food is delicious and allways fresh . I highly recommend this place. 👌

Always order Turkish cuisine from here. Has Smokey flavour with large enough portions of bulgar wheat, meat and breads with great selection. Would recommend.

We ordered a takeaway one weekend when we were too tired to cook. We have had food from here so many times before and it is always incredibly tasty. Food was ready when I got there to pick up. It was so good, huge portions and the hummus and flatbreads are the best.

Tremendous food and service! We have some amazing Turkish restaurants locally but having tried Marmaris we’re looking forward to another excuse to come again for dinner. Kebabs were fresh and clean, beautiful rice and crisp salad. The halloumi was superb, and great service from the team.

Stopped for a family dinner, great new find. Good portion sizes and flavours. Lots of authentic dishes on the menu. Staff were friendly too. Will go again

Food is excellent. We usually get takeaway from here and it’s always top notch. Changed from delivery to collection on most recent and they through in an extra side instead of having to deal with Deliveroo for a delivery refund. ❤️

I ordered food for collection in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I was in the restaurant and I asked a person that I ordered food for collection and these are my order details. He said ok. Then I keep waiting for 10 minutes. Then I ask that guy how long more time will be for my food and this guy simply grab one of the food bag from inside and gives to me. I was shocked because this food bag was there on the shelf since I came in to the restaurant. So why he didn't give my food straight away. By the time I went home food wasn't in good condition. And also restaurant worker didn't apologise for his behaviour and he didn't say anything when I ask him why he did this. Very poor customer service and very bad behaviour I found in this restaurant. I will never order food here again. And food prices are much higher than other turkish restaurant in hemel.

Spent £60 on food that was delivered and if I’m totally honest it was not good at all. So I won’t be getting food from this place again.

Came here for date night and it was delicious, my lamb shish was so tasty! The staff were so friendly and even gave us a glass of wine each on the house. 🏡Recommended for a tasty good value meal
