90 minutes from order to delivery. food was lukewarm and drinks were hot. prices have also gone up and quality is not what it was

Rang up ordered food from the website on Google and asked for 9 number nines chicken burgers did not get what we asked for we got spicy chicken and spicy chips. They won’t refund us. They are very rude, they need to sort their business out before they lose all their custom and they’re very slow on cooking stuff and as you can see of their website, it says they do burgers and apparently they don’t know more and they’ve lied trying to say I didn’t ask for burgers

I rang them up and ordered 3x number 9's which were fillet burger meal with 2 boneless chicken pieces and a drink as on the website, even said burger meals and we didn't get them instead we have very spicy chick legs and spicy chips which I can have spicy food makes me ill. Rang them back up and said we got the wrong order and they said number 9 was not burgers and wouldn't give us a refund, very rude told us we were liers and started swearing down the phone at me. Will not be going again !!!!!!

i accidently clicked for collection instead of delivery. called the company who said they could send delivery driver but he was out so would be at least 10 minutes until he was back, which they didnt have to offer this at all. decided to collect as it would be quicker, 10 min driver there and back. They had kept it lovely and hot and was still warm when i got home. Massive thank you for being understanding and willing to accommodate on a fault that wasnt yours.

Was sent a strawberry cheese cake instead of a chocolate fudge cake but other than that ok

over an hour and half wait so drove to the take away to collect it myself

Chicken mayo roll was nice. Chicken pieces were a bit bland. Chips were alright. Ordered at 18:45 and arrived at 20:45, albeit I am quite far from the place. Overall okay. Wouldn't order again.

Really delicious! Chicken was crispy on the outside and really tender on the inside, great fries and all arrived really hot. Did not expect it to be this good but it was excellent. A dangerous discovery! 😋

Disappointed to have paid £2.49 for bisto gravy at best (was expecting chicken shop style gravy) only 1 wing out of the 6 had any meat worth eating on, but the burger was delicious as always and plenty of chips if wanted.

Tasty! But you guys (or batter suppliers) need to lay off the salt. Everything so salty! Cut salt by 50% and then you’ve nailed it.

Food was bit cold and driver moaned at me that distance was too far to deliver - like I was at fault for placing an order with Just Eat!

Chicken wings were completely pink

Don't like leaving bad reviews but the batter on the chicken was just so extremely salty, had the nuggets which I feel are quite dear for what you get and after a few they became unenjoyable because of how salty they were and we also had a chicken wrap which was also too salty. The chips were good though.

First time ordering and have to say I’m impressed. Chicken burger was very nice but the 3 pieces of chicken were delicious. Light and crispy coating over perfectly cooked chicken. Definitely be ordering again.
