I tried a chicken doner wrap that was the best kebab i have had it long time. I highly recommended.

I wouldn't normally leave a bad review, but my experience here was awful. I ordered online and when I collected the food it was really in a matter of minutes which I was impressed with. That where it ends... I got home which is less than a 2-3 minute walk..When I unwrapped the food I couldn't feel any heat from it. I unwrapped the kebab and found it to be stone cold. I call the shop and was told that they'll do something for me next time and that the food was fresh. I explained that doesn't help me for this evening and asked for a replacement. I walked back to the shop and passed the food back over the counter and explained it was stone cold. I received constant defensive words "it was fresh, we put the salad on the food so it won't stay hot" and so it went on. No apology, just.moans and grunts. No, I normally got out.kebab/chippy takeaway from.Boxmoor chippy.as I lived round the corner, but as I've moved I thought I would order local to support the local businesses. Boxmoor chippy boxes salad separately so the food stays hot. Anyway, I got home with the replaced food and it was.much warmer than what I was served before, but notice I said warmer. I won't be ordering food from here again. I found the service poor, food dire and attitude unacceptable

Spent £36 on 2 boxes large boxes of doner meat and large fries. I could have gone to London and spent half the money on my food. Portion size was awful, doner meat was put on one side of a large box! If you don’t mind being over charged then the food here is otay but there are better places with far more value for money.

Been using them for about 8 years, last night I asked for my salad from my burger to be desperate otherwise there burgers turn up soggy, wouldn't do it unless I payed him 2.50 extra 🤣🤣🤣 Lost a good customer because of that.

After moving to my current address recently and loving my Kebabs, it's always a pleasure to find your local Kebab Shop is amazing. The food is fantastic, the service is fantastic and it's a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend this Restaurant and it will certainly be my go to place.

Ordered a takeaway via Uber eats. The delivery driver could not be bothered with a simple hello before shoving a cold mixed donor in my hand. So fed up.of miserable drivers. :( I'm paying for a service. The food was ok but the halloumi 'cheese" was a tiny piece of burnt rubber which cost £1.50. I ordered 2 sauces, mint and garlic, which were sprinkled over the food rather than put into 2 separate containers. Total rip off. Will take my business elsewhere next time.

Extremely disappointed, tried before and was ok, on this occasion it was dreadful. Chips and lamb Doner were so dry it hurt my jaw trying to chew and swallow, lamb Doner tasted like it had been sat under a heat lamp for hours, had to throw half the meal away…

Ordered a mixed kebab and I can just say it was disappointing. It was literally 3 pieces of lamb shish not even not even bit size. Same with the chicken shish apart from there was 4 pieces and what has to be the smallest Kofta's iv ever seen. The donor meat both lamb and chicken was ok at a push. It did taste good. But it put me off getting a mixed kebab from here again. I will go else were for a mixed kebab.

Fantastic food and service, can’t recommend enough. Great value for money and generous portions especially family bundle. Food arrived hot, deliciously made and on time.

Kebabs were the best we have had in ages. This was our 2nd visit…. Delivery was a little longer than estimated but we didn’t mind as it was a Friday night… would eat from here again

We have used Turkish Delight for a second time now and loved our kebabs that were delivered. Everything was perfect apart from the wrong sauce, however it didn't stop us enjoying the food which was delivered hot. The delivery driver was very polite and friendly so would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

This place is the best takeaway in Hemel . Services is great every time, quick and efficient.

Never had any issues with deliveries as we order direct from Turkish Delight, and always polite on the phone and delivery. The food is fine most of the time but only issue recently is the chips we have had to bin as they were inedible last two or three times, they were rock hard. Kebabs and scampi was nice.

Terrible people don't understand English I don't want to be go anymore

An hour to turn up. Rude staff who make up prices as they go. And a large lamb donnor with had about 6 slices of donnor. Don’t waste your money.

Placed an order at 8pm got a notification at 9:10pm saying on way had to call them at 9:30pm to find out where it was to be very rudely told they were only just staring to prepare it and it would be half an hour, I told them the order was placed at 8pm so was told it would be 10 minutes so at 9:45pm I cancelled the order. Roll on to 10:30pm there is a knock at the door and it is the driver with the order which he was promptly told to take back as we had cancelled!! Will never order from here again!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE NEARLY 2 HOURS OF YOUR TIME! If I could give 0 stars I would! Placed an order and got told it would be here in 1 hour. An hour 15 minutes passes and my food is still not here, I called 5 times and a few times of my partners phone and no answer. Eventually they answer after I called again off my phone, a man just saying oh sorry we stopped taking orders we haven’t got time to make yours AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER!!!! We asked if it had left the shop yet and he said no! It hadn’t even been made! Absolute joke of a place!!!!

Have ordered groin here previously and have found foods to be good. Today however it was awful. Spent £42 for shish kebabs, donar, cheesy chips and chicken nuggets. All the food was dry,kebabs were greasy and stale as was the chips. No care wad taken in serving this takeaway. Will not be ordering from here again. They have lost a customer

This place is decent for burgers and kebabs. The kebab meat is fresh and not cooked twenty times over. The burgers are charcoal grilled with loads of flavour and a decent salad on top! Chips are good too. Solid place to go for a kebab and burger :)

i ordered a meal at 16.12 on sunday afternoon before it got busy,i was told it would be delivered within 40 mins, 17.10 no order, i phoned and was told the driver left 10 mins ago and should be at my house any moment now, 15 mins later still no order, so i phoned again this time to tell them to cancel the order, who ever was on the phone did not seem bothered at all, the food is okay but you would be better phoning them first and going to collect it yourself

Don't use the WEBSITE CALL THEM DIRECTLY.... THE DIRECT SERVICE IS EXCELLENT, WEBSITE MAJOR DELAYS with letting the TD staff know your order..... TD are the best Excellent Customer Service, Excellent and Great Tasting Food, Hygiene is Second to none... ALWAYS CLEAN..! We've had deliveries from here several times and since discovering them, we no longer order from anywhere else, they're the best in the area (in our humble opinion!) Lovely .....had a kebab from here about 6 times now or more,always on time and lovely and hot,chips are best from a kebab shop by far ......hot and fresh .....large chicken shish is tip top !!!! Will use again when we want a kebab
