Kebabery in Harlow

really nice, but would've preferred the sauce in a pot rather than all over my kebab, some bits were inedible because they were drenched in sauce. I probably should've requested separate sauce, but wrongly assumed it would be in a pot to use according to my own taste. Other than that, nice kebab.

The food was not edible, I did not order any spicy powder or sauce on the chips or chicken, I had to throw away both kebabs because you could not eat it, I want a full refund or come and take your food back from the rubbish if you want, I ordered before from here and it was way better it didn’t have anything on it everything was on the side and I also had guests over praising how good your food is and they complained about how they couldn’t eat it. I want a full refund.

We usually always order from here but tonight the food was not all that and very small portions and the chips were old

Not only was the order late but when it eventually arrived it was wrong phoned the restaurant and they said they would only send out a small donner kebab even though my order was for a large. I would like I refund for this kebab! Shocking

The Donna kebab was absolutely smothered in chili sauce to the point that we just couldn’t eat it as it was way too hot. Normally takeaways would add chili sauce in a little pot so you can add as much or little to your taste, we wiped off as much chili sauce from the meat as possible with paper towels, but it was very disappointing. We ended up throwing away most of it. On a positive note the chips were nice.🙄

Chicken donner taste horrible. Meet drye and weird taste maybe insted of salt they add sugar, cheese jelapeno bites was completely over baked. Newer oeder again.

Piping hot food, non greasy, tasty, couldn't fault at all.

We normally get from harlow kebab , but thought we would try this , the kids didnt eat it and neither did we , it was cold , i had to cook a dinner and fed it to my dogs.

I ordered 2 large donners priced at £10.50 and got 2 small donners detailed as medium , your site clearly states large donners =£10.50 and small donners £8.99, I was charged £21, when I complained I was told I ordered medium and was cut off ???

Food was too greasy. I also asked for them NOT to add any sauces onto the food. This was ignored the food was covered. All thrown into the bin. Cooked at home. Should have done that in the 1st place.

Quick delivery and food arrived hot , there was a missing item but when I called they sent it out straight away. The donner roll was ordered without Salad but it came with it in so had to pick it all out and the red cabbage had soaked into the roll so that was annoying. Good portion sizes though.

Absolutely disgusting! Ordered three kebabs all drowned in chilli sauce to the point of not being able to taste anything else! The worst I have ever had and wouldn’t order from here if it was free! All went in the bin as it was inedible.

i love the fried onions you can order with a kebab i order them so i can have on my burger perhaps you should have fried onions on the menu they are so good

Wrong item was delivered. Tried to get a refund through Just-eat, provided proof was declined. Tried today to call the restaurant and spoke to assistant manager who claimed they didn't send the wrong order, I said I had taken pictures and he refused to reimburse or send the correct item, he walked away and left the call open for about 5mins, came back and hung up.

Lamb Shish that I would not serve to my dog! The rest of the food was ok! But the lamb shish was full fat and vains! Couldn’t eat the lamb shish threw it away

Delivery was on time and the gentleman delivering was friendly. My large mixed kebab and the wife's donna was very good, I'd go as far as saying it's the best I've had in a long while. I opened up the app for a kebab, as was dying for it. The meat was tough, chewing and fatty. The salad, the cabbage was sliced lovely, but no salt or seasoning. Then to top it up, me and my friend went out to smoke and all of a sudden he was throwing up all the food. Will not be ordering again

The chicken was very hot, like it had been cooked in chilli sauce, not usually like that??

An hour and half putting the time back to then be told I live in a house share and the food was given to who I share with ...... absolutely rubbish no apology just I was wrong.

Absolutely disgusting, it was horrible. Cheap bits of chewy fatty meat, very overpriced for what I got. The pitta bread was like cardboard. The kofta tasted old, the doner was grey and the lamb, tiniest bit I did get was just fat and the chicken was rubbery.

It's disappointing when you don't receive your complete order, especially when you were looking forward to enjoying those three cans of coke. It can make your meal feel incomplete and leave you feeling unsatisfied.

Amazon chicken shish with vegetables, will definitely be coming back....

i ordered chicken shish with garlic mayo. the mayo was missing and the chicken was chewy. not sure would use again after this...didnt enjoy food to the previous one

Kept coming across little bits of bone in the doner meat. The picture gave the impression that doner meat and chips came with a tub of sauce and salad included, I had no salad and the sauce was over the meat and chips so bit disappointed today.

2 of the kebab and chips were fine, the other was smothered in hot chili sauce. I don't mind spice but this was inedible, when I say smothered I mean the meat and chips were soaked in chili sauce and I ordered it with garlic mayo on the kebab and a pot of chili sauce on the side not on my kebab. First time I've ever had an issue with the Kebabery.
