The food was awful, gone right down hill. We paid £52 for two kebabs and a chicken burger and chips. The meat was dry like it was yesterday's leftovers. The pittas were stale and no sauces came with the kebabs. If I could give no stars I would. I won't be ordering from here again. So disappointed.

One star for service - I can't rate the food because I never received it. I ordered through Deliveroo, called the restaurant because it was taking a while and they said the food had been delivered. It hadn't. I explained I hadn't received it but they were adamant, refused to redeliver or give me a refund. Deliveroo do not refund because the restaurant are responsible for delivery. Appalling customer service!

The food is fantastic and consistently great. We love the fact the kebabs come with rice. A really good local takeaway.

On the app it said the food was here at 19:25 but it didn’t arrive until 19:50. I could not track on the app where the driver was. When the food arrived it was cold. I was happy when Stuart was doing the delivery but I’ll not be buying from here in the future. Not easy communication with just eat too. I phoned the restaurant after the app said the food had arrived and the guy said the driver had just left. so the driver must have said the food had been delivered when it hadn’t.

The food was absolutely lovely, great selection of choices, and value for money. Delivery was swift and within the timeframe we expected.

Wrong items delivered and missing items. All food was cold. Really unfortunate as they normally are spot on.

Food has drastically gone down hill - used to be beautiful meat - ordered kebab last night and needed up having thick inedible chucks of dinner meat rather than long strips of delicious meat like before - Was so chunky and dry and was unable to eat or swalllow it - honestly was my go to kebabs shop - will definitely be staying away from here from now on - Shop does not care and lacks customer service skills also . We buy food here every week and I can safely recommend it to friends and acquaintances. Polite and friendly staff. Always hot and fresh food. Delicious is not the right word! I wholeheartedly recommend!

Waited 3 hours and at 22:00 no food. No answer! STILL NO SIGN OF OUR MEAL. I REQUIRE A FULL REFUND PLEASE.

Always love your food but today was very disappointing, lamb shish was so tough I couldn’t chew a few pieces, never had this before. The chips were completely tasteless, needed salt and there were no chillies with my salad although I did request them. First time I can honestly say I didn’t enjoy it

Dirty people working here. They didn't wash the salad properly. The meat is cold. The staff unlikely have food hygiene training or certificate. Bromley council food hygiene need to attend here for check up.

Once I let it go, twice I’m writing a review. They forgot things in my order 2 times now when I’ve paid for it. Poor service from coney hall branch. Chips used to be the best bust now they are soggy like other kebabs and it’s prices do not reflect the food served. Chicken was burnt in last order aswell. Hungry customer will not return here again. Over priced under whelmed!!

Usually a fantastic experience at El Kervan, however, not so on this occasion. I preordered for a later time and the delivery arrived an hour and fifteen minutes early. I contacted El Kervan straight away and was told "sorry, we will do something for you next time", which was not good enough and I asked for the order to be recooked and redelivered at the correct time. I feel like I shouldn't have had to ask this, it should have been suggested right away. The driver then took the early order away. Redelivery received on time, however, items extremely cold and requested instructions on the order not followed. I am under the impression that the food received at the correct time is the food originally received an hour and fifteen minutes previously, just "kept warm". I do hope I am wrong. Disappointed this time around.

I come here every week and always get the jerk and rice with salad. Always ready in quickly and food tastes amazing. I’ve been coming religiously for over a year and the staff are always friendly and talkative.

By far the best kebab you will ever have, & I have eaten literally thousands of kebabs. The lamb is tender and succulent. Cooked to your liking, rare/ medium rare/ well done. It comes with rice which is always perfectly cooked. The garlic sauce is delicious. Absolutely perfect. Eat in, collect or delivery. It is always spot on. Deliveries are fast and the orders are always correct. Love this place.

Ordered delivery was told 30 minutes wait for delivery it took 1 hour 15 minutes food was cold. Offered replacement food or a very good discount for our next order. They tried to overcharge the next order by £6.50 over the menu price and reduced the price by £3 we will never use them again this is totally true

Best place for lunch especially lamb shish. New management clearly doing well. Food was delicious and fresh also member of staff was very friendly.

Honestly a nice kebab shop. Unfortunately a massive shame that they dont care a single bit about how long there deliveries take. Ive ordered from here a good 40-50 times now and at first i always thought maybe its taking hour and a half too 2 hours to deliver cos they are busy but no being a regular now i know it happens 100% every time near enough 2 hour wait for delivery. I stopped coming here for a while for this exact reason because if i i wanted it quick would have to collect and not being funny but most time when you order a kebab its because your having a drink and you cant drive. For this reason i had to go start going elsewhere. Unfortunately i dont think nothing else in the area is as nice disappointing that such good food can be let down be such terribly slow service And when you call and tell them you get a half hearted sorry seems like they couldnt care less, dont think i will be using again unfortunately.

Great Kebabs. Love the Chicken doner wraps. The chilli sauce is nice and spicy.

Popped in on the way home form a long day at work as live local and wanted something quick.. waited 30mins and then got home to find the totally wrong meats and no chilli sauce, salad or pitta. I called to complain and he said sorry we are busy... not that it was someone else's order?!? They did offer to replace the order but I had work the next day and wanted an early night so didn't have time to go back and wait another 30mins. I work in the food business and took a gamble on this place and got it so wrong. There was at least 8 staff working and they still couldn't get it right. Also we did receive was of very low quality dry and tasteless. Unfortunately won't be returning as this was a very bad experience.

Food is always quality, can be a bit of a wait during busy periods but you’re able to order in advance online so big plus. Would recommend if you need a bite in the area.

Food is great, but disappointing that the set meal I order has increased from 45 to 59. Will be visiting petts wood next time.

Best kebab shop! And so friendly. We moved across the road a few weeks ago and they’ve kept us going 😊 they are happy to deliver despite us being able to see the shop from our new home - it’s not easy getting out with a baby. The food is always lovely and hot. Can not recommend enough 🥰 the lamb Shish wrap and combination kebab come highly recommended 😍

If you hungry don’t hesitate to pop in 1st thing first owner or workers are kind 2nd food is tasty and you really enjoy it you don’t simply just fill your stomach 3rd is clean 4th are generous with the portions ! I have tried diner kebab wrap and chicken Shish wrap cause I wanted something quick as I pass from there on my work days.

Ordered via Just Eat - Food (at time of writing) still not arrived and is already late. Conveniently nobody answering the phone at the restaurant. Shan’t be using them again.

Used to be good but something changed. We just ordered and it came 1h late without a portion of chips we ordered. The lamb wrap also tasted amazing before, but today it wasn’t great. Overall we’re disappointed.

Best kebab in West Wickham - sadly its the only place I have tried. Not usually a fan of the old doner but...... I've had three in the last month. So this place takes it to another level. Delivers in both taking it to your abode and in the quality of the products. Waffles are delish too. Big portions all round and scrupulously clean with friendly staff. A bit of a revelation for a non-fan of Turkish cuisine like myself. Love it!

Came in because the restaurant I wanted was shut. So totally random choice to come in. Food is really good, a little pricey but the portions are a good size.

Menu delivered in our post box so thought we would give it a try. Good decision. Food excellent. Lamb and chicken so tender. Great value for money. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Fantastic kebab… best I have had in a very long time. Nice touch with the rice and extra choice of chicken breast flavours (jerk and BBQ flavours were fantastic). Will be recommending to friends and family and going back when they start doing sit down food again.

RUDE PEOPLE! I did have a good review up for this company but after just going into the shop and the way we was treated was absolutely disgusting. Asked for the pitta to be separate from the meat and he started to through the tongs around, huff and puff as if it was inconvenient. Also asked if the meat could be cooked well done, he asked us if the meat was ok before he cut it and complained that we wanted it a bit longer… why ask us then if you’re going to have such an attitude? It was lunch time when I went in there, no one else there but us and was treated this badly! Wouldn’t ever go back again!

After 2h30m waiting for my food I called asking if my food was there, I was told yes (bare in mind I called 30m before to ask the same question and apparently my food was ready then) so I said if the food is still there to cancel obviously I wasn't great because I was super frustrated but I never used swear words, I was told to F off and not to order from them again and they put the phone down, horrendous customer service!! AVOID

Have been a big fan of this company so I was very pleased to see them opening up locally. At first and throughout the lock down pandemic the food was really good. Unfortunately they have lost there edge food very average ,portion size getting smaller no labelling of food ordered. The last straw for me is spending £35.00 On a take away and only receiving one garlic sa and one chilly sauce after ordering more. I gave more in tips to the driver than how much the sauce is worth. Sounds a bit petty but when you add it all up its annoying and avoidable. Going back to Hayes Kebab you get what you pay for.

Really good takeaway- ordered delivery twice now and had the £22 special box! Lovely fresh salad, jerk was great, all the meat was lean and not a bit greasy - our new favourite!

Never order if you want food delivered on time. Assured food would be there within an hour. 2 hours and 30 mins later we are now on our way to our usual kebab shop.. nothing showed up even though they told us sent an hour ago. No apology, just we are busy and only have 4 drivers. Don't take more orders then! What a horrible start to our weekend

The food here is amazing. It’s been a great addition to the shops in Coney hall. I’ve sampled quite a few different options now and have not been disappointed. My favourite is definitely the chicken wings which I have ordered numerous times. The Donor wrap is also one of my favourites and is a really good size, sometimes I struggle to finish. Highly recommend this place for great food and service

Had the combi Chicken Shish and Kofte. Served with pitta, rice and salad. Great portion size, quick service and the tastiest Kebab I’ve had in a very long time. Definitely recommend and will certainly be back! Good value for money too

Food was over 2 hours late and delivered cold - manager was also rude as he decided to call me and express his annoyance/anger that I got given a refund by Deliveroo. I would avoid this restaurant unless you want cold food and rude service. If that’s your thing, this is the place to go.

Very clean and well organised inside. The staff are friendly and the food is amazing. Ive ordered from this branch twice now and i can honestly say I will be a return customer. Each staff member is smiling and they have such good energy. Im currently on crutches and each one offered to help me while I was inside ( such gestures as getting the door,even down to how they packed my food so it would be easier to carry) Lovely place. will defo recommend!!
