Island Fish and Chips in Bromley

One chips in usually wrapped in paper £2.50 next day ordered large came in a box... less then the £2.50 amount got charged £3.70 plus 50p for a second sauce on top (not seperate pot) i understand businesses are tring to make money but for a standard fish and chips this is petty and stinchy. No other fish chips does this.

chips soft and fish barter uncooked. had to navigate around food and eat cooked bits of chips and fish. disappointing as was really looking forward to it.

Batter pappy, must have been cooked for hours. Chicken rough. Won’t use these again

Really good fish and chips shop. The mixed kebab is very generous with lots of veg to go with it and bread. Friendly service. Been going there for over 5 years as I write this. They've got sausages as well, and a lot of other extras.

Fish had a lot of gristle, it had more batter than fish. Fried chicken was dry, really salty and luke warm

Food was awful, dry and tasteless. Also the kid serving had lots of Warts on his hands which is very of putting. Not recommended.

just purchased fish and chips the worst fish I have ever had in my life tasted like it's been sat in a freezer for a week and even after cooking was hard rotten! would never visit again!

Good little fish and chip shop will pop in every couple of weeks for a fish and chip treat never been disappointed

I have bought fish and chips here previously, but today the service was not that great as according to the gentleman I only ordered fish but no chips. The fish is good but service appalling. I will definitely stay away for sometime. I visited today 18th of January 2018, and the owner was in and had a great service.

Food was good however the service is very bad. The customer service that I received was very rude and I will never go back because of this. I was overcharged and when I spoke to the staff member they told me that I owe them more money. And they was shouting because they thought I didn't pay them the correct money. At the end of it I gave them the money and walked out. I will never go back to this shop again! Very bad service

The fish and chips is well worth the money and the taste of their fish and chips are delicious
