First time to try. Busy shop always tells me it is good and popular

Best fish and chips in the area. My favorite was the breaded whitebait. So delicious!

Great food, fantastic fish, chips were not greasy and well cooked. This cook knows how to look after his oil. No burnt oil smell or flavour. Best fish and chips I've had in a while. Friendly staff too. Well worth a visit.

Food is really good and very good priced, highchairs are hidden and toilets has piss all over the seat (not the staffs fault it’s the customers) but apart from that issue one of the best chippy we’ve had and staff are lovely and food is made to order.

Used to come here every week for wing night and it used to be insane, thought we would all come back for one last hurrah and it was such a let down. Wings and prices for everything else had doubled and the flavour disappeared. Don’t get me wrong for atmosphere and drinks this place is great, but avoid the food, my friends poke bowl was dry and overcooked and the wings we got were grisly, flavourless and overall just horrible, as struggling uni students we ate our way through it but we won’t be back which is a shame as we used to love it here :(

I asked for a haddock and chips, the haddock was enormous! And all for £9.60. This was probably the best fish and chips I have ever eaten. Well done all, we will be back!

Hardly any chips and very greasy sausage not battered and I ask for battered sausage. fish was swimming in oil. Worst fish and chips I've ever had. Used to be good chippy back 70s 80s not any more

Down for a week's holiday and couldn't go home without a chippie. Service was quick and friendly. One of the nicest chippies we've had in a long time, a little more expensive than what we're used to back home but £30ish for a family of four isn't bad either. Highly recommend the Irish curry sauce 👌🏼 I would say we'd be back but we go home tomorrow!

Over priced and very over rated service poor it thinks it’s a theme restaurant with everything branded that doesn’t excuse the the high prices even factoring the location 45 pounds for cod and chips and two small bottles of cider for two is taking the piss

Unfortunately after hearing good things about Fraser’s, I was extremely disappointed, so much so that I’m writing a Review without finishing my meal. Which really isn’t something I usually do. We order 4 pollocks and a large chips. All came it it’s own huge container, all but one pollock was over cooked, tiny and covered in majority of batter rather than a decent piece of fish. The grease didn’t taste fresh me the fish had very little flavor. At 6.50 a fish and a shop right by the sea we’d expected much better The chips weren’t large but at best a medium but saying that they were good at least. It was sad to get home after a nice family day and receive this as our meal. I understand it’s half term and busy but I have had much better experiences at other chippys in the area, sorry to say, no awards from us :(

I popped in for a glass of wine on my journey home. It had a lovely atmosphere, staff were lovely and the wine was yum

Perfect fish and chips, cooked to order so important, friendly staff, good value, worth a visit and extremely happy to put some coins in the staff tip jar.
