The best restaurants serving Seafood food in East of England

The service was terrible and the food was terrible. Not sure what else to say? Sorry wlas staff had obviously not had any training so may not be their fault.

I love coming here for my seafood. We look forward to it when we visit from London every year. Their food is always fresh and such good quality. The portion sizes are great for the money too. Even my teenage son is now a Dan. The staff are always so friendly too. The large seafood salads were sold out but they made me and son some up there and then. Very pleased with the service these lovely ladies offer.

My first and last time, visiting this fish shop. Fish was dry as if it had sat on the hot plate all afternoon, dry and batter soggy. The burgers were covered in sauce, weren't even asked if we wanted sauce, and so much put in the burger that the bun, went soggy on the base, and my son wouldn't eat it. The chips were as dry as a bone, and didn't improve when i covered them in vinegar. My worst fish shop experience

I went to Southminster fish bar tonight for a cod and chips for me and the Mrs. I ask if it could be cooked fresh. When I got home what a load of rubbish. The chips were dry and disgusting and the fish was terrible. We won’t be eating from the southminster fish bar again. Disgusting

We ordered online on a v busy Saturday. The web site said 45 mins and it arrived just a little later. Something on my order didn't go through so I rang them up and added it. As they were so busy, it was missed on delivery but I rang them and they dropped it straight here. Customer service 100% Food is fab Thank you Sea Chef!

Great Take Away I think the best Fish a chips in Felixstowe, very friendly staff,very clean shop,card or cash option, most do not these days.reasonable,prices,a great order on line service.

It is now a pizza place so I suggest you remove it from your site and rename as "Nonno's Pizza". I cannot therefor rate it as I have yet to visit. But it appears to be very busy when I walk past.

Horrible food I would avoid , I picked up a two large kebabs and chips It was terrible dry no salad it was disgusting nothing like the pictures an social media it makes me think there fake pictures

we thought we would give this fish and chip shop a go, but we will not be going back the fish should have been medium more like small and batter was very hard like it been sitting around for a while, not freshly cooked..The chips were also a small portion and loads of very small hard bits. We have eaten fish and chips in loads of places around the country and this was one of the worst and the most expensive,

Monday 3-4pm quick snack.. longgg wait! I joined the queue consisting of one couple. They ordered a portion of chips each and I only ordered a pain sausage They must have been there a few minutes and were given their order 5-10mins later. I was finally given my order 5mins after that! No apologies or meaningful communication the whole time. It would appear they prioritise all/any sitting customers at the expense of clearing queuing customers.. no matter how simple orders may be. Hope this feedback helps!

One of the best fish and chip shops in Cambridge. Sadly, it seems to be closed now. I hope they come back at some point

food wasn't good cold missing wouldn't order again

Tenía pescado y patatas fritas de aquí y estaba delicioso lleno de sabor y pescado fresco. El rebozado estaba muy crujiente pero no demasiado seco y el pescado tenía sabor, las patatas fritas estaban sabrosas y perfectamente cocinadas. Fui criado comiendo pescado con papas fritas de un pueblo costero, así que no mi comida y fui chef por más de 35 años, tan bien experimentado en la comida. Gran pescado y patatas fritas y una gran relación calidad-precio ir a comprobarlo ahora ... . . gracias chicos

I would have liked more burger sauce and was disappointed that I had to pay extra. Additionally, there was no option to add burger sauce to chips or kebab.

Now PIZZA, and excellent! Brilliant service and perfect pizzas, including gluten free option. Really good addition to Holt.
