Horrible food I would avoid , I picked up a two large kebabs and chips It was terrible dry no salad it was disgusting nothing like the pictures an social media it makes me think there fake pictures

Much improved fish and chips in this shop. Great for me after work as it’s on the way home. Great staff and good service.

From outside a normal chippy, and when you get in, they serve all the usual chip shop items, mostly cooked to order so fresh! They also serve kebabs, but I try to defend my stomach so untried! Lots of cold drinks, and hot drinks made to order! Seats and tables should you wish to eat out of the paper while watching other customers! Parking easy, right outside. A very important point, they serve all day without closing, so a 1 mile detour off the A47 during the afternoon and you get fresh cooked food.

Visited about 9pm on a Tuesday. Ordered cod and chips to take out and was served immediately. The chips were a bit on the hard and crispy side and the cod a little on the soggy side so obviously not freshly fried. Not a bad fish and chip meal though.

Visited this chip shop a few times as local. Shop clean and tidy and service always good. Chips can be a bit of hit and miss but pies always nice. Staff always polite and welcoming.

Ordered cod and chips, prompt and friendly service, chips looked old and the cod looked almost like it was preformed as it was served. I went straight home, 2 minutes away. The chips were cold and chewy and the fish, thin and tasteless. Very disappointed as fish and chips from a chip shop is a rare treat for me. Won't be going there again for sure.

Handy can walk to this chippy. However I wont be walking there again I shall be driving past. Honestly worst fish and chips I have had in a long long time. Not only me thought that either. Will not be going back would rather drive 3 miles.

Visited again for a take out. Nice cod and chips and plaice and chips. Also King Ribs and mushy peas. Didn't have drinks but seemed to be usual soft drinks etc

Visit this frequently and the prices are reasonable and the take away food good. A few small tables to eat in or use whilst waiting.

Bought King Ribs and Cod & chips as our usual establishment was closed. Portion size OK and staff friendly. Very good

Use this from time to time. They serve good fish and chips. Haven't tried other items on menu to date.
