Absolutely amazing - always. Salt beef is incredible, cheese cakes amazing. Great big cup of tea. We always recommend to friends and visitors.

I was given a recommendation to try Gurkha Kitchen, so glad we went. The service was superb with helpful suggestions, both of us love different cuisines and the food here is quite superb. Will definitely go back, thank you.

Priced yourselves out of the market for families! £5.50 for sausage roll £4.50 for slice of cake £7 for soup & bread ?!? I know you’re a charity but come on …..

Stumbled on this place by chance after an early hospital appointment. Google breakfast near us and we ended up at Harry's. Fabulous breakfast menu, great atmosphere and very popular by the amount of people coming in. We hadn't booked, but it looked like booking would be wise to ensure a table. I had the "Station stack" which certainly hit the spot, 2 big fluffy pancakes with bacon, hash browns, fried egg and maple syrup, lush! My wife had smashed Avocado with hash browns and egg. Staff were very friendly and efficient too. We'd definitely go back again.

Very poor experience nearly 1hr waiting for food and there was two other people in there. Food come up warm to cold. The sticky tables, VERY OVER PRICED

These guys sell the BEST bread you can buy anywhere in Chelmsford, FACT. Super friendly service, great prices and the bread is simply first class. Honestly, nothing compares and I’m just so glad I’ve finally found this place.

We had a lovely Birthday meal and are planning to go back. We could not had better Hosts Excellent. We have been back again

I had the best quiche ever last week (Bacon & Blue cheese) now I'm not really a quiche fan but this was amazing so light and tasty and homemade by Nikki there was also a spare piece so I had another bit the next day too! Everything that Nikki makes is homemade and is super tasty and freshly made its the best coffee shop ever, it is definately worth a visit.

El café es muy bueno, y el pistacho tiramisú también es un buen regalo. Sin embargo, el servicio fue extremadamente grosero. Después de solo 15 minutos en mi mesa con un expreso y tiramisú —y mientras usaba mi computadora portátil— el miembro del personal se acercó con una actitud hostil, diciéndome que no podía permanecer más de 30 minutos. Le recordé que solo había estado allí durante 15 minutos! Esta misma persona fue antipática en cuanto entré en la cafetería porque tenía un equipaje de mano, ya que estaba de camino de la estación de tren a mi hotel. Si bien el café es bueno, el ambiente desagradable hace que sea difícil de disfrutar. Cambridge tiene un montón de buenos cafés, por lo que una actitud más amigable ayudaría mucho a mantener a la gente regresando. Definitivamente no volveré y no lo recomiendo ya que un buen café va con un ambiente agradable

Best pub in Wivenhoe by miles. Friendly, accessible and great drinks and events - it might not be near the river but it’s the place to head to

I happened to be at a loose end in Canvey Island, saw a banner advertising Anita’s Tearoom, and went to see what it was like - it was worth the diversion along the sea wall! I had the 10 item breakfast, and it was served quickly and in a friendly fashion, and was very tasty (special recommendation for having Irish White pudding on the menu which was a very pleasant surprise) Reasonably priced and enjoyable. Certainly set me up for the day!

A lovely friendly cafe and bakery, If only they offered a brown toast option and a choice of butter instead of margarine (for which I would happily pay a little extra) it would be absolutely perfect and I'd easily give 5 stars for food, Nice food and great value.

A fascinating exhibition of new work by Cambridge born, London based artist Ian Rawlinson. The exhibition runs from 5th October - 1st November 2024 at the Edge Café. The preview takes place on Saturday 5th October from 6.30 - 8.00pm. REFRACTOR is an exploration of collective memory as seen through East Anglia's military past. Prints and collages are inspired by connections to places and structures in North West Norfolk. Rawlinson adds intrusions and abstractions to the images, drawing out the notion that these places are portals where different timelines meet. The EDGE CAFÉ is open Mon - Sat 09.00 -16.00

Customer service matches the exceptional treats on offer. Only downside its not being able to sample everything on the menu! amazing stuff

If your looking for a real sandwich with good fillings then this is the shop for you. Having visited on many occasions I have never been disappointed.
