New Sage Takeaway Ormesby in Great Yarmouth

The best Chinese around that area! We visit 4/5 times a year to SunBeach & have New Sage every visit. Very tasty, not oily. Very friendly staff.

Lovely shop very kindly and courteously served and we waited no more than 15 minutes thanks very much the food was delicious

So thought I’d give it a try as live in the village , food was so tasty and good portions can honestly say it’s the best Chinese take away I’ve had and will be using again

I don't often leave reviews but noticed this place doesn't have many so had to especially after such a positive experience!! We were staying in a local Air BnB for a girls night and looked at local takeaways. This was very close so gave it a try and absolutely recommend this chinese takeaway! We had a variety of dishes and shared between all 4 of us. It was amazing food. The spring rolls say mini but aren't, they're quite big. I ordered two bags thinking they'd be tiny but I'm very glad they weren't! It was the highlight for me haha! Sweet and sour chicken was lush, the garlic chicken with pineapple I think it was called omg was divine! Noodles were lush! My friends had seafood dishes and enjoyed those a lot too. Chicken balls were big and yummy. We are already planning our next visit and having another takeaway from here! 5 out of 5, if you're staying anywhere nearby defo check it out. They even gave us free prawn crackers and a free can of drink when we collected. Our order was about £80 so I don't know if it was because of that but service was fantastic too. We ordered by phone and collected, we were slightly early and it was ready for us in heat sealed bags to keep it warm, very impressed and absolutely recommend.

This was our 3rd time ordering from New Sage and every time is has been delicious, always hot, fresh with each dish being individual in taste and flavour, best Chinese in the area.

Superb quality food at a reasonable price. It's a shame a £60 bill for four didn't warrant a free bag of prawn crakers but I would still go there again. First class.

This Chinese takeaway is definitely the best in the area! The food is always tasty, hot and also ready on time. Would definitely recommend. (Would be nice if they delivered and accepted card payments).

We were recommend this takeaway from the owner at our Caravan Park and it deffinately didn't disappoint. Food was very fresh and tasty and tasty delicious, we really liked that the food wasn't greasy or too salty either. We tried the soups a mixed platter, salt and chilli chicken and salt and pepper chips. Portion sizes were very good and staff were very friendly. Overall a lovely Chinese takeaway.
