We went after reading the positive reviews. On first impression, we were a bit unsure as it was set in row of closed and run down shops, just off a car park. Secondly, we were the only ones there for quite a while so were a bit worried. It was so quiet! After ordering, we could hear the food being cooked at the back, and each bowl brought out was huge! Fresh, hot and absolutely delicious. They adapted a couple of things for us, very willingly. We had to take some with us as there was so much food. The bill was very reasonable, service efficient. I wish we lived nearer so we could go again.

First time visiting Pando. Service great , Food absolutely out of this world I would highly recommend the Bulgogi and the spicy Singapore vermicelli both soooo morish 😁 definitely won't be our last visit

Really enjoyed our meal here. We did spend quite a bit about £80 for 2 but it was my birthday so we splashed out on sizzling seafood mains with sides and starters, I also indulged in a couple of cocktails. The whole experience was great and the food was even better than I had hoped for. Will definitely be going back.

Highly recommended. Just been for a lovely meal here great food and service. The chow mein, spicy chips, fried rice was especially yummy. It was very quiet in there so would love to see more people in there next time. If you love Chinese food this place is worth a visit. Such lovely people who work there too.

I've eaten here a few times now and have never been disappointed. The service is fast, the price is good and the food is great. Never been in here when it's been busy.

As a big foodie who enjoys all different types of food I rate this place so highly. It is my favourite restaurant in all of Great Yarmouth and up there with the top asian restaurants in all of Norfolk. The food is so tasty, the staff are friendly and it is very fairly priced. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic little gem of a place. Looks nothing fancy from the outside but the service and food is second to none. Best Asian food experience I have had outside of Asia! Excellent place to eat pretty cheap (just ate allot had the pork dumplings, sik mein noodles and szexhuan ribs) all tasted really good fairly priced c9nsidering me and my girlfriend got 2 mains each and a started each for about £50 plus lovely staff very accommodating and friendly

Really didn't enjoy my food. Ordered ribs with spice salt and chilli sauce but it was actually a thick sweet and sour sauce. For main I ordered Thai green curry which was the worst I've had, I think the one I make at home was better.

We came here for a family meal of 6 people and we were met with a really warm welcome. The service from the start was very attentive. There was a great selection of food on the menu and not only was the food amazing, but the portions are huge! The food was so tasty and it wasn’t greasy at all, not even the chicken balls. Everyone loved it and it’s probably one of the best Chinese meals I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved our visit to Pando. We were a group of nine which included children and all nine of us said it was the best Chinese meal we had ever had. The food was delicious,the service was excellent and we were all made to feel very welcome. We can't wait to visit again.we all highly recommend Pando.

I’ve came to pando a couple of times now and every time I do the service is amazing soon as you walk in the restaurant they treat you with with a welcoming smile .I came here with my cousin for her birthday and she said the food was amazing and that it is definitely a place you should visit if you are on holiday or just wanting to go to a place to have some nice Chinese/Thai food . The food also came out quicker than we expected if I remember correctly we had a mix starter for 2, beef fried rice ,crispy shredded chicken and a pat Thai if you want some nice Chinese/Thai food the it’s definitely a place to go :)

Read the 1 / low star reviews and believe them, staff are sub optimal and owner is very rude and unwillingly to listen to customers when food isn’t right and needs addressing. Avoid at all costs… service is slow, food barely passable and owner is very arrogant.

Good food but terrible service, the worst I have experienced! The only patrons on a Mon eve and there was a miscommunication with one dish, we asked for it to be corrected and was told we have to pay for the incorrect dish and the new dish! After discussion with the owner (who had a awful attitude) who couldn’t care less she agreed to ‘letting’ us paying half… couldn’t care less about customers, if you like your food with a side order of greed and rudeness - then this is the place for you, but my advice would be to spend your money elsewhere.

OK food but manager is ignorant and rude. Only patrons in the restaurant, minor mix up with no one dish and she refused to correct it and said we had to pay for the dish and the replacement. The WORST customer experience I have received at restaurant ever, owner only interested in money and couldn’t care less about customer service, complete greedy with bad attitude. Spend your money somewhere else!

Quick dinner for three people following business meetings,early Wednesday evening around 7 pm. Very positive and the menu, albeit subtly confusing for a man in his mid 50s, was clearly a Chinese and Thai conflagration of different dishes. Good choice and range. We started with mixed starters for three, followed by half a duck, followed by a PadThai, chicken in black bean sauce, and another one I cannot remember.! The food was excellent, no question; probably as good as any other good Asian food I’ve had anywhere else. Hot, tasty and well presented. The challenge about giving 5 stars is the service. Whilst very friendly, the young lady kept getting our drinks and food orders wrong, even though she had written them down. Half the drinks would arrive and, after prompting twice they eventually all arrived. Same for the mains, and again having to repeat what was missing a couple of times, when we reordered drinks. It was more stark when we were the only people in the restaurant and it became a tad irritating; especially when the drinks would be seen on the bar being left …. Otherwise very good and perhaps she was having an off day.

We just fancied a Chinese in Yarmouth this lunchtime and what a find. One of the best chinese meals we have had.

We were away for a short break staying in a hotel nearby. Found Pando on line and pre-booked. Very friendly staff, lovely food and a super meal. Restaurant was fairly busy and had a friendly vibe. Wish we lived in the area so we could visit again

Me and my partner found this place on Google while we were away and there is only one word for it INCREDIBLE. The lady on the phone was polite ,helpful and had a very kind phone voice. The young lady that I spoke to when I collected was polite ,friendly and engaged in conversation. The lady who brought the food out was polite and professional. WOW this was our first time dining here, wasn't disappointed at all, in fact we will definitely be dining here again. Didn't book as it was a spur of the moment decision, was pleased that we were directed straight to a table suitable for our romantic evening. The young man that looked after us was polite and knew about the wine and the menu options. Advice was perfect as was the meal, the atmosphere was great too, and we felt relaxed. Highly recommended.

My wife and I eat pan asian cuisine frequently so were delighted to be recommended this restaurant by friends. We have had lunch there so far and for a fixed price, we had a main course, a side and a soft drink. The portions were very ample and were tasty and fresh, service was friendly and efficient and its set in a location where parking is easy and convenient. Very nice decor. We will return. Returned today and just as good. Easily the best Asian restaurant in Great Yarmouth.

Quite nice food considering almost the whole of Great Yarmouth was mainly just British type of restaurants with amazing low standards comparing to other towns. Menu is poorly copy and pasted and didn’t seem to flow, with repeated words and spelling mistakes. However food was fresh and delicious. Waitress seemed a bit nervous, spilling one drink on the table then nearly a soup as well.
