The best restaurants serving American food in East of England

Great Food and staff today. Was advertised as a Fathers Day Meal, first come first served, no issues with that but what was t mentioned was the fact that they wouldn’t have the normal beers on, only notes, (I guess as its only intermittently open now). Shame, as the way it is run is hit and miss and you can’t go for a good night out. Could be so much more except its badly run.

Crap staff more interested in there phones no lids for cups no trays struggled to carry our food no help given very dirty will not go there again and apparently there toilets don't work needs a total makeover and a good clean and retrain there rude staff

Would 💯% recommend! Great service, always fast delivery! Very friendly delivery driver, food is amazing! We use City Pizza a lot and will definitely continue to do so :)

Kids meal had spicy chicken nuggets, which isn't ok..

Food was completely cold & did not taste nice

Our food arrived cold as if it had been sitting on an ice pack which is a shame as it looked lovely and felt the taste would have been great if it wasn’t really cold. One burger was inedible due to hardiness, again which is a shame.

The plume is truly the best pub around, the food is SO delicious, really friendly pleasant service (thank you Allison for your kind hospitality today and to your colleague as well who's name I didn't catch but she was very friendly too! :) ) , Aimee has also been incredibly friendly and welcoming on our past visits! The atmosphere is very comfortable, a bit like sitting in your comfortable living room in a lovely old rustic house, HIGHLY recommend the Burger and the BROWNIE (with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce, OMG!) Do not hesitate to visit this place and do not waste time reading any of the negative comments here, a truly excellent place! :))

Can't comment on the food but looked and smelt good as it came past me. Barmen were extremely attentive. Rich and russ were happy to serve me and my friends. Will definitely return.

Been coming here for years but sadly on this occasion for me it was disappointing. Service excellent but made you feel rushed. The booths have been removed which has lost its vibe somewhat of an American diner. No other customers, floor underneath our table had squashed food remains. Staff sitting at the bar. Maccy cheese was dry with no sauce, milkshakes great, very small portions. Definitely a noticeable change which is such a shame. I will be giving them another go as the rest of my party enjoyed their burgers as it may have been the time of day. Just ok for me on this occasion 😊

Good kebab, good portion sizes, the only let down being the tiny amount of sauce they provide you.

The bar staff are incredibly miserable! It's such a shame. This town could do with a decent bar. Location is great. You're just not valued as a customer!!!!

Good burgers, all of the flavours blended really well, and really tasty chips. Went for lunch and the lunch deal was very reasonably priced, would definitely go again

We had a great meal. The only downside was the state of the toilets that need bringing into the 21st century. Other than that, no complaints

Terrible re-cooked fish, cold peas and chips, cheap cuts of chicken and took 30 minutes to be served, I only ate it because I was desperate 😔
