The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Seafood food

Iv been ordering here for over 5 years.. to be frank ever since new management took over this place hiked its prices and reduce portion sizes.. which is fine but the food quality went down the drain they changed the ingredients for cheaper options and full of oil and dont get me started on missing items! Example: I order the chicken tikka fries from them and the chicken was cold but the chips where warm.. thats not good surely! They are living on the previous management success it's as simple as that.. their days are numbered. Don't waste your hard earned money on a chance things have changed trust me.. you wait 2 hours for the delivery and get extra dispointed when you go to tuck in yuk.. They should be ashamed of themselfs boosting about winning xyz awards and provideing their loyal custom with such a horrible experience. Never again! Waste!

I have purchased from The Godfather previously, and loved the fish and chips, and got home before they got cold. Tonight however, I ordered via Just Eat. Paid at 1825...for 2 bits of cod, 1 chips. I onion rings. At 1950 I got the call from the delivery man...the fish and chips were swimming in oil and too cold to eat...the onion rings were hard and not edible I am very disappointed, in the Godfather and delivery. Not to mention throwing away good money

This Fish & Chip shop is under new management. We have been several times now and it is always perfect. The chips are amazing. Crisp on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. The portions are large too, so could share a large chips between two people but they are so good you may not want to!!!! The Fish is perfect every time. Again large size fish portions. The batter is just so light and crispy and melt in your mouth. The fish is beautifully cooked and its all served piping hot. Absolutely recommend the fish & chips. They offer kebabs and burgers as well but haven't tried these yet so can't comment on them.

It's ok food was freshly cooked

Chicken was very very dry. Skin was quite hard and tough. Haddock was lovely

Been there twice now. Chicken and chips were spot on. Crispy chips and succulent fried chicken. Will definitely be returning.

Had Clarks pie and chips , chips wernt bad to be fair but pie was microwaved ! Wosrt Clarks pie I've ever eaten ! Had them warmed up before but this was just a soggy mess ! Won't be going back

While traveling abroad, this was BEST fish & chips I’ve discovered in London by far. Super friendly and fast service. I will be going back again before I leave! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Have been here many times, not sure if it was Monday 12th May was a case of Monday Night Blues ,but it was a Birthday Celebration ( mine ) and the swervice and food quality was terrible. Had to ask many times for our drinks , told bar was busy but very quiet compared to normal numbers. Food when it came not up to normal standard, had to send lamb dish back , bland, tasteless and not good at all. Atmosphere not warming, some people in there made you feel very uncomfortable, table 6 guys not appearing to be eating, just drinking and meeting for discussion not on a set table. Will not be rushing to go back there, thank god we had been to see a great show at Royal Albert Hall first, Gary Barlow Songbook Tour.

The venue was beautiful, service impeccable and food was amazing. We had the Christmas set menu. Will definitely return

Went for the live music, friendly staff, had chicken wings and they were really good, fair portions!
