never ordered again. late 45 minutes ,try to call to restaurant wrong number. food is cold.Kids is hungry...

Over 3 hours to come and when came it wasn’t good at all cold soggy and very unhappy I did become a regular customer to these but I will after this not be returning until they sort it all out they can start by a possible refund and an apology

They took our order, told us it was on its way and even delivered. (nobody showed up, we even waited after an hour and a half and still nothing) after having to find the CORRECT phone number (as multiple sites have incorrect phone numbers that don't exist) they say they are STILL preparing/ only just starting. After asking what on earth was going on, they replied that they only have one driver and are busy. aka they lied about delivery time, we cancelled the order as that is just not on.

Food 3 hours late and not good

Best pizzas in town as we just ordered special pizzas from here , have to say the staff is friendly and very hard working 🙏🙏

our order took over 3 hours and 5 phonecalls to finally come. we asked for cancellation and refund to which we were denied ! on one phone call the staff just put the phone on the side and began chatting. the chicken tasted fishy as I imagine cooked in the same fryer. chips just didn't taste right. extremely frustrated and angry. will definitely tell people to avoid here. upon phone calls it was coming, chicken not cooked, no drivers, don't know how long, we won't cancel. absolutely ridiculous.

food never arrived and they marked it as delivered, we phoned up and they refused to cancel the order or give a refund. I went to the shop in person and they still refused. I would avoid this place like the plague

the chips tasted like they had been cooked in plastic or something. I have never tasted anything like this before. the pie was over cooked and the crust was rock hard. the pizza being described as spicy was anything but that. Would I order from here again? Nope not a chance! sub par food and tasted awful. I threw the food away.

Just had a delivery and never again will I use these , A LARGE MIXED MEAT AND CHIPS . Only two meats and very small portion with chips absolutely terrible... A large would fill me up from anywhere but here ... It was tiny ,been ripped off . I literally had eaten it in about three minutes .. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY HAVE A PENNY OF ME .chips the few that I had was full of oil . Totally ripped off spoke to a few people and I'm thinking the place may need visiting from health officials ..

the texture of the fish you could almost suck through a straw. I requested legs and thighs because of a health issue, out of the four pieces I didn't get one of my request. a complete waste of my money to be honest I won't re-visit

On arrival I ordered a chicken burger, it took over 40 minutes. While waiting I noticed no gloves were used. They wore their coats multiple times they asked people to repeat their orders bare in mind there were only 3 of us 1 pre-ordered. No hair nets were worn. It was dirty in the back, food preparation area someone in there sitting on the counter. Health and Safety is needed.

Quality of chips and mushy peas very poor

Food was well worth the little longer wait, and this time of year a little wait is to be expected

Food was horrible, no side sauces that we ordered, no salt and vinegar on the chips, fish was soggy, the burger was like cardboard, the chips were also soggy, mozzarella sticks were cold and onions rings were also soggy. Do not recommend at all, I threw the meal away after a few bites

I cannot express how much the food is exquisite and the service is excellent. I always show appreciation to this food shop as they never falter. Five stars 🌟

Solía ser mi habitual, pero fui testigo de un caballero dejando caer un pan de ajo en el suelo que vio y continuó poniendo en la orden de alguien sin un cuidado en el mundo. La mujer que empacó mi pedido cuando me preguntaron por qué no llevaba guantes me dijo que se debía a un corte en la mano y al pollo tandoori, ¡lo cual es aún más preocupante! Y no es una excusa viable. Reporté a salud ambiental como su higiene alimentaria fue calificada por última vez en 2022 y desde entonces han tenido nuevos propietarios. Absolutamente repugnante me negó un reembolso.

all food was cold had to warm everything in the microwave.... the price u pay at least the food could be hot

Kebab was nice chips and onion rings tasted like grease. And the pizza hardly had any cheese on just tasted like dough

Unfortunately it arrived an hour late we did have a text to say it would be late but that was at 17.47 called the place and the lady on the phone said that they didn’t have the right postcode on just eat despite the fact all my details are correct and then said it had gone to the wrong address, surprisingly as she told us that the food arrived as we were on the phone to her . The food arrived at a decent temperature BUT the 9’ pizza had mushrooms and green chilli missing which I paid extra for

Looked empty and cold, not a welcoming feeling at all. Chips were hard and dryed out and fish batter tasted of stale oil

They did have part of the order had to, substitute part of the order quality was not nice

The burger were overloaded in to much sauce my chips were cold and green and taste of soil to much cheese never received my orange tango

Took over an hour and a half to deliver less than 2 miles away. Time kept changing. wouldn't have ordered if I'd known it would take this long. Rang the restaurant 15 minutes after just eats claimed it was delivered. claimed it was two minutes away. That was 10 minutes ago. Have given up and made toast. If you must eat here, don't bother with delivery.

Ordered a cheese burger and no cheese, chips were cold, and i don't live that far. Delivery person kept questioning me about my order at the door. Even when i showed him the order on my phone. Order number didn’t match and he said my name wasn't righ

We have always been happy with this chippy but on this occasion not! Ordered a mince beef and onion pie, the girl kept saying steak pie, my husband had to correct her twice, didn't want the special wanted a pie and separate chips but got given a special, there were literally 10 chips! The pie wasn't hot and a separate pot of mushy peas were luke warm! Also ordered a mini fish which was more batter than fish! Not sure what went wrong but very disappointed

Really disappointing. Kids nuggets were not nice at all. The kids refused to eat them. Pizza was like a cheese cardboard, hardly any topping on. Mixed Kebab was ok but I think it was due to the mint yogurt sauce that was on it. Such a let down when you spend £20 on a takeaway and wished us just put an Iceland pizza in instead. Ohh and had to wait over an hour for it as well. We will not be returning.

I went there just to buy some cheesy chips. As you can see, they look disgusting. The taste was awful, I could smell and taste oil and the chips were not fresh! I felt nauseous the whole day, hope to not be sick

Food came late and was cold. Chips were crispy and awful, didn’t have any salt and vinegar. The garlic bread was tiny and rubbery, was inedible. The pizza was chewy and tasted undercooked. They missed off the garlic dips that you have to pay extra for and a bottle of Dr Pepper. Rang up to explain and the person on the phone didn’t understand what we were trying to say! Have taken it up with just eat instead. Never again. We will go elsewhere

Food was stone cold! We ordered a pizza & fries and they were both cold. I had to heat pizza up in the microwave. Fries went in the bin! It said food on the way & it was like 30 mins until the food came (takeaway is 5 mins away) I’m really disappointed..

Never arrived Called shop and was told was on way! I never gave he delivery code to anyone so the driver must of put it in himself and confirmed a drop off when he didn’t make one

I recived an 8 slice pizza instead of 12 slices not too upset about that but the cake I had ordered did not come with my food so quite unhappy about that as it always comes.

Very unhappy with our experience, which is a real shame as we’ve always enjoyed the food from here before. Not this time though. Took 2hrs to be delivered! The fish was rock hard & the rest was tasteless & either cold or luke warm at best.

Fries were disgusting, I assume from the taste and sogginess they were refried, the special garlic bread should clearly state what is on them. Couldn't eat them because of the jalapeños and onions. Kebab was decent, worth the money. Burger was overcooked, bun was soggy and the chips weren't great. Also think it's ridiculous you can't order a burger on its own without chips. Pizza was edible but nothing special and arrived colder than expected for a freshly made pizza.

Placed an order and paid extra for battered chips. When I called to ask why I had received fries instead I was told “WE WERE CLOSING SO THATS WHAT WE SENT”. Followed by “NEXT TIME I WILL SEND FREE DRINK”. Disgusting service. Don’t charge extra for something you cannot deliver and then use the excuse you are closing

Disgusting quality, every chip black eyes, dry , meat had a tang , chicken dry no taste complete waste of money all went in the bin !

I ordered a chicken burger, plain chips, and a meat feast pizza, the food was lush, and so reasonably priced, will definitely be ordering again !! Happy customer. 😊

Probably the worst chips I'v ever had tasted like greasy cardboard. Curry sauce vile, bland mush.. They have no idea what they're doing and I have no idea how they're in business. Stay away from these immigrant wasters.

I can only speak as I find, ordered Meat & Salad and Fish & Chips. All were delicious,10/10. Everything was freshly cooked. I collected rather than delivery services, which I find ruins the food.

Steak and Kidney pie was unavailable so they rang my husband to offer beef and onion, the pie was so hard absolutely disgusting! Potato wedges were burnt! They offered to send out another pie but my husband just called them back to say don't bother as the food and service is shocking. We asked for a manager to call us and they said there wasn't one on site, we gave them the option of a refund or bad feedback... they opted for bad feedback, that alone speaks volumes! They do not deserve custom!
