Food is good.... But really disappointed by the min charge for card payments. Be careful min 10£ order on card even Aldi don't take cash! For the area this is really unfair I don't live here but I know young mums that do these are the people that support your business day to day they sometimes don't have 10£ to spend on food. Support your locals they have supported you all these years.

BESTEST CHIPS I EVER HAD IN THE ENTIRE TOWN get together with the family from Birmingham last night as we were plenty of us bought lots of food from this place specially kebabs and burgers absolutely BEAUTIFULL selection of sauces were amazing Nice & crispy large fish was massive easily can fill you up overall 10/10 from HAPPY FAMILY if you ever wanna have Beatifull food don't forget this place as you can see its already rated 5 stars

Fish cooked to order and the size of a whale. Too many chips even with a small portion shared between 2.

Got to be the worst chips I've ever had! No taste, no colour just bright white undercooked chips. Something seriously wrong with either your choice of potatoes or the way you are cooking them. I see other reviews also saying the same? Curry sauce was very watery and the whole thing tasted like boiled chips in boiled hot brown water. Keep clear, never ever again! Total waste of money ended up in the bin.

Nice food but the chips could do with cooking for a little longer as they look under cooked but taste fine. Staff friendly-prices reasonable.

Everything about this place is awesome apart from I’m sorry to say….The chips. But all you need to do is cook them for 2 minutes longer so they have a bit of colour and crunch. Awesome staff, awesome prices awesome portions. Please just sort the chips to become the best chippy around!

???? Either we went on a bad day or some people have been paid to put decent reviews on? Our chips were undercooked and soggy as hell... battered sausage was not crispy pure soggy. Chicken burger was rock hard and my sons chicken on the bone was tastless... I woulnt recommend personally. But each to there own

Best chip shop around for miles.Fish is lovely and a decent size ,chips are never greasy.Kebabs are huge too .Quick service very rarely wait long for your food,great! I have a chip shop at the top of my street that I could walk to but no thanks ,would rather get in the car and drive to this one and know the food will be spot on.

Very good food, huge portions, meat well seasoned and expressive, everything fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend. I have been eating for several years and have never been disappointed. I have never had problems after eating like in other places. More places like this.

Good portion sizes and kebab meat done fresh not left in pot to keep warm. Plain chips also not battered which is the main reason I go there.

Very disappointed 1st they tried to charge me 30p more then what is in there menu, then when I got home there was hardly any peas in my chips and not much Chips, I have going there on and off for the past 3 years all over the 30p they tried to charge me they have lost my custom to their there shop, they must be hard up due to their portions. Shame

Just 2 very nice kababs me an my son, I had the mixed meat in a tray, my son had the kabbab in a NaN they was massive and the batterd burger was big will go again yummy

The best fish n chips bar none. Had my brother over from Australia whose missed proper fish n chips. He's had it at least 6 times since he's been here.

Haddock is large enough to belong to the shark family and with a more than generous amount of chips you'll end up well and truly stuffed.

Chips always fresh, you have to wait for chips on most occasions as they only cook a small amount but they are then fresh n hot!! Good value ! Prices are average for chippys in area but you well get your money's worth! Only reason I scored it a 4 is the Mrs moans about waiting for chips every time lol

I've read some of the less favourable reviews for this chippy & I've been surprised. Admittedly I visit at peak times but I've only ever experienced regularly fresh cooked food served by friendly staff. Chips are great and portions are huge. What's not to like? I've been coming here for years now. Seaside fish & chips should be the best but are always a let-down in comparison to the Bradley Fish Bar. The place is often busy & don't be surprised if you end up queuing, as food is cooked in small batches to ensure fresh. Worth the wait though.

Went there last night 21st June 2016 and ordered mini fish special and a pie special. Both were very enjoyable and value for money. Nice to get service with a smile also. This is a takeaway only for those that don't know.

What we love about this place is that almost everything is cooked fresh, and the kebab meat in NOT stored in those horrible tins. Mini fish and chip special with peas is bostin, plus 'er indoors likes the southern fried chicken. Good sized portions and nice curry sauce, plus good parking.

Love the chips from here...foods tastey and the bags are large...without even asking for it. The fish portions are the size of whales..lol..just kidding...but they are big...great tea time treat..always something to look forward to.

plz bring a new cook at ur shop your old cook is realy realy bad at cooking he dont knows how to cook food......last friday i bought large fish and sausges he realy messed up all my food .....he always gives us uncook food wich is realy bad for your upcoming future of your fish shop and the guy who is serving custumers has got no sense that how to treat with good and daily customers.......plz bring a new cook at your shop as soon as possible otherwise your shop gona close soon.....and plz manage your service staff as well....

Chips were tough and stale. Liked they'd been stood for ages. Chicken kebab was full of salt. I wondered if it was to disguise the taste of something else or if it was old meat they'd tried to keep fresh. Battered sausage was nice but that's hardly top notch cuisine. I won't go again, sorry.

My advice would be GIVE THIS PLACE A VERY VERY WIDE BERTH!!Staff are very rude and carry on coversations whilst serving you, then when they get your order wrong they look at you and speak to you as though you had done something wrong!Chips were greasy and cold, Fish was nearly all batter and the kebab my partner had was simply cardboard!Better chip shops close by.

I've always found the staff here to be polite and friendly. They always acknowledge you on arrival and always apologise if they've kept you waiting. The food is ok, usual chip shop fayre. The only disappointment, as with most Fish & Chip shops these days, is the quality of the fish . . it's certainly not what it used to be! With reference to rude staff, try the other local Fish & Chop Shop Dhillon's in Wilkinson Ave. and you'll realise just how good Bradley Fish Bar is by comparison . . . . the guys at Dhillon's have absolutely no manners at all and are not grateful at all for our custom, they NEVER use the words hello, please or thank you.

Could not say much about the food other than acceptable. The staff however really need to remember why they are there. Will never call again - better chip shops nearby.

Always catch this chippy as the chips come out the fryer! never greasy or cold. Constant temperature checks on the pies, wouldnt use another local chippy now
