Had Clarks pie and chips , chips wernt bad to be fair but pie was microwaved ! Wosrt Clarks pie I've ever eaten ! Had them warmed up before but this was just a soggy mess ! Won't be going back

Sunday lunch, food was tasty. Staff were polite & welcoming. Background music was nice & not too loud. Good value for money.

I was a customer this evening in Bluewater. Unfortunately I witnessed a very strange scene between a lady worker with brown colour shirt and a delivery driver. The guy waited couple of minutes and realised every worker was busy closing down , swiping the floor and not acknowledged him. He kindly asked if his order has drinks as well and the brown colour shirt lady got very rude and agresive towards him . She shouted that she is the manager and he will never come in her store ever again. The guy tried to calm her down, explaining that he didn't do nothing wrong just wanted to know if he can take the food for his customer and wanted to make sure there was no drinks to it, but she continued talking on top of him . In the end the guy took the bag of food and let very upset and disappointed telling her that he will escalate this mater to her managers. Very weird and rude approach from the lady worker. This should not be happening at all especially in front of us customers. Terrible experience, hope this won't happen again and management will take action against workers with bad temper

Fish wasn't fresh it was kept in the warmer with door open sogy and the friers always miserable customer service poor counter dirty

I certainly was not disappointed with this fish and chip shop, all cooked fresh, and I would recommend the curry as well . Would definitely return when visiting Chester again ,

Great food, the place seems to be really clean and we'll definitely return on our next trip to Glasgow.

The breakfasts were outstanding the bacon, sauages and other bits seemed to be of a very high quality as you would expect for the price. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Had a day out in Brixham and called into the cafe for lunch with our two dogs,as it is dog friendly,we had fish and chips with a hot drink, couldn't fault it,good portions and nice piece of cod,and good service, definitely recommend.

The food was on point, authentic flavours from my travels, and took me back to good memories of nostalgia. Service was loving and family like. Would go back a hundred times over. X

Food in the end turned out to be OK but was expensive at £60 for 5 adults and 3 kids but the staff either didn't like their jobs or where just struggling with understand English. Also cash only always surprises me.

Best fish and chip shop in Harborough. Very extensive menu. Service can be a bit slow at times as they do a lot of online orders.

🛑 Staff and food are awful folks ❗️❗️ Ordered food for me and my mum and dad a few weeks ago and after waiting an hour the fish and chips came and the oil was running off the chips and they were undercooked , the fish was full of batter and grease , I was physically sick at home. The order came to 55:90 and I called to complain and they said they would send a new one and the docket was in the till. When I called back today I recorded the phone call as my mum rang before and the girl was so rude on the phone. I called this evening and spoke to staff (younger girl) refused to tell me her name and hung up the call twice. I explained what happened and she told me “it wasn’t her problem” and they can’t give out free food” I am lost for words to be honest. She told me management was looking at her and they said the same 🤦🏻‍♀️. I have never been spoken to like that in my life. I payed the best part of £60 to be verbally assaulted and humiliated on the phone for food I payed for out of my own pocket 🤦🏻‍♀️ mostly all the reviews on here echo my experience, I just wish I knew about this sooner. This is so wrong 😑. Avoid at all costs folks 💔
