In front of one new change mall. Well located. Food is excellent. Couple of options but they are really tasty. The homemade lemonade it is really delicious. Fast service. It wasn't crowded thanks God. We received an excellent service thanks to Christian. 10/10 overall

This is my first try of lobster. I had promised myself to not eating that animal. Because They are boiled alive. I broke it but now I know it’s not worth killing a lobster for that. Regardless of this restaurant, The taste of lobster meat is not that special.. I never eat it again. Btw, The service was awesome. Everyone was friendly. The hamburgers were also good. We ate muscles and the sauce was tasty. I wont go again but recommend if you like

Expensive but worth it! The food is excellent, the lobster and burgers are really awesome. A bit strange concept but we will happily come back.

The food was delicious (especially the plant burger) and the service was exceptional. The food came out very fast and all of our servers were very friendly.

Not that good and small portions for the price. You’re better off avoiding this chain and spending the same amount at a local place.

States on the menu that allergies are accommodated. Sat down and ordered drinks, said I had a gluten allergy and was told there was nothing they could do gluten free, but I could have a burger with no bun and no chips! Rubbish!

After reading the reviews on the Internet, I ordered the most classic 1.75lb whole lobster & lobster roll (lobster burger), and it was really delicious! The whole lobster is full of flavor, and the lobster burger is just right with the salad dressing! It is highly recommended that you must try it when you come to London! The fries are also very crispy and not too dry, and they go just right with the special sauce! The person who served us today was GAETANO, very kind and a perfect dinner🥣

Wasn’t expecting much knowing that it’s a chain, but found it rather a great experience, especially when dropping in when the restaurant isn’t so busy in late afternoon for pre theatre dinner. Both the steamed/boiled lobsters and the roll/sandwich were much better than expected in quality than what you’d normally get at a chained restaurant. The croquettes and oysters 🦪 however were found lacking in many ways. The oysters were fishier than ones I’ve had (not sure if it’s the freshness or just the variety) and the croquettes were…to put it simply, boring and lacking in any lobster flavour. Overall though, I’d re visit for the vibe, ambiance, nice booth, hospitality and the lobsters themselves.

Very good dinner, the beast burger was super delicious, and very well served by Christian, who was super friendly, helpful and fun.

Had a combo half lobster and Tone was a super helpful person re my preferences for no fries or bun and subbing (for tiny extra 2:50) fries for their delicious broccoli I always love (plus need all the veg when eat out as I don’t bother cooking much at home - more the snack monster of cheese and ham). So burger came in lettuce with their usual delicious side salad. Spicy sauce is amazing also and not too strong for the lobster. I prefer steamed as less stuck to shell.

Rhian was very attentive and efficient. The food was great. We got a combo for two. It was fairly quiet around 4pm on Thursday. The music was a little too vibey and allowed above the table. Overall though, would recommend.

The cuisine at this establishment is outstanding, with attentive service and a warm demeanor from Gaetano. The combo lobster and burger are particularly noteworthy, and the oysters are fresh and reasonably priced during happy hour. I highly recommend it! Had the best service from Rhian, a very welcoming soul. It was our first time and she gave us a great first impression. We eat Halal, so we were able to swap the burger in the Combo for 2, to a plant based option. It was a Birthday lunch, and Rhian went out of her way to make it memorable. Would definitely go again.
