Lovely impromptu late lunch / early dinner at B&L near St Paul’s Cathedral. Service was excellent and attentive, but there were only a couple of other diners in the restaurant so can’t comment on what it’s like when busy. The food was really nice actually. It came out quickly, was nicely presented, and tasted lovely. However, I rated it a 4 for food because I felt very short changed on the lobster. For what they charged and what you get, it’s quite disappointing. Although the shell looks a reasonable size, there was very limited lobster meat, hardly any actually!. I don’t think I would order it again. But the prawns and the burgers were really good.

Had a great evening at B&L. Max served us and was very helpful! He made sure we had everything we needed. Will defo be returning :)

The food was okay - we had calamari and lobster croquettes and a new lobster combo. I feel the quantities could be more generous. The service was lovely especially from Kasia, who waited our table. She was kind, polite and very helpful.

Food was good as always. The holy f sauce is not as spicy as expected, but I guess that's up for who's having it. Kasia was great, she helped us chose what would be better for sharing and she did a great job. We'll be back!

We stoped by with my daughter and where warmly welcomed by Kasia. We arrived quite late for lunch (16h) but all was ok with it. Fast and friendly service, good food (I recommend the lobster roll !), kid friendly and really nice spot. I will definitely go back with mini-me !

The service from Kasia was incredible and the food absolutely delightful! We especially liked the burgers and Wagyu croquette starters.

I have visited around 4 PM. Not too much crowded, good atmosphere and friendly service by KASIA. Lobster roll and fantastic garlic butter was fantastic. Beef burger was juicy.

I ate a chicken burger there which was good. However, next time I'll eat something else.

It is appalling that this restaurant is not accepting dog while the place is big. Too bad, I will not come back in that restaurant franchise

We were greeted with a warm welcome from Kasia. We were given a lovely table and we were given enough time to settle before ordering. Only downside was the price of drinks but not a huge issue.

My first time, but will be back frequently. A cute and well managed venue with fantastic fresh lobster.

Dinner with colleagues. Coming from Zurich, I find the prices in this restaurant quite affordable. The food is delicious (I had some oysters, wagyu beef croquettes, and grilled half lobster with fried sweet potato on the side) and so are the drinks! Nice service as well -- I was the 1st who arrived from our group, and while waiting, my colleagues called in to say they will be a few mins. late, and the manager (?) or one employee even went to me after the call to let me know about it, and added that he told them that I was already waiting. It could be a bit loud though, but was still ok to some extent, we were still able to converse. We had a good experience and I would recommend this diner/restaurant/bar.

Had an amazing experience at Burger & Lobster thanks to Isa, who was hands-down one of the best servers I’ve come across. From the moment we sat down, Isa was welcoming, attentive, and effortlessly professional — striking the perfect balance between friendly and efficient. She knew the menu inside out, offered great recommendations without being pushy, and genuinely made the whole experience feel elevated. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly cares about the customer experience like she does. Massive shoutout to Isa — she’s a credit to the team, and the kind of person who makes you want to come back. 10/10 service.

Burger & Lobster combo plates are hard to beat! Enjoyed the beef ribs more than the baked oysters which were tiny after being cooked. One of the few places that had last minute reservations on a Friday night. Many reservation slots available but place was pretty packed. Service was friendly and ambience was cozy. B&L never disappoints.

Food was good and tasted fresh but I was astonished by Toni’s service, was very patience as their was four of us and always checked on us to see if we needed anything, will definitely come back to bread street branch because of him !

So disappointed by Gordon Ramsay's pizzeria across the street, we ended up at this address by chance and were delighted! Delicious dishes, perfect service, a bit expensive but memorable!

I had good experience with the food last time! It's been a while, but everything was just as amazing as I remembered. Stavros was incredibly attentive, super friendly, and had a great smile that brightened the whole meal!

GAETANO sooo good!! Our server was a man named GAETANO, who was very friendly and was able to have small talk even though he wasn't good at English. At the end, he asked what "thank you" means in Korean, so we told him "thank you," and he thanked us in Korean. The food was delicious, and the truffle mac and cheese was a great end-of-day delicacy.

Nice setting. The host was very very chatty could place a word but was funny at the same time. The lobster 🦞 roll was delicious, would have preferred that it was served warm. Toilet was quite messy and wet.

Kasia best service in my life thanks a lot

My husband and I went went in on a Sunday afternoon with no reservation and were greeted by a super friendly and funny Italian manager. We were seated in a lovely area by the window. It was uncannily quiet for a Sunday in half term but that didn’t stop the team from being attentive and the food from being exquisite. We had starters and mains and were speechless at the quality, flavour and presentation of the food. The price was also very reasonable for what you got with the whole bill coming to less than £50 per person. We had paid and we’re about to leave when the staff overheat we were there for my husbands birthday. When they caught me in a moment without him and asked if they could bring him over a quick dessert to help us celebrate. The hardest bit was stalling my husband to keep up the charade. We haven’t enjoyed dining out as much in a very long time and it’s so lovely to know that this wonderful team of staff can make an impromptu birthday dinner so funny, tasty and memorable. Would 10/10 recommend.

Amazing service from Gaetano, great prices and atmosphere. Of course the lobster and the burgers were amazing!

Walked into lobster and burgers with no booking was immediately greeted by Gaetano who recommended our table. We got the burger and lobster combo for 2. For the indecisive (too delicious to photograph) he suggested we got lobster half grilled half steamed to try both ways. Incredibly generous, lovely atmosphere and good people and food. Will be returning.

All good so long as you're not a lobster. The bar staff were excellent and the boss man looks like a boss. Food was lovely too.
