Love this place. Went there recently. We were very well looked after by everyone. Service from entrance to leaving was spot on. Attentive but not intrusive. Victor especially was excellent. Personable and respectful. Professional throughout. Felt like a guest in his home. Food was amazing. Great quality oysters and the lobster was delicious as always with Bread Steet B&G. Atmosphere was very relaxed, grown up and not too loud so you can actually have a conversation. People dining in groups and on their own. Becoming a favourite spot of mine

Simply perfect for our friday evening during our trip in London. We wanted to find a good place to eat burgers and what a surprise ! The food was very good, both the burger and the sandwich, as well as the croquettes that we ordered as a starter. However, we were surprised that the potatoes they served appeared to be frozen. For the type of restaurant it is, we expected something more. Another aspect that could be improved is the temperature of the place: it was a bit cold and, in the middle of winter, a warmer atmosphere would have been more pleasant. Lastly, in terms of service it was good.

You will get a good service, no doubts. In regards to the food: Sorry, but your burgers are nothing special. Honest burger will beat you in many ways, for the half of the price. If you are lobster fan, then it is fine, it is a place to go. However need to mention the beef crockets are very good.

Had a great experience here. My first visit so ordered the half lobster/smashed burger combo. The smashed burger, salad and fries were delicious 😋 The half lobster was so small that it wasn't worth the faff to crack the claw and get the small piece of meat from the shell. Next time I'll stick with the smashed burger and fries. Great service from our server.

Food and service was incredible! We had a selection of starters with the beef rips being a standout and I shared a large lobster which was cooked to perfection. Gaitano and his staff did an incredible job and I can't recommend this restaurant enough, it is a must visit!

We had a fantastic dinner with friend here. Faboulous appetizer, we had oyster and some lobster ball and meatball with champagne. Than we had lobster burger and grilled lobster and for dessert catalana. The MUST try is TIRAMISU MARTINI, chapeu. Bravissimi

I had an amazing dining experience at Burger & Lobster! The menu may be simple, but it’s executed perfectly. The burger was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection – juicy, tender, and full of flavor. We also tried their signature burger, and it was one of the best I’ve had, with a perfectly cooked patty and high-quality. The atmosphere was warm and vibrant, with a great mix of casual and classy. Gaetano was friendly and attentive, making the entire experience even better.

I visited this place while looking for a restaurant near St. Paul. It's expensive, but it's delicious. There's no racism at all and they're friendly. Our server was Rhian, and she was very kind.

Very good service. The croquettes filled with lobster and shrimps and parmesan on top were an absolute culinary delight. Lobster very good burger but not my cup of tea. Prices are high but typical for London. The lobster hot dog in brioche bread was awesome. Drinks are fine too. Would come again.

A very nice place to visit on a quiet weekend evening. During the week this place is busy, but weekends are super chill 👍🏼 Nice design, friendly staff and good food. This time round my wife and I decided to share a lobster and we were pleased with our choice. A starter and a large lobster to share + two glasses of 🍷 + a cheesecake cost us just over £100. Not cheap by any means, but 🦞 is not something we order often. Seems a solid choice if you are in the area and price is not your main concern 👍🏼

Disappointed with the same menu’s, nothing special for Christmas or New Years no new menu for the Festive Holidays?! The same atmosphere nothing Christmasy no decorations and nothing for New Years celebrations 😕absolutely boring place for the holidays and businesses as usual during the week?! The food is good quality but the portions and the burger size are getting smaller 🤨 basic ketchup may mustard in very small dishes , lobsters also are becoming the same size as in Lidl 😁 Professional service but the staff is king of snobbish not friendly and not smiling 😐 No corked wine by the glass anymore despite the new prices and no organic wine available anymore?! It use to be good value for money for the quality food but not anymore with this portions 👎 The prices the portions are

The food was a disgrace, starting with the oysters which came on a plate with no ice and they were almost down, continuing with the main where the fries were leftovers, the salad had too much salt, the lobster was not fresh and finishing off with the dessert, cheesecake which was 90% butter; horrible The service was alright, but not enough to even consider going back

Overall, it was a mixed experience. We (2 people) had the “Combo for two” dish (whole lobster, lobster roll and burger). There was also salad and fries. The whole lobster was good, part fried and the other part steamed. The lobster roll (like a sandwich) was surprisingly cold, but that didn't hurt the taste, which was good. Unfortunately the burger was bad, it had little to no taste of its own, the fries were too soft and the salad was too bitter due to the dressing (bitter salad is definitely tasty for me as long as the bitterness doesn't overpower the taste). The service was pleasant, the food was served quickly, unfortunately all the dishes came at the same time, so our burger was cold straight away afterwards.

Had the Wagyu burger with Wagyu bacon and it was fantastic. The bone marrow & onion sauce it comes with is really it is brilliant too. Will 100% go back for that.

Had their brioche burger & lobster. Compared to the one I had at New York, I thought the NYC portion was slightly more generous. Taste wise, both London and NYC are good. Reservation is required if you are dining in a group.

It’s my third time visiting. Mr. Gaetano provided awesome service, kind suggestions on the food and wine. Obviously will come again!

Brilliant recommendation from the manager to have lobster with Pinot Noir. Great service from Max as well. Slightly oversalted on the food near the end, but otherwise exceptional.

Good lobster and lobster roll. Liked the sticky spareribs and the meat croquettes. Although you would say lobster might be more expensive than meat, the price is very comparable with any steak chain restaurants in London. So well done on price/quality

Food and drinks were amazing but the star of the show was our server Max whose friendliness and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. His knowledge of the menu was excellent and we really enjoyed his recommendations (the prawns and lobster roll). His singing voice when he sang happy birthday to the table across the room left some room for improvement but the enthusiasm was there!😂 would definitely come again and recommend to others.
