Fresh oysters, fantastic service

Visited this branch for lunch during World Lobster Day. Food was amazing as always! Service was even better! Rhian took care of us and made sure our food arrived quick. She is super friendly and warm. At the end of our meal, she even gave us free dessert as she realised I was pregnant. Throughly enjoyed our lunch here thanks to Rhian!

Went for lobster day today so got second lobster main for free. Fave is the lobster roll as usual - can’t go wrong but it is quite pricey normally I would say so the discount was welcomed. Tried lobster croquettes for first time today and was also quite yummy. Staff was lovely.

The serving and food at this restaurant is brilliant, especially for Rhian, her service is really considerate. The food here is tasty, and I really like the chips. Hence, I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Burger was not that great, smallish, and nothing to write home about. Lobster grilled was fantastic. Cocktails are great too. Great date spot.

The place is vibrant and the staff were lovely and accommodating a special shout out to Tony and Herbert they were both friendly and they both helped me through my evening the drinks recommendation was fabulous so thankyou for a lovely evening give Tony a pay rise the drinks he recommended were lush mango and also I got the best of both with the whole b&l thankyou so much

The restaurant had a great vibe. I walked in on a Friday around 5 PM and it wasn't too busy. The Lobster Roll was amazing, and the Classic Whole Lobster was a great choice. You can get it steamed, grilled, or a mix of both.

I had dinner there with my mother and my son and it couldn't have been more wonderful, great food, great service from Christian and a cozy place. To return without a doubt.

The ambiance was very warm. The staff made you feel important and did everything that they can to make you feel comfortable. Rhian was very accommodating of our preferences and helped us with our orders. Definitely, this place is worth coming back again.

Restaurant wasn’t busy - service poor and inattentive. Had to continuously ask and wave down service. Then too 12.5% service on top of the bill. Food is always great - and that’s why I would come again -but not to bread street.

My husband, our eight-month-old baby, and I had the pleasure of dining at Burger & Lobster on Bread Street for lunch, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff who had already prepared a highchair for our little one, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere in the restaurant was fantastic—relaxed yet vibrant, perfect for a family outing. The food was absolutely amazing, with every bite better than the last. But what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service. After leaving the restaurant, we realized that we had left one of our baby's toys behind. To our surprise, the staff came running after us to return it! A little while later, we discovered that we had also left behind our baby's favorite chew toy, something that has been with him since birth. By this time, we had already left the city, so we reached out via email, hoping they could find it. Not only did they locate the toy, but Callan, the manager, went above and beyond by posting it back to us promptly. We were so grateful for this unexpected act of kindness—honestly, we didn’t expect them to go to such lengths and thought we might have to return to London to pick it up ourselves. We can't thank the team at Burger & Lobster enough for their wonderful service and care. It made our day and ensured that we will definitely return on our next trip to London. Highly recommended!

Good music, good food and majority of the staff were nice. Allowed me to charge my phone, however, the manager was a bit stiff.

What a wonderful lunch we had at burger and lobster. After an agited life, sometimes eating each other at the bottom of the ocean, the best of the big red prawns make it to our plate, or better, to our burger. Fighting all of your life to be the chosen one, the one whose claw will end up between a piece of bread and an 8oz medium rare patty, there is a kind of beauty in the life of a lobster. To honour such sacrifice, you need an excellent service, which was provided by Christian. Thank you for taking care of our table, we had a great time. See you soon!

Returned for the second time (the first in 2017), for the usual half lobster. Plate with some salad, half a lobster and chips for £38. Beautiful location, attentive and fast service. Lobster 🦞 which isn't very tasty actually.

I wanted to say a massive thank you to Isabella and Gaetano for providing an exceptional service. What started as a causal lunch transformed into a wonderful dining experience. I initially came in for the lunch menu but ended up being a great experience for my birthday. Thank you both for being so attentive, kind and delivering a great service.

Longest meal I’ve had in a long time. Sat down and couldn’t get anyone to take my order. The food was fantastic, but when I asked for the check, the staff took a while to get it to me. I had my credit card on the table as a sign that I’m ready to go, but it took another few mins for someone to come back and actually take my money. You’d move through your tables a lot faster and make a lot more money if you’d move your customers in and out faster.

A friend and I recently visited this location to try the bucket of lobster. 100% worth it and not for the faint hearted, was immediately greeted by Gaetano, he was friendly and professional, he even took the time to engage in a little chat when I informed him it was my first time at Burger & Lobster. Our server was Christian, he was amazing, attentive and made great suggestions. Thoroughly loved our experience - would definitely return. Food quality was good, arrived hot and tasted great.

This is five stars every day of the week it’s literally one of the best restaurants everything is to perfection I really recommend the “beast burger” it has lobster and a beef patty you can try the burger and lobster in one and there is nothing wrong with this place it’s just perfect.

Waitress was rude. She took away the wine glasses before ordering and without asking. When we asked for some tissues...she said...you can only have the napkins and if you need the tissue you should take it from the toilet.

I've lived in London for 3 years, but this is my first time going. Haha, why didn't I go sooner? It's so delicious! Two people ate two oysters as an appetizer and a combo for two! I was so full. Is this definitely for two or a little for 2.5..? Haha, I cooked the lobster to medium rare and asked for half grill and half steam! Garlic butter? The sauce is crazy. It goes well with the lobster and is delicious! I was surprised at how delicious the fries were! I also liked the detail of giving them a wet towel at the end to wipe their hands. Satisfaction!
