Great little find. If you’re passing by or out for the day. Always very good until this recent visit, items are cooked to order, not a problem but having to wait over 30 mins for fish and chips that were dark & over cooked, not enjoyable. Shame we shall have to find a shop closer to home.

Good food, friendly staff. Not many seafood restaurants in the area, this was a good shout. Wouldn't be a regular visit, but nice to eat here every so often. Prawns were chewy and overcooked, not a deal breaker. 4 stars.

Ibamos un poco perdidos, ya que es un lugar de mucha concentración turística. Y llegamos en hora punta de las comidas. La verdad que fue una buena opción para ir con niños. El Fish and chips y diferentes variedades. Tienen mesas en un piso superior. Las sopas muy ricas.

usually its fine , not tonight 3/5/25 my kebab had no salad on . the meat qas cut in chunks and not sliced it was bloody aweful /over the other side of town from me . not the first issue i have had lately . its going down hill .

Great fish and chips everytime!!

We always recommend Taylors but never again. We ordered a large cod and large chips costing £13. The fish had 2 layers of batter so had been cooked twice and the cod was dry. The chips were oily and undercooked. Absolute rip off will not be returning.

An excellent fish restaurant , the fish fresh & well cooked large portions. Chips lovely . I had whitebait & Dover sole ..

We all prebooked and ordered our meals beforehand and we were all treated like kings, the food was fabulous, service second to none and in all an amazing evening, we all highly recomend this great place

Really poor and overpriced. Can’t even put a chip bap together or manage put salt and vinegar on like requested. Just a bag with 12 chips at most and a bap thrown in. 🤯

I booked a table for 3 of us for lunch. My aunt is 90 yrs & had really been looking forward to having fish & chips, so we wanted to bring her to the best chip shop around. We weren’t disappointed. My hubby & aunt both had haddock, chips & mushy peas & I had the chicken burger & chips. Delicious! The batter was light & crispy & chips were tasty & my burger was perfectly cooked. All the food came hot as did our cappuccino’s. The table service was excellent. We were given a warm welcome from the minute we entered. The female restaurant staff greeted us with big smiles & were all incredibly polite. We couldn’t fault our experience & will definitely be returning soon. Thank you for making our day so special. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It's either amazing, or awful. Depends who's in there. If there's a young lad behind the counter, it's usually bad, old, crunchy, dry, and way smaller portions. But if the older lady is there it's usually really good. Nice and fresh and the correct portion size. Same with the mushy peas, and the curry, both really watery. Good luck! 🍀🤞

Great Fish and Chip shop, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everything very clean but shop retains a comfortable homely atmosphere. Best fish and chips we’ve had since our last visit in February, Lots of other menu options, Lovely to sit on the green overlooking the sea. Easy parking, and easy access to the beach and dog walks.

Good local pub with a warm welcome and a great garden

Very friendly service and clean environment.
