Sat 4th May 2025: Me and my husband were hoping to get a dominos, it was 00:30am and your store should be open until 1am… the doors were locked and the staff could see we were trying to enter and they just stood there and laughed at us. This is completely unacceptable - 1. You should still allow service until the hour you specify (1am). 2. Your staff should be kind and considerate instead of plain damn rude and ignorant. I used to work for Dominos in the Redruth store, so to see that the staff now have no manners or sense of customer service is disgusting. Please pull your finger out, because you’re only loosing customers and precious revenue.

The pizza was squashed and luke warm, it also didn’t seem as if it had been cooked properly, as I had ordered a thin and crispy, but it felt doughy when I bit into it. I called the store and the manger said that he cut the pizza himself and he had spoken to the driver and there were no issues. I took pictures of the pizza when I opened the box, it was half and half but so squashed that you couldn’t really distinguish most of it. I found the manager quite condescending and his customer service skills were almost non existent. I emailed him photos while I was talking to him, and asked him to open and read his email, he then realised that they were in the wrong, and offered to remake our order, and said that he would leave it in the oven a little longer so the base was crispier. The driver arrived and apologised for the previous pizza. The new pizza still was not as warm as it should be considering they have thermal bags, and their store is 15mins tops away from us on a straight road. The last time we ordered from here which was around last September, the pizza was cold then. We thought we would give them another chance, but we feel as if it has dropped its standards and won’t be ordering again.

I honestly don't why I have bothered .... 2nd time now that they've me my order with missing items... I swore to myself I'd not order from dominoes again! But there here I am... 1st I order cookies, to get open my order to find I have a box of garlic bread instead, to ring the store to be told cookies are out of stock...after placing my order online it would have been nice to have a call to say they're out of stock and to be ordered something else sweet or a refund.. instead I was giving another box of garlic bread which of course is nothing like cookies! And very disappointing and gutting to say the least, still once I phoned them, no solution given ... that was that! Anyway, tonight I give them a 2nd chance. Order comes to the door i admittedly realise something is missing, I speak to driver who then checks the label on the food who also realises my garlic bread is missing, he speaks to the staff at the store who then say they'll call me to arrange a re delivery of the missing garlic bread. An hour as has now passed, no call, no re delivery. The garlic bread was for my daughter as she prefer that to the pizza. So this evening we have shared a small pizza together, which obviously isn't enough, I've spent my evening picking every topping off my pizza🙃🙃 to share to her! And now it's late! We're both still hungry, and haven't received the missing side 😤 dominoes are not cheap these days! Awaiting an email from customer service as i would like a refund!

Visitamos Pizza Express en White City Westfield en familia (yo y dos niños). Estábamos sentados inmediatamente, pero después de eso, nadie vino a tomar nuestra orden por más de 20 minutos. A pesar de que mis hijos trataron de llamar la atención varias veces, fuimos ignorados. Otros huéspedes que llegaron después de nosotros fueron atendidos mientras estábamos sentados esperando, confundidos y decepcionados. Cuando decidimos irnos, preguntamos por el gerente. La respuesta fue desalentadora: apenas hablaba inglés, repetía “lo siento” y no daba explicaciones. Incluso afirmó que aunque nos sentó, no era su trabajo servirnos. Como padre, esto fue molesto e inaceptable. Espero un nivel básico de servicio, especialmente cuando cenamos con niños. Tristemente, no recibimos ninguno. No recomendaría a las familias.

Ordered online via the website. Wrong delivery. They believed the ticket rather than the consumer. Save your hard earned money.

I went today for afternoon tea with my 3 year old daughter (Peter rabbit afternoon tea ) the tea comes out ascetically pleasing however that’s as far as it goes . The sandwiches came out slightly stale meaning my daughter refused to eat them with a slice of cheese in and a slice of ham & marge . The one cake you get each was fine slightly dense but that is as expected when cooking in mass & a small biscuit each and a tasteless pot of moose. No fruit or crudity's for children and the children’s is charged at the same price as adults £19.90 even for the adults this is seriously overpriced for what you get.. I wasn’t asked how the food was once while there or when I paid . I was embarrassed that I had to leave with my daughter who was so hungry I had to take her Macdonald after paying £40 for a lunch we never ate . I emailed the owner who said all she could do was apologise as no one else had complained but the proof is in the pudding and we left after 20 min of being there as I needed to feed my daughter and had travelled 40 min to get there . Overall overpriced and under delivered. There other food looks fab but the theme afternoon teas are a waste of money and time .
