Fannynom, pizza with tuna was an 8 (one dodgy tuna) Hawaiian was a 9 (slightly ruined because of indigestion, not you fault) one with extra pineapple was a 9 (10 is sacred). Atmosphere was brill, top of the notch in Izzy and Hannah’s lounge. The delivery man complimented our physiques, made us feel better about eating the pizza. Thank you and will order again

Ordered ultimate Korean BBQ chicken, the pizza came with no toppings, there were no single piece of chicken. Just the BBQ sauce jalapeños and crust.

If you have an app for delivery make sure it is accurate and work. I do not want to see"quality controll" for 20 minutes, then angry pounding on my door.7

Ordered last night and had to wait over an hour for delivery. Food was stone cold and hard. Complete waste of money. Will not order from here again. Did not even offer any form of compensation for the completely inedible food provided

always forgetting to put burger sauce on the pizza. I did contact the store about the refund they said they will refund 25% of the order which I have never received. Avoid this store as much as possible!

Last night placed an order the app said 25-35 minutes delivery. After an hour of waiting I decide to call. The lady on the other end of the phone could not speak English very will which was a struggle. When the food arrived after 1 hour 20 the driver dropped my garlic dip all over the floor and told me he would bring me another. Anyway after the driver left I opened the order to realise loads of things were from. From the pizzas to the sides. So I rang up again got through to a man who said he would resend the whole order and offered me a refund which I really appreciated. Anyway after waiting another hour for the food to come as ordered. It arrived and the order was wrong again. Sides missing and the pizza I was personally waiting for instead of being a large was a medium. Still waiting refund and will not use thetford dominoes again.

Initial order came within 40 minutes however was missing a pizza. I have now been waiting over 2 hours since my order turned up for the missing pizza. We were told 10-15 minutes.... several phone call (one even trying to tell me the driver got lost, although I'm unsure how are they delivered the first one with no problems) and still waiting. So one very dry old pizza in the oven and the other I think it seems we are waiting for Santa to deliver. Shocking

Ordered food 3 hours ago said it was delivered hasn’t been and staff where no help won’t bother any more

Ordered 2 vegan pizzas and 3 sides (partner ordered and I collected) missed 2 sides off the order, after I asked if they'd given me everything. Got home and both the pizzas were marked with "plant based" but had real pepperoni and chicken on them. Had vegan dominoes a lot so could tell straight away something wasn't right. They've said they'll issue a refund, but to be honest this kind of mistake is completely unacceptable, and raises serious questions about how well trained their staff are in food prep, and whether cross contamination is taken at all seriously.

I've come to Dominos Pizza in Thetford for the click & collect option which is great and the food always comes out piping hot. I do have to admit the prices are high but then it's more effort to try find a discount code to get it reduced down to what would be a reasonable price for a pizza. It's card only here and they do not accept cash.

Drove 15 miles out, arrived, ordered pizza with incompetent girl on desk who hardly understood me, she couldn't find the deal so got manager, then told I had to pay via card very rudely and he shouted at me saying its on the door no cash accepted. Very rude service from staff and management m first and last time

Shockingly bad! Driver took pizza and garlic bread out of the bag and tipped the bag upside down dropping the the dip on the doorstep and the impact sent it everywhere. I Spent the next 15 minutes cleaning it up by which point the pizza and garlic bread are cold. Store offered up the pathetic excuse they are lacking drivers so he was rushed and that’s why he dropped it, also it would be another 20 minutes before they could send another replacement dip out. Open the pizza overly greasy and hardly any topping and the base burnt to a crisp as well as the garlic bread which was rock solid on the base! Store did not even apologise until I pointed out they hadn’t. If you cannot fulfil orders do not accept them and apologise to the customer. Clean your ovens because they are dirty else the bases would not be burnt as they are. Pizza and garlic bread in the bin and until you change hands my custom will not be returning! Utterly disgusting food and shocking you did not even offer up an apology let alone offer to help clean up your mess.

Paid extra for delivery. Pizza came by pushbike, cold. Called store, promised me replacement order to be delivered and cold pizza collected back. Nothing happened, opened claim with PayPal, got rejected as nothing wrong. This was my last order after being a regular for years. There are better pizza places in town.

Over a hour and a half for delivery. Had a notification saying my food was delivered but didn't arrive until 45 minutes later. All pizzas were stone cold. Called and asked to speak to manager but was told he was busy. Won't order from here again.

After my delivery was made minus the Garlic Pizza Bread I made a call to the shop to see where it was and was promised a driver would bring one out. Almost 5 hours later it still hasnt arrived, not that I would want it now but a courtesy call apologising for it not turning up a second time would of been nice. I object to paying for something I have not had. Very poor show

This dominos is probably the SLOWEST delivery service in the world. I regularly order from here and 30 mins after order its still not even in the oven being baked! Seriously need to get more staff or more resources to cope with the orders. Anywhere else you go dominoes will generally be delivered within 20 mins of ordering not still waiting to be baked after 20 minutes. Very poor service. My most recent visit, after 1hr of waiting they called and said, if you want pizza delivered it will be 2hr wait can you come and collect it!!! No apology, absolute rubbish service....if you can't cope with the orders or deliveries, stop taking orders. I got a refund and went elsewhere, won't use again 😒

Food is always top notch from Thetford Domino's, but they won't deliver 8 miles away. Drastically limiting their customs by not delivering such a short distance.

The 6th time I’ve tried to call for my pizza which was meant to be delivered ages ago- they don’t answer the phone why?? I am going to have to drive down there to see what’s going on. This is the second time this has happened

The pizza said it was out for delivery for a whole hour before we rang up and they said “oh, erm sorry, we will cook it and be 10 minutes” so an additional 20 minutes later on top of the hour. What I hate about chained restaurants is that they can sell a pizza for £20 and people are happy with the quality when, I’m actual fact, it is a less than average pizza. And £6 for a Ben and jerries? And it’s a tiny 330ml pot! What a rip.

Not a great experience! Order was 30 minutes late and part of our order was missing - called them and was told the manager was too busy to talk to me. An hour later and it still hasn't been delivered, called them again and know one knows what is going on or when to expect the rest of our order! Poor communication and customer service!

Service it rubbish, App is rubbish, delivery delayed over an hour so this time we collected, still took over an hour and had to take two trips as didn’t want to wait in the shop 35 mins! Had cold pizzas, hair in pizza and despite ordering two garlic breads they only showed as one on the order, their solution is to say oh well a glitch opposed to try and help a customer! Terrible

Order says delivered.... It hasn't been delivered and no one in store seems to pick up the phone I've tried calling over 30 times to no answer.... So whoever is enjoying my pizza I hope u choke on it!!!!

Ayy Domino's, Me, my Dad and my friend got trapped in our car last December. The weather was very bad and we were cold, wet and hungry. It got to the 7th hour of being trapped in our car and we were nearly on the brink of death. I suddenly remembered that on Domino's adverts you guys bring pizza anywhere and save people, so I got my Dad to ring you guys. He spoke to Benjamin on the phone, and I ordered off the website and shared our cars location. 25 minutes later, we see a man walk towards the car.. IT WAS BIG MAN BENJAMIN SAVING THE DAY!! The car repair people couldn't even find us but Domino's could. You guys are legends, pizza hut would never. Thank you for being the best pizza place, saving people from hunger. You guys do a very important job thank you 😎

So not a great experience with this branch, firstly the food was 20 minutes late even though we booked a collection time. We waited for around 10 minutes inside until someone saw fit to talk to us, everytime someone came near us they purposefully avoided eye contact. When we got home we found the order was 70% wrong, 2 of the 3 pizzas we ordered were incorrect, wrong bases, wrong toppings etc. And another small thing but they didn't give us the correct dips we ordered, I don't like the garlic dip so order a large BBQ, ended up with 2 garlic dips!! We only gave 2 stars as the food they did get correct was done well. We won't be going back there unless we want a surprise order.

I made the order online at 17:45 on the basis that delivery was expected within 20 - 30 minutes. After 30 minutes the online tracker told me that it had been delivered. 45 minutes after this, there was still no sign of my pizza! I rang the restaurant and after deciphering the broken English was told that it would be delivered any minute. 15 minutes later I'm writing this having still not received my order. Truly awful service.

Who doesn't love domino's. My only complaint, the app/website will not allow you to order for delivery to Brandon, however if you call then you can have the food can be delivered. If this was updated I'm sure that a number of new customers would become available

Buy one get one FREE.... but you have too buy twenty pounds worth of pizza. . So if want a 9 inc costing 8pounds I can't I have to buy 2 10 pound pizzas.... you all know what I mean.

Pizzas drowned completely with tomato purée, hardly any cheese on a cheese and tomato pizza, had numerous amounts of complaints about dominos. Sometimes you get a cracking 10/10 pizza and other times you get awful pizzas, no consistency what so ever. Star Ok are miles better or if you fancy an authentic homemade pizza try Jean Paul’s pizzeria in Brandon. Better value and better pizza.

I ordered a family deal for £50 one of the pizzas turned up with hair all in it , after being promised a new pizza as soon as we complained and numerous calls to chase them up on where it was 3 hours later it still wasn’t there and I had to drive down to the shop to requested a refund , conveniently their card machine wouldn’t work so I have had to send numbers emails and calls just to try and get my money back ! Wish I read the reviews before coming here , never will I use this dominos again !

Always when ordering from here, it always comes on time, food always hot when arrives, staff are always friendly and helpful when needed help. Especially the female driver she would always make sure that everything is great before leaving, and making sure the order is correct and we are happy with it.

We have ordered here a couple of times and have always been left disappointed. The first time the food that arrived was cold and over 2 hours to be delivered. The second time we had friends over and thought we would give it another go. We ordered pizzas, sides etc. The staff were rude and unhelpful when we phoned to see where our order was. Over an hour after the time it should have been delivered. The driver didn’t listen / wasn’t told about the delivery instructions and therefore struggled to find our house. The food that arrived was greasy! Myself and one friend are vegetarian. We started eating our pizza to realise there was meat on it! On phoning to complain the staff were unapologetic, and offered a ‘free pizza’ next time. (The same as the first time which they then had no record of) - completely avoid this place. There are far better smaller pizza places near by for a fraction of the price with far better food and customer service. Absolutely awful.

Normally very good but got my order wrong this time and was 20 mins home before I found out.

Ordered pizza for delivery at 6.15. At 6.45 I get a call saying it will be another 1.5 hours. I said the tracker states it is out for delivery. They just said ignore this tracker. Spoke to the duty manager Saprina who just said we have only 1 delivery driver. A pizza delivery company with 1 driver is about as much good as a roof rack on a motorbike. AVOID.

I am sorry to say that we always get bad service from this branch. Delivery is SLOW, staff on the phone are always short & rude. We made an order last night and were advised 30 minutes (they always say this and it is always nearer the 60 mins mark), when the order arrived it was wrong, they had put BBQ sauce on the bases rather than the tomato that the standard should come with. No apology when I called, and was told that it would be another 45 minutes to replace the order. We asked for a refund, and were told that it would be 4-5 working days. Really disappointing :(

I don't understand its so hard to put order all together, all the time they forget to bring us something. Why I need to wait and eat cold food, staff is wery rude. Maybe managers should do better their work and make attention for customers service

Easily the worst domino's I've EVER come across!! Ordered the other week where they lied about it being delivered online and lied on the phone about how long it would take to be delivered after! Someone sack the manager (or get a new owner) so we can order again some other time.....

Add another 30 minutes at least to the estimated time of delivery. The pizza tracker is a joke. It says it's out for delivery and it will show up about 45 min later. I guess they are delivering on foot. Pizza is good though.

Ordered online for delivary at 6.30 still waiting at 9pm. Phone twice which response was we are busy, couldnt find us. Just excuse after excuse. Never ordering again

Ordered two for the price of one which I think is good, the wife ordered cheese pizza and I had a meat feast. Unfortunately my wife’s second bite was full of hair which had clearly been cook with the pizza because it was stuck in the melted cheese. This straight away stopped my wife eating her pizza and put me off completely eating mine.we rang up and complain and the young lady apologised and gave us our money back. I have heard since from friends that they to have had problems with orders and questions regarding the staff making the pizzas not being very hygienic whilst making the pizzas, a big name like dominos should be first class at every level but unfortunately not.

We ordered 2 large pizzas , when they arrived they were warm not hot. Mine looked liked they had run out of toppings hardly anything on top more like a base with tomato paste ,complete waste of money. My wife's looked fine she was happy until the early hours of this morning (the morning after the pizza ) she now has the runs and belly ache. My advice avoide Domino's Thetford like the plage , I will never get buy anything from them ever again worst pizzas ever !! Don't waste your money or risk your health . I have emailed there head office to complain so will be interesting to see what they say .

Ordered online at 18:40, website said expected delivery in 22-27 minutes. Order actually arrived after over 90 minutes! By which point we’d had to feed the children and put them to bed. Phoned the Thetford branch 15 times and no answer. Absolute joke. Zero customer service.

Add an extra 1.5 hours on to the expected delivery time. They must be traveling to Italy, waiting for an Italian chef to be born, grow up, make them a pizza and then fly back to the UK to deliver it!

Very slow service! I ordered online my order was apparently ready I ended up waiting around 45 minutes for 3 tubs of ice-cream, cinnamon dippers and a chocolate pizza! They then forgot to put my chocolate pizza in the oven! Should have gone to Tesco! Quicker and cheaper!

The door to door advertising did its job...I wasn’t planning on a pizza until I received it through my door and saw the new Catolina chicken pizza. So the next night I ordered a half and half followed by some cookies and it was great. Ordered it when I left work and it was ready by the time I arrived. Great quality as always and piping hot 👌

Waited for my food for an hour called 3 times with no answer and when I got through on the forth time the man answering the phone didn't care what I had to say. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Husband called in on his way home from work and ordered a vegetable supreme with barbecue sauce base as I had been fancying one for weeks and it was my birthday so spent the eighteen pounds treating myself. Got it home and it did not have any barbecue sauce on it. It was horrible. Tried calling them and after five minutes of ringing the lady told me my husband had confused her so she just ordered a veg supreme. She never once questioned my husband about the order. Wouldn’t deliver it to Brandon as I live in Weeting so couldn’t answer a door in Brandon to receive it. Couldn’t care less that she had ruined my birthday and said she would credit my account. Like I would ever use them again. Go to Mildenhall, far better!

I've ordered from this branch 3-4 times to be fair, the first 3 went OK. Ordered today, food didn't come. The online tracker says it's been delivered, obviously that's not true. I've called five (5) times to see what's going on - no one picks up. The line isn't busy, no one picks up. It's been two hours. Don't risk wasting your money on them, I won't be in the future. You might be safe if you're picking the food up from them.

Last few times ordered on line from this store and the pizza arrived over an hour and half later and stone cold and had to call to find out where our order is which took calling the store several times before eventually getting an answer, refused to pay the £50 for our order this evening and bartered to £35 rather than wait even longer for a redelivery.

Today’s service was completely shocking. Being a Friday night we knew that would be a busy evening and may be a little longer for delivery which was completely fine. Ordered our food via the app 18:45. Got the little track map. 19:54 food on delivery. By this time we thought okay it’s on route could be another 10 minutes which was fine. 20:20 we ring. No answer. We keep ringing for a good 15/20 minutes and still no answer. I get into my car to see where my order is from the shop and said it’s on route if there’s any problems please call I said you ain’t answering your phones so they wasn’t even answering the phones to customers. I go home I then wait a future 20 minutes and still no pizza is delivered. I ring then finally answer they said it’s on route they have an issue with deliveries. I said I would like a refund which was accepted but still no pizza and it’s now 22:07. Very disappointed with this service. I received no phone call or email to explain the issues that they were having tonight they were happy for us to wait over two hours for our dinner. The girl on the phone which I know the name of but no need to name and shame wasn’t apologetic she was more interested of getting me off the phone so she could carry on serving other customers but i am a customer too.

Tasty Pizza but it happened more than once it arrived cold. High price.
