Don't know who the absolute chef was that cooked our pizzas tonight, but they were stunning, thanks!

Ordered the NEW spicy sausage,so disappointed,its SALT overload which kills the weak and covered apparent SPICY sausage...........

Worst ever experience I had today. So first we ordered online and they gave our order to someone else and then they made us wait for almost 15 minutes again and then they gave us our pizza which we ordered classic crust veggie volcano pizza. They gave us horrible made pizza which was 1 side thick layer and other side was thin crust and when we went back to tell them they just said sorry and said this how we make it and just ignored us like customers not important to them.

Manager are horrible Overpriced food Don't know why you will get a job there

Quality of food has really gone down hill. Dominos was my go to take away but feel like it's just a waste of money now paying £30 for a avarage pizza.

Perfect pizza 🍕 took a while but worth the wait.

It's there, the shop, doing its job. Can't complain when open all hours to fill those hungry stomachs. Just one issue, drug smokers, the stink outside the shop, and co-op not good. I prefer my pizza without a cannabis topping :))

Quick friendly service but alas you missed the jalapeños off my vegan American hot! Too late to come back but apart from that our pizzas were great.

Always good quality, but occasionally get the order wrong and don't seem to redeliver and offer credit instead. So sometimes we don't get the meal we paid for, which isn't really what you would expect from such a big brand.

We regularly order from Domino’s, but often elsewhere. Although we have had a more positive experience here before, this time was quite disappointing. The base of the pizzas was simply too thick. In addition, the cinnidippers had an equally thick base, lacked sufficient cinnamon and were actually a bit salty.

For those who may have experienced health issues, the trays that the dough is delivered in are stored uncovered outside the back of the premises. It is not unusual to see rats amongst them, these trays are then backloaded by the delivery driver. A member of staff was approached about this with the reply "well they've got to be left somewhere".

Good deals online, quick service and was happy to accommodate the random pizza orders!

Domino's as always is a pretty good staple of pizza. I live 30 minutes away but will still for a treat come here. Friendly staff and always well maintained.

Haven't been to Domino's for quite a while due to covid, but couldn't be bothered to cook the other night,so thought why not! Went online and found some good deals at the moment, so,added bonus of good pizza for half the price for spending over £30, thoroughly enjoyable!

Whenever we order from here the food is always prepared quickly, even at busy times and we've never had an issue. Would be handier if they could deliver as we only live 5 minutes up the road, but that's just a little gripe.

Our custom made pizza on a thin base is delicious, the chicken wings are delicious and the after dinner cookies are to die for!! Friendly staff both in store and delivery. Highly recommend!!!

Just a suggestion, maybe ask your delivery driver to fix his car, just nearly hit him coming out of dominoes dereham because the front of his car is so badly damaged he has no lights, so in the dark and fog he was almost impossible to see. Can't believe dominoes are allowing thier staff to deliver in such unroadworthy cars.

Quite possibly the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Tasteless, overcooked and generally disappointing. Tried to call but no one answered the phone 🤷🏻‍♀️

Bought a dominos takeaway last weekend, very unimpressed, tastes cheap too, very overrated. The firepit camp pizza in Wendling is sooo much better, and 1000x better value for money

Just ordered a vegan pizza the 'chicken ain't' and much to my shock and disappointment, there happend to be a piece of real chicken on there. Luckily I spat it out, but not happy at all!

Food poisoning from chicken wings. My partner ordered chicken wings on Thurs 3 minutes after eating them he was feeling nauseous. Half an hour later had sickness n diarrhoea all night. He had prepared me a meal a day later and now I also have sickness. Disgusted with how Domino's have dealt with this complaint and basically denied it was them. Terrible customer service. Drs are doing a test so we have evidence and will be taking this further. Not happy at all.

Oh we had a burger pizza and it was absolutely delicious! We also had a meatfielder and that too was splendid! Lovely staff and the best pizza in Dereham.

I ordered 4 pizzas for collection, order was taken swiftly and with no problems. My daughter went to collect and returned home with them still warm. Pizzas were made accurately, but was really disappointed with end result. Either they were running low or ran out of cheese. I emailed to voice my dissatisfaction and included pictures. They offered a discount on my next purchase, but I won’t be using them again.

Made a mistake with on line ordering but they sorted it out.

Not the best but not the worst. The pizza is a little hit or miss, but is generally okay.

I've justordered 6 pizza for a family birthday tonight under the name of size land. Only to hear that you have run out of beef and chicken. Wow. Called to cancel, what a chore. Been to Domino's tonight and have had two fantastic pizzas but also the best service. Staff were busy but couldn't be more helpful. Hats off to everyone on shift tonight. Would highly recommend 👌

he called my girlfriend darling. she's mine not his (josh). one time they gave me the wrong order as well so like its not good.

I’m reluctant to grumble in these challenging times - I realise things can be a bit difficult to manage but I really do not appreciate being lied to by staff members irrespective of the tough times. So order placed - and somehow it’s not right. We don’t want two veggie volcanos and head straight to the store to say this. “Sorry, once it’s in the oven, there’s nothing we can do.” Trouble is that it wasn’t in the oven as I was later to discover. I did double-check with the guy at the counter who said he would check. He blatantly didn’t. Fifteen minutes later, the Domino’s app tells me that the pizzas are ready. So, I go back in the store to be told that they are the next ones out of the oven. I know it doesn’t take fifteen minutes to cook these pizzas - so what can I conclude? “We’ll tell you when they’re ready” - so, I wait again outside for another 10 minutes. On hearing nothing, I again go back inside to find that my pizzas had been ready for some time. The pizzas were fine - the service absolutely not and, to be honest, it’s put me off buying Dominos pizza anywhere else. I’d rather spend my money in honest places that value my custom.

Order pizza from local Dereham branch on a regular basis last two times I’ve ordered for the first time they forgot ice cream that they rectified and delivered them back within 30 minutes this time they forgot two things off the order chicken and popcorn chicken that was just over £15 we rang up the branch and told them this and point blank said no this was delivered and hung up the phone we then called back and they said exactly the same but this time was swearing on the phone and in the background then eventually hung up again third time lucky we called back and got put on hold but this time they were pushing buttons on the phone and swearing in the background again Very immature and not a respectable business at all would avoid Dereham branch after being a customer for a long time ordering on a regular basis I would of thought you would of got a bit more respect.

Ordered pizza via the website and the code for the 30% online saving wasn’t working. I phoned them and the staff went out of their way to get me the pizzas for the reduced online price. Great service.

Gd food n service but i had to repeat my self 6 times wot my order was then 6 times for my address n thrn a further 5 times for all my contact details by this time i was getting frustrated as it was loke talking to a brick wall when all i wanted was a pizza dereham special

Thin and crispy pizza was atrocious. I’ve never made a food review before but it was so awful I felt I had too. I felt like I was eating cardboard with toppings. 😢

Have had take away from here a good few times as they don't deliver to our area. When the order is right & it has been a lot recently this place is spot on. However when we have ordered during weekends with large sporting events etc... the wait times have been very long and the orders quite often wrong. Having said that it is always corrected or food discounted etc.. all in all a nice local franchise of Dominos

Friends of ours ordered pizza from here for all of us, most of the order was mixed up no apology. Thinking we'd make the best of a bad thing we all tucked in to discover that these pizza's weren't very good. Really greasy, soggy, very sparse with the toppings, almost cold, and very expensive, I would not recommend or eat here again

So so greasy! grease dripping out of the box, very stodgy pizzas, I could feel my arteries closing up as I ate it!

We live 1min. Literally 1minof there delivery route. They forced me to go fetch a delivery because we live on the road connected to there delivery route, but not on it. So I had to leave a disabled wife at home to go fetch there delivery, when all they had to do was drive 1minute further. They should be looking to apologize.

This is a standard Domino's Pizza place, offering the usual menu. however, there is a huge car park outside so there is never any problem with where to park

Pedimos una entrega hace un mes o así. No llega cuando nos habíamos pedido y ni siquiera una llamada de cortesía para decir que iba a ser tarde. Revisé la app y dice las dos pizzas estaban siendo 'calidad facturado 'estaban en el estado de algo así como 20 - 25 minutos. Cuando llamé a chase que después era tarde tuve que pedir que re-hacer las pizzas como las otras sería obviamente ha sido frío. Estaba claro que la nueva entrega pizzas que habría sido discutía sobre o lo que sea ya que fue forzado a quejarse y sé lo que hacer para la comida de la gente que se queja. El director era totalmente inútil durante todo el proceso, nos ofreció un £20 vale que nunca llegó. No puedo ni siquiera se molestó en perseguir el vale como no comer otra pizza desde aquí si era gratis ya que tengo un malestar estomacal después de cada vez que uso el lugar. Muy caro, asqueroso y mal servicio estándares, estoy decepcionado a decir que nunca comer aquí de nuevo y no le diría a nadie.

Regularmente uso dominó Dereham para pizzas en nuestras reuniones en la noche. Siempre listo a tiempo, caliente y sabrosa. También tenía una casa con un diseño de la entrega su propia que, a diferencia de un topping crítico anterior era exactamente como lo habíamos solicitado. El conductor entrega tenía problemas para encontrar nuestra dirección en la oscuridad, pero nos llamó para orientación y él era muy educado y servicial. Sí, que es una cadena y sí, puede que no sea la opción más sanos, pero siempre hemos encontrado el personal y la comida sabrosa, lista a tiempo y caliente. Puede ser un poco caro pero que no ofrece especiales y puedes conseguir códigos de descuento y ofertas especiales que ofrecen a empleados de servicio público si se toma junto al recoger (ID preguntar cuando ordene).

I guess it's not the sites fault. Domino's pizzas just taste awful. They are far too sweet. I would hate to guess the sugar content assuming they don't use artificial sweetener.

Me and my family ordered a meal from here on 3/3/17 not only was the food a lil cold by the time the delivery driver found us but all four people who ate the food suffered with horrible food poisoning the nxt day contacted the store to complain only to be fobbed off I'd strongly recommend staying away from this place unless u love being glued to a toilet

Absolutley appauling service from Dominoes Dereham tonight. Ordered frequently from them in the past but Friday night ordered "create your own" pizzas with custom toppings online, drove to collect, paid a large amount of money for pizzas only to come home and find they are just cheese and tomato when we opened them. Rang and spoke to someone who said it only came through as cheese and tomato our end and you'll have to take this up with customer service - how's that going to help my dinner?! Then rang back to say about my upgraded pizza on my confirmation email. Was told by a manager they would remake the pizzas and deliver. Gave them my address and they said they'd be delivered in 15 minutes. At this point I heard another colleague on the phone in the background to someone with the same issue saying to go to customer service again! Then get "another manager" ring me back to say they have taken back this gesture and are no longer delivering the pizzas and then ended the call. Gentleman was very rude, even after me stating that I have worked in customer service and know for a fact that even if something is said be it a gesture or price, you can't go back on your word to the customer. I have taken this to customer service with no outcome and no follow up. Have also posted to the community notice board and had people come to me and say the same thing happened to them! Disgusting! Would not recommend and will not be ordering again.
