The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

Terrible order and food. Ordered £40 worth of food and delivered half, said it was here and wasn’t. Food completely ruined. How can you deliver a pie and chips with no chips? Very disappointed and food wasn’t that good. Service absolutely terrible. Never leave reviews but so so disappointed. Order from Pizza Rella in future. Customer service unable to help. Lost £40 and got a kebab, chips and fries. Terrible!!!!!!!!!!

My pizza was going round and round on the delivery map for ages then I got a call asking where I was. I went to the end of the road and still no one there. So when it finally turned up it was cold so I refused delivery. I then called dominoes and some woman with her head up her ass told me how to cook a pizza. I don't care about how to cook a pizza. I'm still owed £27.99 which so far hasn't been given back so they're thie especially too!

Ordered a wrap with salad and chips and cheesy chips, 1 tub of Chinese curry sauce and 1 franks hot sauce for collection. Went in, woman behind the counter just ignored me and walked away after looking at me. Got home with the food, wraps got no chips in it. Chinese curry sauce isn’t here, the hot sauce isn’t here, instead got some random sauce we didn’t ask for. Useless place, haven’t ordered from there in months due to order always being wrong, just thought we’d give them one more go. Christ

I'm disgusted with the service from Pizza Hut Worthing, Goring Road. Not only did they give my teenager some whaffle about being a couple of minutes away, they didn't deliver and their 'proof' was a photo of the house taken from road inside the car without the food in it. When I took over the complaint - as our ring doorbell doesn't see any attempt at delivery, I was barked at and told "I believe my driver" before being hung up on. When I called again for the manager, I spoke to three different people who all claimed to be the manager - and one of them told me that the first claimant was a driver!!! Ryan Barr is it you? Scarlett Lee is it you? or is it indeed the incredibly shouty rude Vis Panchal? Guess we will never find out.

I recently ordered two large pepperoni pizzas, and after eating half of one, I noticed a very bitter, chemical-like taste in the last bite of a slice. About 30 minutes later, I began to feel strange. My heart rate increased, I felt dizzy, and I experienced heightened sensitivity to light and sound, similar to the effects of substances like LSD or MDMA. Thankfully, I have experience with managing such sensations and was able to stay calm, but if my child had eaten that slice, the situation could have resulted in a medical emergency.

pizza didn't arrive. called dominoes they assured me it was coming (even though that robot thing said delivered). definitely they were just trying to get me off the phone. waited 10 minutes still nothing so I called back. asked to speak to the manager, can't remember his name but he was not helpful, I gave him my address and order number and he said it had been delivered, repeated the address to me which was the wrong one! I said no and repeated my address, but he said that address isn't on their system. he said he would call back in 15 mins for some reason which i couldnt hear properly (and unsurprisingly he never called back). I managed to order online with my correct address so how can that be true that its not on the system? I went to the address he mentioned which luckily was only a street away and my pizza was there cold on the doorstep.. the address systems NEEDS updating! awful experience and staff were so unhelpful.

They advertise a "Portuguese chicken burger" AND a Peri Peri Chicken pizza. Having been excited to try these as I've spent alot of my life in Portugal and Mozambique ( Peri Peri central), I was bitterly disappointed. I wish they'd researched 'Peri Peri" ....albeit travelled to a country where it's a National dish. Then they'll understand the culture and the flavours. Cumon guys,take a trip to Maputo or Beira and experience this food you're trying to sell. You'll be amazed....

Getting fed up with Domino’s sending out pizza or cinni dippers or anything that should come with a sauce when they don’t bother to include them. Not once, but repeatedly doing it. Drivers don’t want to go back for that.

I called the St Albans store to ask for help with ordering. I have the student free personal pizza deal on my app and when I’m trying to order it says coupon is no longer valid. It says it’s valid until the 31st October. I called up the store to ask for help and the man kept on interrupting me. He said he can’t do anything to help and it’s all online and to contact the customer service. I said the customer service line is closed and he told me to try again tomorrow. I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me that he was the manager. I tried to explain the issue again and ask for help and the man continued to cut me off, I asked him to let me continue speaking multiple times and he refused, then hung up the phone call on me. I am horrified at the ‘customer service’ from this man who is supposed to be a manager.
