Speedy Pizza in Portsmouth

I paid just under £10 for a large donner kebab. The meat was so dry it was inedible, and I did not eat it, which means it must be bad because I have been known to eat food out of a bin! In fact, bin food is like a 5 star restaurant compared to the sh#t I was served tonight!!!

Our food was cold due to being an hour and a half late. The delivery man was very rude while we were assisting him to find our location due to being unwell in a hospital.

Horrible food. Fast service. Quick delivery time. However I would gladly wait an extra 5 minutes so I don't get served uncooked doughy Pizza with peppers that have clearly gone bad.

Pizza undercooked sloppy and cold sides wrong to what I ordered and still basically raw wedges and crap garlic bread. Will not be eating here again

I simply didn't receive my order.

Pizza was pretty much destroyed and folded up. The box had holes in it and almost fell out when delivered. The sauce pot was crushed and implanted in the middle of it. The side dish came in a Ken's box which suffered the same fate as the pizza box.

They forgot my stuffed crust. I asked for help as I had spent 15 pound on a pizza but was hung up on twice by the staff and told to “go ask just eat”. Shame really. Was looking forward to that and just wanted to either get some of my money back or at least get what I ordered. Oh and three times I had to call because twice they hung up on me. Never again.

We just had 10 pizzas, boxes of chicken, wedges and water delivered to critical care free of charge and we are so grateful! Absolutely lovely pizza and chicken, would order from them!

Acabamos de recibir nuestras pizzas y no pudimos comerlas porque sabían a aceite de cocina, al inspeccionar las cajas, están cubiertas de aceite. No pedimos comida rápida muy a menudo y esta vez fue realmente horrible. Fueron directamente a la papelera. ¡Speedy Pizza necesita aprender a hacer pizzas! ! !

The driver reported he buzzed my flat twice and was rude over the phone telling me there was something wrong with my intercom system. I advised that this wasn’t the case and I was actually waited for him at the window but didn’t see anyone. He then stated he would deliver my order now and hung up the phone. When he arrived the intercom system worked, and the order wasn’t correct. I shall not be ordering from them again, poor customer service.

Very disapointed.. Drink variety was good.. Went for coca cola (full fat) recieved pepsi max no added sugar (rank) wont drink it!! chips were soggy and going cold.. Wont eat them! Chicken wings were supposed to be chinese.. They came as bbq.. With far to much bbq sauce you couldnt taste the meat.. Ate one and there now in the bin.. Pizza.. Stone cold and completely greasy.. £20 down.. Im starving.. Dog loved it 😡 never again..

Garlic sausage isnt a sausage its a powder and when you order thin base with cheese stuffed crust you get deep pan not thin. Never heard so much rubbish when complaining. Garlic sausage is powder made me laugh. So things you order might not be what you think your getting.

The desserts were very nice however they swapped the broccoli on one of the pizzas for green peppers and didn’t put chillis on the other as we requested, otherwise it was tasty.

Food was wrong. When phoned up to speak to staff I was met with a rude manager who shouted at me and every time I spoke talked over me so loudly I couldn't even get a sentence out. I was then told don't ever order from here again and phone put down. I'l definately be going back to speedy pizza!

La masa de pizza sabía horrible, casi como la mezcla de panqueques. El queso ni siquiera sabía a queso. En general, la pizza era asquerosa. Las cuñas estaban secas y el condimento sabía raro. El pan de ajo estaba duro y el queso también.

Products delivered were different from advertised menu. A call was made to the shop after the food was delivered following which a different product was sent due to the lack of original item. But this took additional waiting time which led to the food being cold. This is not an isolated incident as I have had the same issue with this restaurant previously.

The first pizza arrived 20 minutes early, unfortunately the allergy note wasn't read on.my order. I rang the restaurant the staff member was ever so apologetic and a fresh pizza arrived within 25 minutes. Great customer service!! Plenty of toppings on the pizza, will definitely order again!!

The food itself was good however I ordered stuffed crust with cheese and pepperoni but only received with cheese. Also the pizza was made at a different Kens takeaway so I arrived at Osborne Road to be told it was somewhere else. Slightly unorganised in all the different Kens stores and confusing.

Missing 3 portions of fries that took another 40 mins to redeliver and were in wet bags?? Pizza had been eaten but the time the fries were delivered. Shame as normally always a good service.

Possibly the worst takeaway I have ever had.. The service was slow, took an hour and 10 mins for the pizzas to reach me, and when they did they were stone cold and tasted discussing. Avoid at all costs

the pizza was undercooked and was missing two sides from our meal deal, not to mention when asked for additional information I asked for a call/text when it was outside as to not wake the entirety of the house up which the driver did, it was on time though.

I was told to collect the order from Osbourne Road but after going to three different stores I finally collected it from ELM Grove. Please update your just eat address. On a plus side, food was lovely.

The delivery driver had trouble finding our address, despite being given the full street address and postcode. Our home shows up on Google Maps, Wayze and GPS if the postcode is put in, so I am unsure why this was such an issue. As such, our food was almost 40 minutes late.

Some of us were fasting, so I asked for the food to be delivered at 20:55. The food was delivered way too early and went cold before everyone could eat it. It’s not the first time Kens have delivered the food much earlier that the requested time.

Had the regular meal deal with 2 regular pizzas, garlic bread, coleslaw and Pepsi. Food was very nice but wish that the regular pizzas were a bit bigger, could’ve done with a large All in all very nice, will definitely order again

Was very disappointed with the mind of rice I had ordered with grilled kebab. Rice had full of cardoman seeds all over, with Every Bite you actually have that disgusting taste, I had to change it, won't recommend any rice or chicken Doner from here

Food delivered on time, wouldn’t call it a well presented pizza. Asked for thin crust, got normal, ordered a Hawaiian Pizza, was delivered a ham and mushroom pizza. Called the store, bloke on the phone maybe needs to be a bit less angry....I understand it’s Saturday and that he may of had to deal with a load of drunken Albert Road goers but still professionalism should never fail, explained that I had been delivered the wrong pizza so sent another one out within 20 mins but looked like the pizzza had been chucked in the box without care. I wouldn’t mind at 2am after a skinful in the Bold Forester and walking home, but to look at sober could do with some improvement. Maybe need to understand what state the person ordering is in. May use them again if I go to Wedgewood Rooms or Goose at the V&A but not whilst sober. Bad drills on the part of the store.

Ordered from here a few times and every time without fail order was wrong staff very rude and manager delt with complaint by saying I don't want your custom if your going to complain and why don't you find another kebab delivery company.

Ordered from north end Ken's I ordered a small donner kebab with chilli sauce and mayonnaise which is what I've ordered few times before and it was fine this time it came full of chilli sauce that sauce was very very very hot and not only that the kebab was drowning in it I eat spicy food this was not edible spicy this was over the top burnt my mouth couldn't even chew it without drinking water after every bite. Literally you can see it got red sauce all over it (chilli) I called because I had to I tried to eat it I couldn't it was too much to enjoy I called and the guy says well you asked for chilli sauce yes I did ask for chill and some mayo and theres like 10 percent mayo in it and rest chilli !!! was terrible customer service , he said to me "u said u wanted it and we put it on it. ON IT NOT ALL OVER IT INSIDE and OUT OF IT !!!!! FEEL LIKE TAKING IT AND CHUCKING IT ON HES FACE SO THE CHILL GETS INTO HES EYES let's see how he feels then if he understands how much my mouth is burning stupid C***

Delivery driver was so helpfull as im on crutches but had left wrong order. Called restaurant thet said they would make fresh order...but it wasnt fresh. It was original one and by time i got it it was yuk.
