Domino's Pizza Portsmouth - Cosham in Portsmouth

Ordered a pizza from this dominoes this evening and they put onion on my pizza which I'm allergic too. They told me they'd replace the pizza, the delivery driver then showed up to the hotel I was staying in and demanded me to bring the pizza down with onion on to prove it had onion on which I refused as I thought this was unacceptable. The manager then got irate with me on the phone and stated that I was wasting his time. The fact they didn't belive me and refused to replace the pizza it's utterly shocking when you spend £25+ for one pizza. Abysmal customer service.

We have great Pizzas from here every two weeks great service, their new Korean pizza is brilliant always found the staff great and polite they are a credit to Domino's

Let’s see they make you wait outside while you pizza is being cooked the pizza then takes absolutely ages to cook and they put all the ingredients on the pizza with their bare hands no gloves or anything i don’t know where their hands have been and they are shoving ingredients on it with no gloves or anything brilliant.

The pizzas we just got delivered were un edible. There was nothing on my pizza and my husband threw most of his away. We won't be using dominoes again there pizza are tasteless and burnt

Didn't have to wait long for food which was good and it was still hot when I got back home with it. Only downside was I ordered a vegetarian pizza and they added chillis to it which I never asked for. I wouldn't have been bothered if it wasn't for the fact I hate chillis. I wasn't able to eat my pizza because of this unfortunately. The rest of my order was perfectly fine though!

First time order from here and would gladly return. Good deal on the pizza and was ready for collection within the time specified. Hot, tasty and value for money. What else could you need!?

I went to get a 2 for 1 pizza at Cosham and was told the offer wasn't on even though I said it's in the window advertising the deal ?. So I asked for a large 2 topping pizza and was told they don't have any but I can have a 4 topping ???? I asked how that was possible and he just kept repeating sorry... worst service and feel they don't want to do 2 for 1 to save money. Won't be going there again.

You Have to spend £15 to get delivery, then you charged £2.50 extra for the pleasure. Won’t be back

Multiple times cold pizza, literrly live 750 yards away. Charge unreasonable amount for delivery. No value in sides, just order pizza.

My partner and I ordered two mighty meaty pizzas on the 31st of October and were advised it would be 30 to 40 minutes, it turned up 55 minutes later and was completely the wrong order, I phoned and told them at which point they offered to replace them but said it would take another 50 minutes which I was not prepared to wait, so I asked for a refund, I was assured it would happen within in 3 to 5 working days, I have phoned them on numerous occasions to be greeted with absolute rudeness and more empty promises, here I am on the 13th of November still waiting for my refund, my advice to everyone is steer clear of this establishment, if you want good service, value for money and good customer support don't go here. If I could give a minus rating I would.

App said the food was made and ready for 20+ minutes and when it arrived it was cold... I think the leftover coffee I had at breakfast was still warmer then the pizza and wedges i had for dinnner.

Do not order off this shame company. Took our order and charged my credit card within seconds. Half an hour later they rang to say we're really sorry no delivery drivers can you come and collect yourselves. No - daughters birthday and she wanted pizza. It's called pizza delivery for a reason not pizza - come and collect it yourselves. Thanks very much. When i asked for my money back they said it would take 3-4 days to process it back to my card. That's strange as it got debited really quickly. Absolutely rubbish 👎👎👎👎

Manager always grumpy and rude to his staff. Cosham dominos used to be great. Now they have the worst deals and don’t even offer half a half even though it was taken away ‘temporarily’ due to that deadly Covid disease lol. I haven’t ordered here in months and still won’t until the menu or manager is replaced!! Up the papajohns.

Was in for a recent collection and could see it was a busy time, however Charlotte the Assistant Manager handled it perfectly! Top manager.

Thick members of staff couldn’t explain why a £9.99 pizza and 2 x sides at £5.99 each came to over £30.00!? The thicko with his mouth wide open could only say “ that’s what the computer says “. He needed a better suited job! Road sweeper comes to mind.

Refusing to pay any refund for inedible food, even after complaints process had agreed the food standard was not up to what is expected. When we rang to find out where our food was after the app had told us it was out for delivery for 30 mins & then delivered for another 15 mins we got told they were extremely busy and didn’t have enough drivers working so our food was out on way. When it finally got to us it was stone cold, not even luke warm. We rang to complain but just got waffles off with ‘they are sorry’ ‘very busy’ but no to any form of refund unless we took the pizza there. We went through the customer service complaints section only to get time after time a auto-generated reply which then goes to the franchise owners. We got a response and on second time of emailing an offer of refund. Since then nothing, we have chased up what’s happening but have been told to ring the store now to discuss. The franchise email you back from a ‘no-reply’ email each time so you have to go through the dominoes App / contact each time and then just wait. It wasn’t a massive order but spending near on £50 for stone cold food and then having to put up with this rubbish is the real joke ! I will never give them a penny of my money ever again.

These guys get a two star for now, as their service has gone violently downhill in the last few months. Dominos used to be excellent, with fast delivery. My last three orders, however, have been late (in one case two hours) and turn up stone cold so I then have to basically cook them again. It's been over an hour since I made my last order, and I think this will be my last ever. Absolute fall from grace for me.

bring the proper menu back and you’ll get my £. You no longer offer a satisfactory range of sides , same goes with deserts. You took away half & half pizza which was the main reason why I used dominos. Plus the standard all round seems to have slipped as if dominos doesn’t care. So I won’t.

Useless !!! Am a regular customer and tonight they bring my order but forget my pizza !!!! Then when a replacement finally turned up its dripping wet with garlic sauce that I DID NOT ASK FOR !!!!! GREAT SERVICE IF U JUST WANT TO WASTE UR MONEY TO FEED YOUR RUBBISH BIN !!!!

Just been to Dominos in Cosham, Wow what an experience!!!! As I went in there was a woman and her daughter at the counter and the phone was ringing, I heard a female shout answer the bleeding phone or disconnect it, will ya , it's bleeding rude!!. I was then told by a member of staff to get out as only one person was allowed in store. I left and waited outside. The woman and her daughter were told to leave as their pizza was not ready, even though they had ordered it over an hour previous by phone. I decided to walk to Tesco and buy a pizza to cook at home. I work in hospitality and I can honestly say I have never experienced anything like this before. Totally shocked!!!!!

Queried prices with the manager and he was vile on the phone, passed my partner on the phone to order and had the phone put down on us. Terrible customer service from who is suppose to be a manager and poor example set to work colleagues.

Normally get great service but tonight they failed on all counts. I ordered at 7:15pm pizza arrived at 20:40 and was stone cold. I refused to accept it and requested it be redone. Considering I live 10 mins away from the shop this never should have happened. Edited.... manger was very nice and replaced my order instantly. Thank you so much. Very happy with replacement sorry you guys wer having a bad night xx

Website not allowing me to pay for my order when we phoned the store they said our number had been logged as a hoax number. We have never phoned the store always online.

Got my better half to order and pay from our home. I had just come out of critical Care and was now on a ward at the Hospital and wanted something. My wife gave my mobile number to Domino's, their delivery man rang from the Main Entrance and a Nurse then went and collected the Pizzas, I had one the rest went to the ward Staff as a thank you. They were very grateful, but it was the very least I could do, after being in an induced Coma for so many weeks. They do give extra discount if delivered to a NHS building or Staff.

Not happy with the manager as I got billed twice for one order. Tried to sort it out with him but, no joy. I therefore have had to get my bank involved in order to get my money back.

After waiting for three hours and endless attempts to call with no answer I had to walk to the shop to find out what had happened to my order felt so sorry for the people working there I blame the online system and the area manager for the appalling service I received tonight I will be getting in touch with head office and will require a response from them

Would give no stars if it was an option. Waited 1hr 50mins for a stone cold pizza... We tried to ring them atleast 10 times no answer. I get it is busy being new years day but if someone answered I would have picked it up myself.

Waited 45 mins for a pizza collection which I ordered at the store. The blonde girl working there hasn’t got a clue and shouldn’t be working there she’s ordered me the wrong pizza which didn’t even have correct ingredients and dropped my wedges on the floor!! What a terrible dominos!

Easy to use service by website and phone and fast delivery of food.

There is this really rude worker there and the way he talks was so rude. We don't go to dominos often so we didn't know what to have and he was just being a pain. I would've went elsewhere.

Daughter's boyfriend loves their pizzas and always gets a good service.

Ordered a pizza from here tonight and it was absolutely disgusting.. the manger was rude and had a rubbish attitude on the phone payed £20 for a medium piece of turd.. ordered from here before and never had a problem. Been at work all day and fancied a takeaway and it was not up to standards at all!! NEVER ORDERING from here again!! Absolute joke this place must have idiots working for them!!! Can’t even make a pizza right.

Orderd Pizza on a weekday afternoon, was 45 mins late, phoned up to ask what was going on and was rudly spoken to by a gentleman on the phone. He then hung up on me multiple times. Phoned back again and he was again rude to me and said he would phone his driver and call back. Never did. When pizzas turned up they were delived by a very rude and clearly overworked older lady who had no time or effort left in her. No apoligy for the lateness and to top it all of.... pizzas were all stone cold. No refund or compensation was given and told because we accepted the order that was that. Very dissapointed and will not let this go without the right action. Will a manager please contact me on this review after reading this.

Not one to leave a bad review, however my friends and I have ordered from this particular Domino's several times and it has always been a bit of a disappointment. Drivers always attentive, reasonably fast and friendly, however the pizzas have several times turned up with barely any cheese on top, not to mention the cheesy wedges which had practically none.

Me and my family went to a friends over the weekend and ordered a few pizzas for the adults and kids. We were missing a pizza and this left my child without any food. We called through to the store around 15 times over the space of 2 hours and no one answered! I actually live quite close so thought I would go and pay them a visit personally. I called them again while standing outside and the staff were just stood there chatting! So basically I had to go to the store to get a refund on the pizza that they forgot because they couldn’t be bothered to pick the phone up. Disgraceful. Never using again

I ordered a Pizza on Friday 15/08/2018 from the back of a complaint that we made about a month earlier and the pizza offer we had was a large pizza and a side. We ordered a half and half pizza of meteor with mushrooms instead of pepperoni and a create your own half with bbq base, double pepperoni, onions and garlic butter with a garlic bread side. When the pizza arrived it turned out to be a half and half, meteor both sides, with one half having the pepperoni replaced with mushrooms. So the pizza was half right but also warm rather than hot. Rang in and was offered a replacement pizza. Ordered the same thing and got the same mistake pizza. Was also told by the driver we could keep the incorrect pizza also. Not entirely sure what went wrong but it looks like the order was not put through on both pizzas correctly. Ended up keeping both pizzas as I did not want a third pizza turning up for that would be a waste, however, there seems to be a mistake in training for the staff. I understand Fridays are busy days but if an order cannot be put through correctly then that adds more work to the staff. Safe to say disappointed with the service again. I mean I live 5 minutes away from dominos and could have walked there to collect it and had it hotter than it was arriving to the house.

Ordered food at 23:20 after a long day of work. Very hungry at this point. 00:25 i first attempted to ring them as it was getting ridiculous and I need to be up in 7:00. 00:35 I finally get through to them and get given an obvious lie "they turned up the the hotel and tried to ring me and the reception tried to ring me" my phone was in my hand and the room doesn't have a phone so reception obviously won't try to ring me. Overall I'm starving and now have to sleep hungry and get an hour less sleep. Thanks for that.

Took over an hour to arrive. It showed as ready for 50 mins prior to arrival. Manager rude and argumentative when phoned 3 times. Said driver was just leaving, I live 2 minutes away! Took a further 20 minutes to arrive. After a further phone call the manager admitted he had lied about the delivery driver just leaving. Pizza arrived and was cold and wrong. Manager kept saying they were very busy. If they are busy at lunchtime god help evening service. I called about my refund as no email or apology had been made and was faced with an angry manager shouting at me down the phone which I had to ask him to stop shouting. Very unprofessional.

Pizza ordered for collection. Ready.for collection and I've only now been told they won't accept legal Scottish money. So your store has made me a pizza and now won't sell it to me? Morons. I'll be calling management and directing them to TripAdvisor. This store is not the one to use.

Siempre he disfrutado del dominó y solía pedir algunas pizzas cada semana, vivía en Belfast y la calidad y el servicio eran geniales, luego me mudé a 2 Inglaterra y descubrí que la rama cosham (mi local) es terrible, en numerosas ocasiones he tenía problemas por falta de partes de su orden, esperando más de una hora por una pizza fría en otra ocasión, hoy enviaron la pizza equivocada y han tardado 15 minutos en conseguir que alguien los recoja como yo los llamo. Está claro que esta tienda y su personal necesitan capacitación, nunca he conocido una tienda de dominó para tener un rendimiento tan malo como este.

Just ate lunch from there about an hour ago and have now got to know the toilet at work better than I ever wanted to. I'm only writing this review to distract me from the overwhelming nausea and stabbing gut pains.

Llamado la tienda después de una hora y me dijeron que dejé 3 minutos antes en un viaje que debería tener 6 minutos. 17 minutos más tarde, se convierte para enviarlo como casi las 9:00 pm está lejos de tarde a comer, así que no puedo decir si estaba buena o no, pero si tuviera que habría sido probablemente fría!!

Pedimos un vegetariano suprema y vegetariano sizzler con un lado de cursi nachos. Por desgracia, una pizza estaba cubierta de Pepperoni. Para los vegetarianos, esto está muy lejos de ser satisfactorio. Llamé a la sucursal que me dijeron que iban a enviar otro lo antes posible.

The Pizza here is more unhealthy but better tasting than Pizza Hut, even though I know I'll get diabetes from it.

Very fast service and the pizzas are better than in the dominoes in Spain. They are usually expensive in price but they always have good offers. By making use of the offers the prices are much more reasonable.

Por desgracia, esta es nuestra dominos local y en los últimos años ha ido cuesta abajo... extremadamente El personal es muy grosero, apenas habla inglés y rush a sus ordenes. El servicio es asqueroso. Soy vegetariano y yo siempre encontrará piezas de carne dentro de mi pizza donde la limpieza y organización de la tienda es obviamente mala.. En una rara ocasión que tendrá un buen fin, pero la mayoría del tiempo que llega, mal cocida y descuidadas (foto) o quemado... Ir a Pizza Hut digo

Aparecimos en una noche de viernes como £6.99 cualquier ofrecen pizza estaba funcionando. Como esperábamos había bastante cola, sin embargo nos sirvieron rápido y muy amablemente.

I have placed orders on line and always pay on delivery, I set the time I would like my food, each time my delivery has been on time or just before, I can track my order if I wish at each stage, food is good and always hot.

Pedimos una pizza y pagamos por teléfono con mi tarjeta, cuando aparezca intentaron diciéndome que habían pagado. tomaron la pizza volver porque me negué a pagar. Peldaño cosham Domino y el director sólo contrapartida hacer conmigo, me preguntó la chica que me sirvió si hubiera sido pagado y dijo que no! Luego, cuando me dieron un poco ruidoso que me pasó a la chica que me sirvió y admitió que ella tomó el pago pero olvidó pulsar un botón en su pantalla. Nos pidió perdón y ella iban a enviar la misma pizza volver a mí, le dije que no quería esa uno ya que sería frío, así que nos dirigimos a decirme que tenía otro 45 min esperar si quería una fresca. Terminamos 2 horas de waitin por una pizza que shouldve toma 30 minutos como declaró en primer lugar. Ni siquiera comer la pizza o ya que cuando se quejaba que pude oír todos ellos laughin en la parte de atrás. Estaba preocupado por lo que podrían haber hecho. peor servicio al cliente nunca encontré!! PEGA con pizza Hut de ahora en adelante

Ordered over the phone and the staff member was able to answer all my questions. The order was delivered quickly and all the food was piping hot. Everyone enjoyed their pizza and as always they checked to ensure that we got the best deal. This branch compared favourably with my local Dominos in Scotland.

Made an order for delivery for two meatball melt pizzas a few weeks back. When the order arrived they had sent the wrong pizzas. I phoned the store and was told that i had ordered wrong when i clearly had asked for meatball melts. In the end the pizzas were exchanged after having to call the store manager. I now use pizza hut much nicer and better customer service

I order regularly from here. Delivery is fast and hot with good deals on pizza almost every week. Meteor allways. Will be ordering again soon!
