Friendly staff, very professional on the phone, the lady who answered was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Food arrived fast and hot. Was a yummy family treat, will definitely order again, thank you!

What on earth was this abomination? Are melts always like this!? Disappointing overall, the fries were clearly reheated from hours ago, the melt was crunchy, felt overcooked but it was my first one and my last I might add. Macaroni was good but it usually is, can’t mess that up - seriously sort it out, the prices are a bit much for this low quality trash

I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and onion rings. The pizza was perfectly cooked with a generous topping of pineapple and ham, and the onion rings were crispy and flavorful. It was definitely worth the deal and money.

most creasey pizza I've ever seen looked like someone emptied a bottle of oil over it plus it was burnt & the oil had gone through the bottom of box & ruined a brand new pair of Lois trousers £75 ... not happy

Used to be so good until about three weeks ago. This order alone has the wrong crust, not just wrong sauce dip - but none. No sauce on bacon wedges and completely undercooked

The original order was delivered to the wrong address, despite needing the code to be accepted. They had to cook a second pizza and deliver, with a free bottle if pepsi as an apology. JustEat needs to improve the tracking of the order as it was and is nonexistent.

An absolutely disgusting Hawaiian 9inch pizza which was £19 i have pics of it burnt one side no topping or cheese on the other, we also had melts which were ok, but we wont be ordering again after this, always have the same meal , never again!

Once again, even though geo located using just eat app the driver insisted that our address was in the wrong place. rude and ignorant blaming his map reading skills deficiency on us the customer. deleting app due to this being a repeat issue.

Ordering online was very easy and they had a good choice, the delivery was. Quick and the pizzas were really hot...BUT...the pizzas were really dry, chewy and tasteless...very very disappointed the bacon on my pizza tasted stale like it had been sat around for a few days. .the pepperoni pizza like my Texan BBQ was really dry and chewy the crusts were really hard ...I certainly won't be ordering from them again .

Very disappointed last night 1 hour and 40 minute wait for delivery when the online delivery said 30/40 minutes when it finally arrived the pizzas were cold. The manager was very polite and apologetic and gave us complimentary items but still not very good overall yesterday and yesterday only, I’ve purchased from here 100’s of times and never had this issue before.

Delivery time was 1 hour more than they said. System was apparently broken, which head office knew about, but nothing was done. Customer services just lie to you. Go elsewhere. Extremely poor service.

I don't know why there are cherry tomatoes on the pizza. They were not ordered or mentioned in the menu. Please keep to what was asked for, not add whatever rubbish vegetables you think I might like.

Worst undercooked pizza ever received, a call to the delivery place resulted in me basically being called a liar! Explained I know how their pizzas are cooked an how surprised I am that they can undercook pizzas and still allow them to be delivered

Shocking service and rude staff. Order 2 pizzas and bbq chicken wings. As I had 15 pound credit as they made a mistake last time out. Anyway got the pizzas and one pizza was grease. Ordered bbq chicken wings and they forgot the bbq . Called up and spoke to the manager. Very rude on the phone. And telling me I had 15 pounds credit and I didnt pay for it and I shouldn't moan as they made another mistake. Then telling me they done me a favour using less tomato sauce and making it a ham pizza. And we could send out a dip for the bbq wings . But it will be half hr. Very aggressive she was and I said I won't be coming back. She said that's fine and hanged up. Tool ages to answer the phone. And its one of the worst pizza hurt around and poor quality food. Stay well clear of these guys .

Amazing this evening , to be fair they are usually very good in this branch. Food comes very quickly and is always so hot you have to leave it a moment or 2 before you can indulge, not acceptable if you're really hungry 😅. I always ever find that pizza hut could always plop a tad more sauce on the pizzas , but nevertheless a great takeaway pizza 🍕

The quality of the food was absolutely shocking. The pizza was a sloppy greasy mess, with garlic crust that I didn't ask for, not only that but it was way undercooked, the pizza dough wasn't cooked in the middle. The chicken strips were so soggy, like they had been steamed or microwaved instead of deep fried. The cookie dough was lovely, apart from the fact the delivery driver didn't give the ice cream that was supposed to go with it. Absolute waste of money.

We had a great experience with Pizza Hut delivery today. Joe took my partners calls when we had a question about our order, he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Food came fast and very hot, great customer service and delicious food.

Absolutely rubbish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Over 10 minutes late after changing delivery time twice. Cold, flat and stuck to the top of the box, last time we order from there. FYI its not buy one get one free when they spread the topping for 1 pizza over 2 pizza bases!!!!!!!!!!

What a joke. Used to be best pizza around. Now it's thin with little cheese. And they got my order wrong Olives instead of beef. Hate 'em. Had to pick them of Yuk, because I was hungry. Won't order again

I spent nearly £40 on pizza and sides for what was supposed to be a nice family meal but it was absolutely awful overcooked tough inedible food that was as though it had been cooked some hours earlier and reheated all the toppings were to hard to chew and as for the stuffed crust well cooked so much it had disappeared and was like stale bread Pizza Hut is somewhere I will never use again better off buying a pizza from ASDA at least it would be cooked properly

I placed an order for my family at 13.54 to be delivered at 5pm that day driver turned up at 2.20pm had to refuse it as nobody here to eat it and stated that the delivery should not be until 5pm the driver returned at 5pm with what i am convinced was the same food as he brought at 2.20pm on opening it it was all dry and tuff absolutely unedible had to bin the lot never will we use Pizza Hut again.

Easy to order, hot and tasty. A little pricey but otherwise very good
