Do not order from DeLush Burger House. Absolutely disgusting place starting with the food and ending with the staff/ Manager. Just placed a order from them tonight 5th November 2021 and omg where do I start. Firstly took forever, then when it finally arrived I didn't even get what I ordered. All I wanted was a burger some chips and a spaghetti bolognaise with Garlic bread. I was given 2 burgers some rank sweet potatoes fries and 2 cans of Coke. Not my order, so rang them, I spoke to a worker and tried to tell them that I had been given the wrong order. He started complaining that he had no credit to phone us to say that he had no Garlic bread, spaghetti or chips. I said why didn't he use the shop phone, he complained that he had no staff, that he was the only worker there and he did not have time to do anything and no time to talk to me. I asked to Speak to the manager, he said he was the manager. I said that he should have credit on his phone if he managing a business and needed to speak to his customers, he told me and I quote" it is none of my business if he had credit ", I was flabbergasted he was the one whom told me he had no credit. He then told me I can complain online, I can ring whoever he didn't care , he was the only one there and didn't want to talk to me. I said you need to shut the shop as you can not run it like this, that you are just taking people's money and not providing the service. I asked for a refund, he said no that he gave me alternatives ( more expensive) I was like not what I asked for you are telling me what I want to eat. I said you are the manager and that ycan give me a refund, he just told me that I do not want to talk to me any more and goodbye and put the phone down on me. Absolutely disgusting place and staff, I will certainly be taking this further. Had to give 1 star only so I could leave a review, otherwise would have given minus stars.

If you like hot fresh cooked tasty food then do not order from here. I ordered for my family the food was totally disgusting, I ordered a combination Kebab it was cold, hard and covered in little black bits where the grill hadn’t been cleaned please see attached image. I complained and another was sent, although slightly better it was also cold and wasn’t what I had originally ordered.

This is the worst food establishment I have ever ordered from. Turned up 20 mins late and my burger that we meant to be plain as ordered, was covered in garlic mayo, I called to ask for this to be rectified and I was hung up on after being told he made it himself and didn't get it wrong and that he wished to go home. I called back and was left on hold for 15 mins whilst they talked, laughed and tidied up. Fuming... Here is my burger as you can see full of garlic mayo, don't use this restaurant unless you intend on feeding your food to the bin!!!

Great burgers and fast delivery

Food was great. The stuffed crust was very tasty and we both loved the doner meat. The American Hot pizza had a decent ammount of spice. We love their pizza's and would order again.

Considering we live in a village, very hard to get deliveries. Food was really nice and especially their fries

the food was about 1 hour late and i called 20 times over 45 minutes and every time i didn't get an answer when the guy arrived he sat in his car for 5 minutes playing on his phone and was very rude the food pizza wasnt bad but the cheesy potato skins had no cheese on them

Cold chips, undercooked burger with no salsa, nachos that tasted like they’d been taken out of the bag days ago

When our food came half the order was wrong, both pizzas. Rang the restaurant and they apologised and sent out 2 new pizzas, (which took another 60mins) when they arrived they still wrong and looked like a mess in a box.

Cold food, not fresh chicken, will not order again

Food was horrible, couldn't eat it. Also got my order wrong! I ordered garlic mushrooms and I got cheese mushrooms instead would of eat that but I was so watery and the cheese was burnt! Never going to order again. WASTE OF MONEY

Originally put wrong address, called to change and apologies only to be replied to rudely, after being 30 minutes late we called to enquire, where we were told the guy was "just leaving". Half an hour later we got our food, stone cold and missing chips. Will be looking into a refund

Pre ordered at 6pm to deliver at 8:30 instantly changed to be delivered at 9pm by the restaurant as they were busy??? If I’d asked for ASAP it would have been delivered at 7pm?? By 9:15 no food had arrived tried calling restaurant 84 times and it just rang and rang on both numbers!!!! Food eventually arrived at 9:40pm!!!! Only explanation, “we were busy” Will NEVER prefer from here again

Didn't had garlic sauce which one ordered and was different like was last time

Food is not as described burger is missing most of its content and all items are freezing cold. No one answering the phone to make complaint but when they do will be requesting a full refund.

Worst order we’ve had from here. We didn’t receive the chips with chilli con and 2 dips we ordered. The wrap and chips were cold and most of the chicken wings were chewy and inedible. We will not be ordering from here again.

Driver didn’t knock on door just rang my phone and when I didn’t answer because I didn’t know who was ringing me, I opened the front door to our food just threw in the bushes next to the door. Completely and utterly disgusted with my experience today as never ever had a problem with de lush.

Pizza's were great, burgers a little cold but edible and tasty. Estimated delivery time was 1 hour 30 minutes after order, which is a little long but it's Saturday night So ok. It didn't arrive so I requested an update on the delivery which was then delayed by 30 minutes. So 2 hours in total.

I’m absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the service tonight, not only was the food over an hour late it was cold!! Also the delivery driver that gave me my food just handed it as if nothing was wrong, which I find very disrespectful of him. After this experience I will never order from you can.

Food was an hour late! We had ordered at 4.44pm and was told 6pm. Food arrived at 7pm. All was cold. Kebab boxes soggy. The chicken was burnt, not chargrilled. Microwaved kebabs and had to put pizzas I. The oven. Salad was very small. Previous order was early and plentiful. Very very disappointed!

Food arrived in boxes stacked sideways in a bag with other food including a pizza! Upon opening the boxes the food looked like it had been kicked round the room. Possibly due to packing. The Kebab arrived with no salad, (which was ordered) and 3 chunks of kebab meet cut to the width of spam and the chicken was definately not off the spit! Avoid like the plague!

I order 4 burgers and I got one which I didn't order instead of that one which I wanted, when I called with complain about that guy told me that they gonna send a proper one again without even any apologizes and didn't even let me finish when I was explaining something to him. Everything could be fine if they wont send me again wrong burger. I called again to complain The guy on a phone was trying told me that the burger which I was ordering already couple of times in a past ,always coming with this ingredients (not like on description) this is unacceptable i paid for something that I never received. Food was meant to be delivered by half 8 after ordering at 19.20. I rang at 20.40 to ask where it was to be told the driver hasn’t even left yet but to give it 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I rang again to be told they would ring the driver to find out where it was. Didn’t receive my order until 21.40 and the ‘food’ I received was soggy, inedible, some of it cold and completely awful. I rang them to ask for a refund and was told I had to contact just eat to get this. Service over the phone was rude and inexperienced

So disappointed, we was looking forward to this all day because the previous order we had was absolutely out of this world, the quantities were huge & the meat was absolutely delicious This time the quantities for what we ordered were very poor and the standard of the meat was also very poor, the doner meat was rock solid and the chicken was certainly not nice pieces of grilled breast,they were stringy with an awful texture We both left the majority of the kebab with me joking the best part was the pitta bread!! I’ve got up this morning feeling absolutely starving but more so disappointed that I wasted £25 on a few mouthfuls of food thinking that could of been a Christmas present for one of my girls. I use Delush quite regularly and have done for some time now and I’ve always Been happy with the quality and standard of the food. The order last night was certainly not to the standard of any previous order I’ve had. Very disappointing

Normally really good but was 15 mins late, forgot bbq sauce in my burger and had generic burger buns instead of the normal brioche buns ☹️

Order arrived incomplete. Called the driver who was very apologetic and said he would check with the restaurant, however I later rang the restaurant as he still hadn't been back after half an hour. When my call was answered the person I spoke to said my order didn't exist, then proceeded to walk off without saying anything and just left me on the line. The phone was then taken by who I imagine was the manager. He asked me what the issue was and (after again telling me my order, or address, didn't exist, only to find it 5 minutes later) didn't seem to register that missing food is in fact a problem with my order. I had to explain 3 times that an item was missing and since it'd now been over 40 minutes since I received the original delivery, I wanted a refund; I was then told that he wouldn't do that as due to being ordered through just eat, it was too much or a hassle for him, and that he would just send out the missing item with a free bottle of drink and that I'll just have to wait another 30 minutes. The missing item arrived 45 minutes later with no free drink or any sort of apology. The food itself also wasn't without issue. In the original delivery was a "meat lasagna" which had maybe a handful of meat and was mostly cheese; and garlic mushrooms which were sat in half a tub of oil. The item that was missing then delivered late, chicken doner and chips, looked like it was begrudgingly thrown together from scraps and was clearly reheated. Overall, an experience that had a lot of potential was completely ruined by rude staff and poor attention to detail. Would not recommend at all.

Well where to start... First of all the delivery man showed up racing down the street like a boy racer. When he arrived at the door we noticed a pizza and the can drinks missing, strange! We walked to the car to grab the drinks as the driver stated there was no pizza with our meal (the feast for 2 meal) he then proceeded to make us argue in the street at 3:30 in the morning in nothing but T-shirts and tracksuit bottom, we decided to give the food back as the main thing was the pizza. About 10 minutes after we hear another knock on the door. To our surprise the delivery driver was back at the door and started saying we ordered a meatball meal with bbq sauce to which we disagreed and shown him our order on just eat and the receipt. For a further 5 minutes he was arguing with us on the door step at 3:40 because we didn’t want to take the order as it was incomplete! I am appalled at the attitude and service I was dealt from the delivery driver, I would still like my pizza though!

What an absolute joke. It took over an hour to receive my food and when I rang they kept putting the phone down - allegedly couldn’t here me (selectively). When my food finally arrived, it was the wrong food. So when I called, I had the phone put down on me again twice. I wanted the food I ordered. Was told they would bring me the correct food. Got a phone call an hour and a half later by which time I had fallen asleep.

So after ordering my food at 7.15pm it finally arrived at 9.15pm.. and several phone calls from the delivery driver, I get delivered the wrong food. After notifying the restaurant of the time scale and the incorrect food being delivered to my house they refused to offer me a refund and seemed to not particularly care that the wrong food had been delivered. I most certainly will not be delivering from these again!

Ordered from here via just eat, ordered at 5.30, said it would he delivered by 6.40, okay thats fine, 7pm comes and goes, still nothing, called them, told me the driver is on his way, 20 minutes later he arrived The boxes were squished on top of each other, absolutely dripping with grease, or has soaked all through the box and the cardboard just fell apart, both burgers were wrong, ordered 2 fat cow burgers, one with salad and bbq sauce and one with no salad and mayo... I got 2 burgers, with wet buns, salad in both, burger sauce and bbq sauce in both, I couldn't even touch mine as it just fell apart my partners was cold and inedible, chips were awful, I called the restaurant and told them I want a refund, but apparently they dont do that, instead they offered me money off my next order! Haha! I will never waste my time or money were again, £26 and nothing was edible! Disgusting Do not waste your time or money on this disgusting place!
