The worse place ever! I placed an order, it didn’t arrive on time then one of the team called me and said - we want to let you know that the taxi man that was meant to bring your food hasn’t showed up. So I asked what exactly they want me to do .. the guy started screaming with insults. The delivery came about an hour later, I didn’t bother to collect the food. Giving one star is just too generous- what I want to give is a ZERO!!! I wish them all the best with their terrible ways of handling customers. Never again would I order food from them! Never!

Love Papa Johns the best pizza in town in my opinion but the cypriot doesn't cut it. Bring back the Greek pizza please! It was my favourite other than that no complaints what so ever consistently good fast delivery hot food great pizza!

Slowest possible delivery place, i have placed in the past and just now las time called 10 times and always “driver just left will take 10 minutes” today called and same thing. They are disrespectful and mark orders in system as delivered so they can take the money but never deliver the food

Placed the order 2 hours prior to make sure I would be able to leave for train on time. Called place 10 minutes past the delivery time when I was advised that order was sent late by central team.Even argued with me that I placed order for 15 past. Food arrived at 25 past.It looked like driver had thrown it around the car. Never again.

Would be really good if they actually advertised the time they shut correctly. Just spent twenty minutes messing about trying to check out on their website with it repeatedly failing. Then try to ring them half an hour before the advertised closing time to resolve it and automated voice said it's shut. Disappointing on a Friday night.

We were informed of the deals when we went in. The pizza was fresh and delicious. The base was fluffy and doughy. Very basic restaurant with just one small chair for customers to sit and wait for their order.

pizza still hot and fresh when it arrived. was 20 minutes early aswell. definitely use these for pizza from now on. and delivery driver found my property no problems.

Well we placed an order at 5.34pm on a Wednesday. It was marked as delivered by 6.10. I called at 6.27 to ask where the hell it was. The person on the phone could not seem to understand what I was saying and just told me it would be another 6 minutes. It finally arrived, half cold. Food tastes ok but after having to warm it ourselves to make sure we didn’t get food poisoning, we classed it as a pretty poor show. Overall, customer service rubbish, food ok, will I be returning next time after an hours wait with no warning it would be that long? Definitely not likely. I’ll just go to dominos that’s only around 8 streets away. By the time I walk home the food would still probably be warmer than the food we received this evening!

Not received the free pizza stated on offer.called restaurant and first time they said i didnt add it to order.how i can add something that is free?the second time when i called i was told different thing .that the offer is available only when collected wich is not stated nowhere and few weeks ago when i ordered from here i received the free pizza home.you shouldnt make offers if you are not capable of complete the.

Said it had arrived when it hadn't, the manager was rude and swearing at us, told us we can't have a refund. Absolutely appalling service. Won't be going back.

Afer one an an half hour i called the restaurant and the explanation was we did an mistake the driver got your order and will be with you soon. That soon was over another half hour of waiting. So if you want to order the food today and to eat get it tomorrow i strongly recommend it. Otherwise choose another one...

Ordered on the app for collection, pizza said it was ready. Walked inside, told to wait 7 minutes. Ended up waiting 23 minutes as the pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet. Two people standing around and I don’t think I saw anyone wash their hands once. All you have to do is update people.

Cold pizza arrived 15min after the ap had said enjoy your pizza. Customer service is diabolical and this is the second time this has happened. Expensive mistake. Don't waste your time or money!!!!

This place irritates me so much I rarely use them Because they update the system to say it’s arrived when it’s no where near. They obviously do that on purpose, as I expect all of the data is logged and they have scores. That’s unprofessional and bad practice Stop doing it!

You better train the people at the counter, when I have asked about the current offers, person at the till didn't had any clues and said no offers available at store, only at the online. Later once I have placed the order online, he came back to me mentioning there was a better on the store. I think they need a proper training on servicing customer.

Ordered £55 worth of pizza at 6:30pm for delivery at 9pm. The time come and went I decided to call them as the app on my phone said it’s being prepared, 23 minutes later after being in a loop on their phone someone picked the phone up and put it straight down with out speaking. My daughter drove up there and was left waiting 10 mins at the front counter while the staff just carried on mooching about, she finally got someone attention and explained the situation for the guy to just walk away saying we’re busy!!! Someone then came to the counter and asked our address then walked away again, there was another customer in there who had been waiting from 7:30 for their delivery, there is no customer service in this place it’s shocking next time I’m using dominos. My daughter asked for our delivery charge back and the staff laughed at her and said the manager will call tomorrow. She said to them an apology would have been nice, they then spoke in a foreign language pointed and laughed at her. I will be taking this up with the head office I’m sure they have CCTV in their and will see what a shambles of a shop they have!!!

If giving 0 stars was an option I would. Made an order for collection was told to arrive in 10 minutes but after arriving 15 minutes later I was then told it would be 10 minutes? My pizza was not even in the oven yet! Absolutely terrible when challenging the staff they said I called them at a different time and nothing I could do.. 10 minutes quickly turned to 2-3 then to 5-7! Ridiculous went home hungry

If I could give this place less than half a star I would.... terrible service, I'm a long-time papa fan and normally order from Wellingborough as I live over that way but I was visiting my mum and we decided to get papas, I got the garden party with olives and there was a olive branch on my pizza. I didn't see it as I eat the slice and it caused a serious choking hazard. The place did little to rectify there grotesque misconduct of health and safety, food hygiene and product control or quality check. The joke of a manager said they would off 50% off our next order which is nothing as we always spend more than 30 pounds and qualify for 50% off anyway. Anyway.... we tried to order a second time for our next visit to the parents hous and the halfwhit of a manager said that 50% off a 90pound order was 60 quid... we told him we don't feel asif were getting anything for our troubles and disrupted meal than nearly caused me to choke and we ended going to domino's where we got tge same order for 45 pounds.... don't order from this place its dreadful and a potential health hazard.

If I could do 0 I would. I can’t actually show any photos as the food is still yet to arrive ! It has been over 2 hours and 3 phone calls. On the third call I asked for a refund as 2 hour + waiting is not on ! Only to be told they can’t offer me a refund. The best they can do is offer 50% off the next time I order. You really think I am ever going to order from you after the team called us silly and to be patient. It’s a Tuesday there is no chance you are this busy and to tell a customer to be patient after still waiting for their food for 2+ hours is not appropriate. What ever you do, stay away from this place !

Absolutely shocking. Ordered at 19:30, app confirmed delivery at 20:15 ( it hadn’t been). Rang shop at 20:30, 21:00 & 21:30 each time being told it was out for delivery. Arrived cold at 21:45. £26 worth of pizza, took 2 hrs 15mins and is almost inedible.

Had barely any of the ingredients for the pizzas. None of the festive items in stock. Staff are impossible to talk to as most don't understand your order to the point I had to physically make the order on my phone and show the guy in the shop what I wanted. Shocking performance for a company who claim to be the best!!!!

Pizzas are great but the delivery was 30 minutes late.

I placed an order and got confirmation of the order at 5:39pm...! I ordered a pizza for 7pm. At 6:53pm the website said that the pizza was on its way. 30 minutes later we still don't have our pizza. I called the shop and was told that the pizza would be with us in 10 to 15 minutes, I said that I couldn't wait and asked where the driver was. I was told "ok" and the guy put the phone down on me. I cannot wait any longer!!! EDIT: We called again after another 15 minutes and were told that we had changed our ticket to 8pm, which we clearly never did!!!! The man put the phone down on my husband for the second time. I called a third time stating that I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. I was told that he couldn't give me a refund because the order was placed online, so I had to contact them online... thank god I paid with paypal!!!!

Never using again. Ordered online ages ago and some how I’ve been signed to a company (WLY complete save) which has charged me £15 for joining. I’ve managed to cancel but have still been charged. I won’t order from papa again

Shocking customer service, rang to say that they had missed something off our order to be told we were wrong… when I had the order history on here and had paid for extras that didn’t come!! They even put the phone down on us, then when confronted I was told a manager would call back and they obviously didn’t! An apology and acknowledgment that they messed up maybe I’d have let it go. But the fact they were so argumentative and rude! I won’t let it slide

I order from this shop for already 2 years and I was very happy until today. It was the best pizza comparing to their competitors, but today they messed it up. I have ordered 2 pizzas, both of them were undercooked, they were cold when they arrived and one of them was smelling very bad. I think it was from the raw bacon. Very disappointed with their services.

Ordered pizza directly on their website at 6pm and after an hour around 7pm there wasn't any updates, called the Northampton Bridge Street branch and they said it will be 10 mins, waited another 40 mins, still no delivery, again called and this time they said their oven is not working and delivery will be from Kingsthorpe. Around 8pm the pizza came, and it was the wrong order. We ordered vegetarian pizza and they gave us pepperoni pizza. Called the bridge street branch, the guy on the phone said its the fault of Kingsthorpe branch and gave me their number to contact. Called the Kingsthorpe branch several times but no one picked up. Also the pizza they delivered was cold. When accepting the order in the first place they could have informed that the bridge steet oven isn't working and it will take longer. We could have ordered from somewhere else. Not fair as had to keep my kid unfed till 8pm to get such rubbish service. If this is the service then I'm afraid I won't order from papa johns anymore.

Ordered and paid for dips with my food and the food arrived without the dips so we were told the driver would return to the restaurant to get them. After chasing it up an hour and 15 minutes later we received the dips for our order.

Our order never arrived. I spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to contact the store. Once I managed to get through the call handler tried getting rid of me by saying there was "An issue with the signal." And that I should "call back" Before HE hung up without waiting for a reply. Spent another 10 minutes on the phone trying to get through the second time and when I did he took my details to find the order and asked what was missing from the order, naming specific items. I explained that the order hadn't arrived at all and he claimed that he had "no order" from us at all and that "it was Just Eats' problem" and that we should call them instead because Papa Johns was now closed (Because they kept us waiting so long!) and he immediately hung up. No offer to rectify the situation was made, NO apology was given, this is the second time this has happened.

I've never ordered from Papa John's before and tried a garden pizza. I never ever complain but it was awful I should have stayed with what we know .. We won't be ordered from here again 😒

First and last time. Taste the same as 3.50£ morisson pizza. Pizza came with very strange yellow and warm garlic sauce. Disappointed.

Just-eat has not got the menu correct - vegan works has olives on - I hate olives - restaurant not to blame [?] though as PJs menu lists olives with vegan works - just not listed on just eat :( VERY Disappointed.
