I ordered pizza for my kids but when it came it was worst pizzas that i have ever received. Oil spilling all around the pizza, chicken was overcooked and burnt. it was too smelly as well. i orderd two pizzas of different flavours but both were same and bad quality. I had ordered many times on uber eats but never had any issue before. I literally wants to show that pizzas to the shop so i bring pizzas myslef to the Plant pizza. I personally went to the shop though my kids were crying for pizza after waiting so long. I was not able to give them because it was unhealthy and unhygienic. when i went there, thier behaviour made me more shocked. Because they were making lame excuses. Instead of realising their mistake and apologising, they became more aggressive and rude. I just requested them to make a nice pizza for my kids as they been waiting for very long time. Even though i did not ask them for any kind of refund. Still they did not make any new pizzas, so i left the pizzas and leave the shop. Please be careful before you make any order from this shop. You may suffer the same experience like me or any worst. They are rude, dodgy and make food which is not able to eat. I have evidences regarding how they deal their customers.

I always order take away from planet pizza. Each time delivery has been very fast and food is always hot. Food is always very tasty and I have never encountered any issues

I have been eating here for a long time over the last few months the service has dropped massively - staff are rude and arrogant. The quality of food has got worse and the portion size has shrunk. I would recommend tasty chicken - so much better.

Customer service is very good. i had an issue with a delivery and they sorted it out straight away. food is absolutely amazing. the atmosphere is really good the staff are very kind and overall i personally recommend everyone to come here for the best food and experience.

no go place, be careful service is soo bad here children taking your orders and can't even get it right management is worst rude and arrogant. so many bad reviews i can't believe how they can still get way with it. I think it's becoming my favourite kebab-house! Despite They called Planet Pizza, they do nice kebabs and burgers too!

We order a bit one get one pizza on just eat. I wouldn't even call it a pizza absolutely terrible. Definitely won't be ordering again from there.

Myself, husband and sister and brother in law went to get food after the picturedrome . I was driving and so was my sister in law so completely sober. I ordered chips with my kebab, waited ages so asked where they were and they told me that I’d had them!!!! No I hadn’t had them as why would I be asking! After the whole of the staff coming up to counter in a very threatening manner would still not have it. We decided to leave as the atmosphere was getting toxic. My sister in law was also verbally abused by them!!! They called her a slag as she left!!!! Please don’t ever step foot in that place!!! Its run by awful people and the food isn’t worth it.

Terrible customer service. I order large kebab and two chicken doner kebab instead of lam doner kebab he gave me chips and he put all wrong source when I went to home. I opened the order. I realise everything is wrong and I went back. I said I didn’t ask the chips I asked to he said I did already ask you he insist me try to blame me it was like my mistake anyway I never recommend to anybody this place

Nice food and very polite people

Although pizza quality is excellent but customer service is horrible. All shops do half&half as standard and I had previously taken a half&half pizza from this shop on many occassions. However, all of a sudden they refused to do a half&half and wanted me to buy two separate pizza just to make more money. And they were clear on why they were refusing to do half&half, they said that they don't want to give two flavours when they can sell them to me separately. Shameful behaviour by the shop.

Do not use ! Put in order online via their website and it was late. Chased up said two mins away. Half hr later chased up again said not received order and refused refund! Now had to go via PayPal to receive refund and obviously order food elsewhere. Have been a long term customer but never again! Shocking service.

Ordered a large kabab u would expect it to be a large but it was more like a small kabab. It’s nice tho but could do with adding more meat and chips but good tho.

Rude staff. Enquired about something then he went to the back and laughed with his colleagues about what i asked in his own language (could make out from a few words that it was regarding what i asked!).

Shocking customer service. Placed an order for delivery, waited until the end of estimated delivery time, phoned to find out where it was and was told 5/10 minutes. Then get a phone call back to say they waited outside for 15 mins but no answer. I received no phone call. The delivery instructions clearly stated to use the intercom on the door to the flats. Clearly driver was too lazy to get out of the car! Whats the point of delivery instructions if you are going to ignore them. Was spoken to like dirt. Anyone that refers to a customer as brother that many times in one phone call needs lesson's in customer service. Disgusting behaviour.

Wow excellent food pizza is the best

Lots to choose from, fast service and reasonable prices. The shop itself is VERY YELLOW. That's not necessarily a bad thing, just be prepared, that's all! The pizzas are very good value, especially if you're making use of the buy one get one free offer. The kids were very happy with their food, and three of us got very full for seven quid.

Rude service, when ordering a kebab with all salad, and they tell me that the cabbage will be an extra charge as its a fruit!!!! 😠👎👎

Had an issue with my order so contacted planet pizza. The man on the phone was very rude and unhelpful....absolutely disgusted with the way i was spoken to! He put the phone down on me and the issue wasn't resolved 👎

I order mega deal -planet special pizza and I got pepperoni pizza , plus 6 garlic dip but I got 4 .. and another time the same order but without garlic and drink . In the last months all the time something missing or wrong and trust me I m an old costumer for you but not anymore I think so .

Burger had a mosquito in, called up the store get rude comments as if i am making it up, sent the food back with the mosquito Burger did get replaced, but wont be ordering here ever again, embarrassing that they tried to imply i am lying.

After ordering off of Delivroo we were highly disappointed, the food quality was horrible, we didn't finish a single thing, we would rather go hungry than order here again. On-top of this the food was leaking like its been sat there for days. However on Delivroo we tried correctin there pizza deal 3 as it was put for £125.00 which was astonishing.

The worse ever, I've ordered a pizza deal 2 and they sent another deal after 2 h .When I asked the driver about the deal said it's that. I've called to make a complain. Worse, worse, worse 😡💯

Extreamly unhappy. When ordering I made it clear I wanted deep pan thick crust pizza and they given thin crust. When I called they refused to solve the problem and instead argued with me. Up until today I was a regular customer but never again. Don't waste your money guys.

I have been ordering from planet pizza for a while now, that is because they are quick and food is good. However of recent they have been making errors and when I attempt to call them and rectify the issues, they blame me for either not being clear and ordering the wrong thing. E.g being a vegetarian but I would then order meat on my burger…customer services is absolutely rubbish, At one point the person on the phone swore at me and told me to bring the food back the next day and take it up with the manager. I have lost over £50 in this shop for putting up with the wrong order being delivered ..until today this will be my last time getting food from this shop and I will be sure to take this further.

Rudest person I've ever met! I ordered pizza deal 6 which includes 2 medium pizzas, garlic bread and a bottle drink, I also ordered a large fries. Upon receiving my delivery, I saw they gave one medium pizza and one small pizza, they only gave 3 pieces of garlic bread, and the so called "large" fries was damaged and looked like such a stingy portion. When I called up to let them know they got the order wrong, he tried to convince me that the small pizza box is just the box and that inside was a medium pizza. I could clearly see with my eyes the pizza was smaller than the medium pizza... then proceeded to say it wasn't his problem and to take it up with uber and kept repeating the same thing again and again, interrupting me and wouldnt let me get a word in edgeways. I've never come across such an impolite and rude person like him in my life. After discussing further with friends and family, they all said that individual is always like that from Planet Pizza. Therefore, I advise everyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. Food isn't even nice, not worth your time or money.

Always order the same pizzas. Came with tomato base and not garlic as ordered! Not happy ! Been ordering for over 2 years so eont be again!

Kebab from Planet Pizza is the worse I ever ate. They literally send me a dry tortilla with dry meat without any sauce or even a salad or vegy like the other kebeb places. long time waiting is the other minus. Taste horrible. Waste of money.

Have been using these for a while now, delivery is very quick, Always have a large mixed kebab but most of the time get one the size of a small or medium, ask for the salad in a separate box but sometimes doesn't arrive. Chicken strips and cheese sticks are sometimes not cooked well or over cooked. Staff are not very helpful when you ring

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I order a kebab wrap and cheese chips. The chips were hot but the kebab was stone cold and was so tough I wouldn't even give it to my dog. I rang them up and couldn't decide who the manager was "Jay" and said that is how they serve the kebab, having ordered before I knew this was not the case. Pizza haven’t been delivered . I called after 30mins I ordered it and they said it’s on it’s way . When I called him after another hour he told me its delivered to some kind of random guy . Where I work there is a lot of people and I put my name but looks like they don’t even ask for it just give it to random person . + when I call he is arguing with me . That I provided wrong phone number in website . But Even if I did so I called and asked for this address from my number which he could check . Attitude of working personal is careless. I would recommend you save your money . Because they doing deliveries to mars anyway . Lost 16£ cuz of them . They could deliver it later and look for alternatives but NO! . 1* I would rate zero

Provided their own delivery driver through Deliveroo. Claimed to not know that my address existed and refused to deliver the order. They then still took payment. Chased with Deliveroo who offer no protection for customers in this scenario who informed me that the manager confirms the delivery was made and my name was confirmed on delivery. This is a LIE. No delivery was attempted and now I’m £25 down and nowhere to go, Looking at their current Trip Advisor reviews, I’m surprised I actually ordered from them anyway. I must have been drunk. Avoid.

Do not order from this restaurant! Your food will never be delivered and they will not give you a refund. The staff are rude and untrustworthy. Deliveroo will not support as the resultant will lie and say they made delivery when they didn’t. Disgusting service and ultimately theft! Save your pennies and use a reputable business.

Arrived over 1.5 hours late via uber eats, Pizza would've been fine if it wasn't cold. The chicken nuggets were also cold and had a plastic-y after taste. Chips also cold and soggy. Now struggling to get a refund, called and they asked us to do it through uber eats but no luck now. We had a great experience first time ordering, how do you expect customer loyalty if you cannot provide a consistent level of service. Will not use again.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the food. the burger was dry without the taste of meat and bread without any salads and souces. spicy chicken wings were not baked completely. all food was dry and not tasty. I ordered via Uber eats- garlic bread and stuffed mushroom. I called them to say that I received garlic bread and chicken nuggets instead(I am a vegetarian). The staff was not at all welcoming of my feedback to apologize at the least.

First time ordering from this place and it was missing an item. When I told the driver, he said he couldn’t do anything about it - didn’t even offer to call the shop for us and said he couldn’t do anything then left in a hurry. Even knowing the item was missing, he still took full payment & when trying to contact the shop multiple times, no one answered. The food that was delivered also arrived cold.

ABSOLUTELY VILE. I placed my order over the phone very simple little order and I had to repeat myself 7 times in total I then had to repeat my address 5 times and they still delivered to the wrong house. The driver decides to turn up I give him 20 pound note and he then turns round and says he does not accept it so I called the take away place for them to say they do accept 20 pound notes not to mention the driver tried videoing me at my own front door which is against the law as it is my property. NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Love this place, we go there all the time. They know our order when we walk in the door. Food is always served hot. It is delicious and I highly recommend you buy your takeaway from here. Waiting time isn't long, tables and stools to sit on while you wait for your food. If you decide to pay for delivery, its quick and your food will still be hot to eat and enjoy. Trust me, whatever you buy from Pizza Planet.. you won't be disappointed! - Thank you!

Sometimes it’s good sometimes it can be awful! Pizza dough is not cooked well , on the phone they are so dumb it took us 35 minutes to complete a phone call order they need to learn real English and understand the language before or opening or brining in vacancies

The pizza is sometimes good but not consistently. The worst thing is that they make mistakes with orders then argue about it and blame the customer. This has happened twice to us now and we have decided NEVER to order from them again. There are plenty of places to order food from. Planet Pizza Kettering road you are off the list.

Made an order of 2 pizzas which says buy one and get an extra one free , so was supposed to get 4 in this instant but they decided to bring me just 2 and when I called they made think I’m the one in the wrong and never gave me my 2 extra free pizzas. I have kids it’s getting a bit late so I decided to order a pizza it took an hour to come here to find out that they gave me two kebabs and that is not gonna feed my three kids and two adults so I rang up and complained and hung up on me the order that I received is worth about £12 the order I made myself was worth a £35 !!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

Fair play. I travelled from Wales and I look forward to the return journey home. Kebab with no pitta, no chilli and the garnish of two cucumber slices really bought out the flavour of the missing onions to boot. I will say the complimentary plastic fork was greatly appreciated.

After 10 years without indulging I was full of excitement and anticipation to get home and get stuck a lovely chicken kebab. Sadly upon opening my takeaway box I was faced with some gristly, fatty chicken pieces and not a pitta in sight. Can you call this a kebab? Very disappointing. My friend also ordered a cheese burger which didn’t have any cheese. Clearly there needs more attention to detail. Distraught.

Aweful service and absolutely rediculous and laughable customer service. They put chicken on my veggie pizza. Even though I've told them I'm a vegetarian. When I called for delivery and asked them to bring change they didn't. Plus while in the shop to resolve the problems they wouldn't except responsibility.
