The whole service was great food was great aswell

The burger ordered was enjoyed but the pizza and salad were not so great.

Placed order online, I know they don’t care about the reviews as I have seen other reviews from customers. But honestly it’s the worst pizza I ever had. You can see in pictures it wasn’t cooked properly, and I ordered Normal crust they sent the thin uncooked crust pizza and I paid for extra olives but there is no olives at all in the toppings. And the pizza arrived late and it wasn’t even hot. We received a cold pizza . Worst experience I’ve had ever.i Called to explain they disconnect my call.

The pizza was squashed up in the box like it had been dropped. the box was a bit damaged too which adds to my suspicion. The fries were way overcooked.

I ordered a pizza and got 2 with thier BOGOF. Also got the mozzerella sticks, scrummy.

Do not order! I had an absolutely terrible experience with these people that “ work “ here. I ordered a pizza, and they claimed it was delivered by leaving it outside my door — but there was nothing there when I checked. When I tried to resolve the issue, the staff were shockingly rude, I think they were swearing in their language and refused to help. I placed another order, and they outright cancelled it while telling me not to order again. The lack of respect, professionalism, and care for customers is astonishing. This place clearly doesn’t value its customers, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Based on my experience and their terrible reviews, I’m shocked this business is still running. Avoid it if you want proper service and basic respect.

Useless customer service, one star rate is too much. Never order from this shop again.

i would really like a refund my food wasn’t cooked fully and my nachos were burnt and i couldn’t eat any of my food really disappointed.

Good quality food, the chicken and lamb kebab meat was well cooked and very tender... no waste at all. Lots of salad. Very tasty and good value for money. And the delivery was fast. Would order from here again.

Unfortunately pizza was very greasy and the milk shake had no top on it had come off and was spilled in the bag shame it’s normally good

Planet pizza has to be the most stingy food place I’ve been to the portion of meat they give is a joke. I really thought it was a one off came again and it’s the same joke

tried many places but this is Def my new fav pizza so the flat crust with garlic base and spinach onions sweetcorn mushrooms etc (veg) is amazing mouth watering sadly can eat the whole pizza so no sharing but BOGOF is perfect for 25 we feed 3 of us 2 adults one teenager .. with amazing pizza and fresh !! we did order the huge sizes once for 4 if us massive !! and not skimpy with ingredients!!

I had an incredibly horrific, disgusting and distasteful experience, mainly due to their lack of care and respect for a valued customer . It is clear that they dont value their customers at all. Overall I would never recommend this horrible place to anyone.

The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the delivery experience. The delivery guy was super friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find such great service these days, and he truly made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

From my opinion is nr 1 on Northampton with the best pizza ever.

We have used pizza planet for a while and they have slowly been getting worse delivery tonight was a joke when we rang to check where the food was incredibly rude and put the phone down! When food arrived the driver refused to get out of the car wouldn’t give us the order very odd behaviour. Food was cold and over cooked we had to warm it back up! I have requested a refund and will not be using again which is sad as previously they have been excellent. Poor service

ordered 1 large kebab and 1 medium. delivered 2 mediums with wrong bread. cant get a simple order right can they.

The food is not really great anymore it’s my second time order pizza and not really like it at all use to be early good but now it’s really not up to the standard not happy about it

I ordered pizza for my kids but when it came it was worst pizzas that i have ever received. Oil spilling all around the pizza, chicken was overcooked and burnt. it was too smelly as well. i orderd two pizzas of different flavours but both were same and bad quality. I had ordered many times on uber eats but never had any issue before. I literally wants to show that pizzas to the shop so i bring pizzas myslef to the Plant pizza. I personally went to the shop though my kids were crying for pizza after waiting so long. I was not able to give them because it was unhealthy and unhygienic. when i went there, thier behaviour made me more shocked. Because they were making lame excuses. Instead of realising their mistake and apologising, they became more aggressive and rude. I just requested them to make a nice pizza for my kids as they been waiting for very long time. Even though i did not ask them for any kind of refund. Still they did not make any new pizzas, so i left the pizzas and leave the shop. Please be careful before you make any order from this shop. You may suffer the same experience like me or any worst. They are rude, dodgy and make food which is not able to eat. I have evidences regarding how they deal their customers.

I have been eating here for a long time over the last few months the service has dropped massively - staff are rude and arrogant. The quality of food has got worse and the portion size has shrunk. I would recommend tasty chicken - so much better.

The buy 1 get 1 free it’s not really a deal very small pizza for £15.00. There is better deals out there with other companies.

Was given small portions twice in a row, when i ordered large portion. Not the right normal salad that i get like red onions. Disappointed when order a large and get small.

The driver gave me 2 drinks which I ordered but one had been burst and spilt all in the bag, he then just left it on my bib and done nothing to sort it. He then handed me the other Coke covered in spilt Coke from the other can. didn’t even offer to sort something for me or anything. Very poor tbh

Customer service is very good. i had an issue with a delivery and they sorted it out straight away. food is absolutely amazing. the atmosphere is really good the staff are very kind and overall i personally recommend everyone to come here for the best food and experience.

Always order from here i love there kebabs such good quality and when leave note about order they make sure its done arrives hot and on time and there calzones are good and arrive hot

Delivery driver when ordered food said i have your name if don’t leave a review will not bring your food , never have i had this before by anyone was indeed rude being told make a review else wont deliver food and have my name i called the company i ordered from and informed them of this and put in on just eat app , the food is always on time and good quality but this driver made this a bad experience to be basically forced make a review

no go place, be careful service is soo bad here children taking your orders and can't even get it right management is worst rude and arrogant. so many bad reviews i can't believe how they can still get way with it. Don't buy from them!!!! the got my order wrong and overcharge me, I've asked for refund and they refused. 3 rating for food hygiene, can you imagine? hospital trip for food poising!

The two pizzas arrived and were stone cold. Was told it's cold outside even though they should have been in a hot bag. I have had pizza from them before and it was hot when it arrived. The excuse was it's because I live 8.8 miles away and cold outside. Won't be ordering from them again.

I think it's becoming my favourite kebab-house! Despite They called Planet Pizza, they do nice kebabs and burgers too!

We order a bit one get one pizza on just eat. I wouldn't even call it a pizza absolutely terrible. Definitely won't be ordering again from there.

Myself, husband and sister and brother in law went to get food after the picturedrome . I was driving and so was my sister in law so completely sober. I ordered chips with my kebab, waited ages so asked where they were and they told me that I’d had them!!!! No I hadn’t had them as why would I be asking! After the whole of the staff coming up to counter in a very threatening manner would still not have it. We decided to leave as the atmosphere was getting toxic. My sister in law was also verbally abused by them!!! They called her a slag as she left!!!! Please don’t ever step foot in that place!!! Its run by awful people and the food isn’t worth it.

After some accidental mistyping on my half, we revived the food in a speedy manner and the food was still warm 10/10 for customer service and will definitely the ordering again (but to the correct address!)

Terrible customer service. I order large kebab and two chicken doner kebab instead of lam doner kebab he gave me chips and he put all wrong source when I went to home. I opened the order. I realise everything is wrong and I went back. I said I didn’t ask the chips I asked to he said I did already ask you he insist me try to blame me it was like my mistake anyway I never recommend to anybody this place
