Zee fast food in Northampton

Go here quite often and never really had a problem, food is always nice and service is quick and reliable.

I received two kebabs tonight that were full of grease and tasteless £20 wasted won’t be eating here again.

Nice food freshly cooked most of the time.short waiting time .but worth waiting for .

I said i wanted a 2 piece chicken and im staring at the lady (not the blonde one, she was nice) who put BOTH chicken breasts in. she skipped the legs and the thighs. I saw the coating of the fried chicken fall off of it when she tried to put it in the box. Hate this place

Order wasn’t delivered at all and you was unhelpful and unprofessional when we tried to sort this issue and you did not even attempt to deliver to the address stated

ordered for 1900 had to contact as no update. was told 5 min was an extra 15.

Food was warm and cooked well. Delivered with in time frame. Good service overall.

Another mistake in last weeks. Delivered without coke, driver said that he will come back in few mins. he didnt come back at all. I ordered chicken...i recive lamb. And this what i see refund on just it isn't even full. Phone call always ignored.This is how You loosing regular customer. Im tired of wasting my time.

Awful food! The chicken was dry and stringy and had a weird taste. The scampi was so overcooked the breadcrumbs were dark dark brown and burnt. There were no Pitta breads for the kebabs and the chips were undercooked. We will NEVER order from them again.

Had kebabs tonight and honestly we were so impressed, meat was lovely and tender, naan was perfect, salad beautifully fresh and plenty of sauce. Food was hot and we will be ordering again! Thanks guys!

The food here is tasty and well cooked and there is a wide range of meals / dishes to choose from, I have tried most of the dishes on the menu and I would say this restaurant is one of the best in the area. Delivery also arrives quick sometimes earlier than expected and the food is always hot, I order very often but never had an issue. I would recommend this place👍

I ordered the ze special burger, it was supposed to be a 1lb of chicken, 1lb of burger and 1lb of kebab meat, but it was a little chicken breast, 1 burger and two stripes of kebab meat

order regular. great food. delivered hot. in the past we've had the odd missing item but always been rectified with no issues. would recommend. best kebab and cheesy chips in town

the driver was RUDE, completely upset my nephew who was in tears after being asked what my middle name was, the driver then proceeded to call me as I stood there when I went out to rescue the situation, before he walked back to the car to bring back the meals that he'd put in the car after the nephew couldn't give my middle name, we sent the children as our meals from elsewhere had already arrived. I won't be making that mistake ever again if we order from them ever again (this is me polite)

Worst kebab ever. Naan bread was stale, as for the thousand island dressing, it didn’t even look like thousand island let alone taste like it, it was disgusting! I would not recommend.

Absolutely awful curley fries, they were cooked in old oil that needed to be changed. Curley fries tasted burnt and yet were limp and not crispy. Very over priced too for portion size that's advertised as a large portion.

We order from Ze quite a lot because of the choice available at a reasonable price. The food is always good, the chips are fab and the food is hot and delicious. Absolutely shocking attitude, I called to ask what thier vegetarian kebab consists off. I was questioned on why I need to know, do i have Allergies or something? Seriously, my daughter is a vegetarian looking for a nice vegetarian kebab in Northampton. He then proceeds to tell me that he doesn't know they come in frozen! They have 30 odd vegetables in them. Not good! avoid at all costs. There is an amazing kebab house in Deanshanger that qe use when wd go to visit family. Why is there not one in Northampton?

second time it happens that instead of 1.5 bottle driver brought 3 cans of coke. I can understand that he doesnt understand in english, but cannot understand how he cam not know Basic math. 3x0.33 is not same what 1.5L

I brought medium portion of chips and let me tell you they were banging best yellow chips I've ever had they tasted delicious would definitely recommend their chips.

First time order from here. Ordered fish and chips (lovely chips) and a garlic margerita pizza very nicely prepared both very good quality - enjoyed our meal. thanks to the friendly delivery guy as well.

Ordered some chicken and pizza, driver gave me a small package and i explained to him that it was not my package because i ordered a pizza and there was no pizza in front of me but he kept saying it s okay, i accepted the package and went inside, opened it up just to see the wrong food, Surprise surprise! Got delivered some fish fingers and i don’t even know what the other thing was because i just can t tell by how horrible it looked, i had to bin all of it and stayed hungry for the day. -100/10

The food was alright apart from the salad in my kebab tasted a bit off.. my tomatoes were mushy, the 1000 island sauce was a strange colour.. I ate it after taking out the tomatoes because i was hungry but a bit worried about the salad now as im pregnant. My boyfriends burger was alright, the inside of the chicken was yellow?? His chips were soggy. We didnt receive his drink originally but the driver came back with it so thanks for that.

Kebabs was very disappointing, couldn’t eat it

My teens went and ordered they went to the shop next door to get bits and bobs. When they returned the lady gave them wrong order and they informed her that. They lady didn't want to hear it and asked them to leave and saying to them they are baned from the shop. When they came back they where very upset, so I went to the lady and asked her why would she have a go at the children. All I got was verbal abuse as the lady was swearing in her language and then she tried to attack me whilst the cookers in the back try to hold her back from me. What a disgrace of a place. I mean the food is no good and the customer service is nil they wouldn't know customer service even if it hit them on the head. Please becareful with the food and the abuse. You have been ⚠️.

The food was always good but not anymore! This is the third time I’ve been disappointed! We are no longer buying food from this takeaway!😡
