The bread was so bad and the food was very cold . I have to chase the driver to let him know wheather he have my food and the answer was no as soon as I walk off he then call me and said where did you order food then that’s the time he gave me the food if I was not on a night shift I would have return the food, that’s my second meal as we are on Ramadan. Disgrace!

Ordered food and it didn’t get delivered. Called them and they said it was on its way, over 2 hours later and it’s still not here, good job

Don't go there...they don't give a dam about what customers want or say. Just orderd 2 chicken burgers no red salt as requested and chips are soggy...the type of burgers that you wouldn't give to a dog...and when I phoned up to speak to the manager I got this guy telling me to bring them back to pove it...end of me and my family going there now.

Worst place ever never even brought the food

Pizza was horrible, didn’t even know what something on the pizza was but it did not look right. Also recently found out they have a food hygeine rating of 0 according to their website.

The food was 45 minutes late because the driver didn’t know where he was going. The food was very poor to the point I had only taken two bites out of the pizza and had to throw it away. The worst pizza I have ever tasted in my entire life. I will not be ordering from here again and I would recommend you not wasting your money on this place!

Still hasn't arrived, they said it had arrived when it hasn't, and there is no way to challenge this in the app so I can't argue with it, apart from leave a review for takeaway that never arrived after a night out, if ordering pick somewhere else. Honestly. After ringing and asking where it was after 40 mins after the time it was meant to be delivered and the response you'd expect if you asked a wall what its name was. They didn't care. Didn't answer. Didn't deliver.

food was fantastic but delivered over an hour past the hour and a half delivery time they stated, as well as having missed onion rings, fries and my drink off

I have ordered a few times and have never had any problems, but tonight I ordered tea for me and the Mrs and received our kebabs on a wrap instead of the normal naan bread 😳🤨.

The food was really nice, we got lamb kebabs and fries, it all came still hot, the lamb was delicious, the bread was fresh and the fries were crispy (they're often soggy from other places). Only complaint is the delivery took over an hour and a half despite us calling and being told 30-45 minutes. The driver was very friendly. Would definitely order again and highly recommend their lamb kebabs.

The food never arrived and the restaurant doesn't answer calls

two stone cold kebabs and incorrect drink. when we asked for the food to be corrected he said replacements would be here in 20 minutes. waited 49 minutes then had to ask for our money back was told 20 minutes they never arrived disgusted !!!!

I've been very patient with this restaurant and I keep going back to order their food even though it's never been once for them to deliver on time but today will be my last. Ordered at 5.15 and the scheduled delivery time was 6.30 i gave them a call at 6:48 n they told me the driver was leaving at that time and i got my order at 7.20 and i was supposed to go to work but waited for them. Once i got the food it also doesn't look like the previous orders cuz i only order the same food but this particular one doesn't look like a properly made food to me n i had to throw it away sadly. So disappointed to be honest and as a muslim brother im not writing this review to deomote ur restaurant but this is a true thing that u muhammad can confirm.

Absulute brilliant food from the Nile as always, delivery time was scheduled for 8:50 and never turned up until 9:45 which was abit disappointing but worth the wait none the less.

Food never arrived. Called restaurant when half an hour overdue and had to leave a message, which was never answered. Possibly tried to deliver to wrong address (happens occasionally, depending on the sat nav), but no phone-call or communication attempted. Not impressed.

Even if you are dying of hunger, Do NOT ORDER from here the pizza was burnt and tasted awful. all the Fries were burnt and black. They put the fries box in a small black bag which was like bin bag!!! NEVER ORDER AGAIN

Food and delivery was great but no garlic bread, which should be included in the meal we ordered. When asked delivery man he just said "not tonight", we ask nothing instead? (Since we paid for it, it wasn't a freebie or anything) and he again said "not tonight". Tried to ring the restaurant 3 times, got hung up on 3 times. The phone was answered and hung up. Little disappointed. If it was just a "spend this and get it free" then yeah fair enough but bit wasn't. We paid for it and got fobbed off.

kofte kebab was nice, aqda was abit spicy but was tasty .........was delivered early which was a bonus and the delivery guy was nice & polite, thank you will order again in future

Said they sold out of Donner meat so they tried to give me a one bottle of Pepsi instead of the kebabs, with no notice, and charged the same price! The pizza’s they actually did bring were burnt through. Will not choose this restaurant again. Avoid.

over 2 hours to deliver. chicken kebabs are sound but the rest not good.

Luke warm food (both food containers had excessive moisture on as the steam from food had cooled and re vaporised, large lamb kebab contained 4 or 5 small chunks of lamb (I would expect this is a kids serving). Very disappointing and had to cook for myself after spending good money on a large meal as it wasn’t enough. Will not be using the Nile again.

after a long shift in work my friend recommended this place, so I agreed. he spoke to highly of the wings and their sauce and chips. and boss kababs! so we ordered, both got chicken kabab and chips and some special wings . after waiting an extra 30 mins i called the place up, I said I ordered a delivery, a man shouts ‘he’s left!’ hung up on me, waited an extra ten mins then some guy showed up! friendly enough! got my food and sat down, everything was ice cold, he wings were dry and the meat ok the bone looks rotten and black! the special sauce which was 70p came in a tiny tiny pot maybe the size of a McDonald’s ketchup. but that was quite lucky really because the sauce was disgusting anyway! the kebabs were cold and flavourless just really really spicy and the veg wasn’t fresh, wish I’d got a dominoes or something, terrible! fml

I had a large chicken kebab which was around the £7.50 mark with a side of chicken wings for £2.50. The chicken kebab was amazing and the salad and the wrap were just as good. Sadly due to the order taking an hour and a half from order placed to delivery, my chicken wings were cold and I didn’t want to eat them. Would definitely go again but probably pick up and the kebab was also a little on the pricey side!

Food is normally really good but we normally collect. We’ve ordered twice now for delivery and each time it’s taken between 1hr 45min to 2hrs and the food arrived Luke warm. Won’t be ordering from them again

I don’t usually leave reviews but this is pathetic. I understand that issues arrive with the driver etc but you should not accept delivery if you are not available?

I ordered a coke got a Pepsi Max, I ordered a Rubicon got a orange maridina (UPDATE ONLINE MENU)!! HALF ROAST Chicken was moist, special sauce delicious and salad tasty. Order arrived within time, friendly delivery guy.

Waited till 3:10am for a delivery ordered at 1:15am, from just over a mile away! Rang after the delivery was ten minutes late and the person I spoke to was extremely rude, telling me to ring back as they were busy, then when he finally understood my reasoning for the call he said the driver was out delivering and hung up! Food arrived half an hour after this terrible customer service. It was cold, poorly presented and did not contain what was ordered, as it was a large kebeb, not a small mixed grill and there was no sauce either. The cans of pop ordered were wrong too, a mango and a passion fruit drink were ordered, a can of cheap orange and can of tropical arrived, certainly not worth their coat! To top this the food had to be thrown away as it didn't look appetizing. Would strongly advise cooking yourself some toast and going to bed rather than using this abysmal food establishment.

Cancelled my order via calling the restaurant when delivery time was extended substantially by the restaurant and I was still charged for food I never received...

Waited well over 2 hours for our food, which was stone cold and tasteless when it arrived. Rang the restaurant to ask where it was but the phone just kept going dead. Eventually got through and the guy said "yeah don't worry about it, it's on its way" but didn't even ask my name or address. It was not on its way and took another half an hour at that point. Never ordering from here again. Waste of time and money.
