Super friendly and nice pizza. I messed up my order and they had a replacement ready for me in 10 minutes. Great value for £10 (Don't do what I did and forget the sauce 🤦)

Not the usual dominos we use, staff were great, it's a very small place in a very busy road, there is a crossing outside and you can park across the road, a lot easier than bouncing on a kerb,

From my experience not the best Pizza makers in-store, there’s a lack of consistency in the base leaving to the flopping seen in the photo (which no one wants to this when having a pizza). Due to the bad base a lot of my pizza fell onto the box, service was standard and it came at the usual time so quick however I’d of preferred a longer wait for a better pizza

Delivery for local hospital staff, claimed to have tried to phone, no missed calls, didn’t come into the hospital reception to find us. Went back to the store. Rude staff on the phone. Didn’t apologise. Won’t use again.

This isn’t even my local dominos and i drive abit further to come pick up from here instead, food and service is always amazing! Everyone is so friendly, I’m not sure whether he is the manager or owner but yesterday he gave me extra cookies for free, thank you!!

Order for delivery, pizza from the Allerton road branch was still hot when they were delivered on time. Delivery guy was respectful and polite. Pizzas did not disappoint.

My friend ordered a Domino’s pizza last week for the England march. I have never had one before but absolutely loved it. So I ordered 2 for my family today and they loved it. I will 100% be ordering again for family movie night. One of the nicest pizzas that I have ever had. Delivery was very quick and I was kept up to date where the pizza was. I would recommend trying the pizzas xx

Always quick and warm pizza was delivered. But last time, I changed one of my toppings from jalapeno to chicken but they didn't change it and I couldn't eat the pizza because I don't like spicy food... It was a weekend and probably busy time but wanted to make correct order

Mistakingly ordered twice, phoned store to cancel 1 of the pizzas told a refund would be processed,that was over a week ago. Where is my refund thieves.

Waited just under 2 hours, yeah.... 2 HOURS for our pizza's to be delivered. When I rang to see what was going on they kept me on hold for 10 minutes then cut me off!!! Pizza's finally arrived warm..... Definitely trying Papa Johns next Time!! IF I could give zero stars I would!

If you order at peak times you'll be waiting a while for your order (>45mins to collect) with bits cold. Otherwise it's fairly standard.

If I could give this place zero stars I would....absolute disgrace of a place. Ordered for delivery said it had been delivered and it clearly hadn't was phoning up store no answer on phones....had to walk all the way from wavertree High Street to pick my order up that should have been delivered. Tried to ring up beforehand for at least an hour and no answer. If you're going to go order from this place order the day before you might get it on time

Nice pizza but too long of a wait. Nearly 90 minutes until it arrived - then a rude delivery driver who didn't follow any of the delivery instructions and gave me a snotty glare when passing me the pizza.

I went for the job interview today, but the manager wasn't there. I was waiting for her nearly for one hour. I tried to contact her several times, but she didn't pick up the phone. Send her a text message she read the message but didn't reply after one hour has been told by on member of staff to come back on another day. Waste of time.

On multiple occasions this dominos have only sent out part of our orders. During the most recent order it took three trips and five phone calls before we received all of our food. Thankfully the worker answering the phone each time we had to ring them tonight was very helpful. However, we were very unsatisfied with the professionalism of one of the delivery drivers that it took to deliver everything we payed for as he was blatantly racist to our faces about the "foreigners" working at this business. We are also very frustrated that it took nearly 2 hours for us to receive all of the items we payed for.

Called store to be told driver is on way, when I asked if the pizza that was cooked an hour ago not going to be cold when finally delivered, was told I’m abusing her 😂. Pretty good. Food always hot even if it takes a while when out for delivery. Sometimes their garlic bread is not so good, very tight on the cheese, a lot of crust exposure. Good enough for pizza and beer with friends.

I tried to make an order on the app and the payment won’t go through, I used 5 payment methods but still didn’t work. The app ask me to ring my nearest dominos which is Allerton Road. When I rang through, a young lady answered the phone, she repeatedly said she can’t understand what am saying even though I was speaking clearly in English language. I had to ask her, “ is the line muffling at your end or can you can’t understand what am saying” she said she couldn’t understand me. I found this very rude and unprofessional that she wasn’t patient or very helpful with her questioning. I said I wanted to make an order over the phone because of the payment issue am having with the app, she said I should wait for 2secs, she put me on a silent hold and never came back for over 7mins and I had to hang up the call. Being a regular customer and I hardly call to make orders, I found this experience appalling so I made a complaint regarding the lady I spoke to and my experience. The reply I got was that the complaint will be investigated by the branch and I haven’t heard anything since. Overall poor customer service!

Dirty old store, ran by a corrupted franchise, only care about your money.

El pésimo servicio esperó 1 hora y 40 minutos para la comida. Lo cual estaba muy por encima del tiempo de espera establecido en la aplicación. Salimos a la entrega por más de 30 minutos cuando vivimos a menos de 10 minutos del sitio. Llamé a la sucursal para ver dónde estaba la comida y el tiempo estimado después de 30 minutos de espera después de que la aplicación dijera que la entrega estaba fuera. El personal no pudo encontrar el pedido en el sistema o decirme dónde se entregó la comida cuando se le solicitó. Pidió hablar con el gerente, no me puso en uno. Luego, el miembro del personal me puso en espera y el mismo miembro del personal contestó el teléfono nuevamente fingiendo ser el gerente. A lo que pregunté y ella se disculpó. Luego puso a un colega que no pudo ayudar. La comida venía de corteza tibia apenas cocida y masa cruda. Segunda vez con pésimo servicio y comida desde aquí. Una sucursal absolutamente horrible con muy mal servicio no se reordenará desde aquí.

Food arrived over an hour after been sent out for delivery. When I finally did get it, pizza was cold.

Solíamos ordenar desde aquí regularmente y nunca tuvimos un problema. Sin embargo, recientemente todos los pedidos han llegado exagerados y hemos tenido que pedir reemplazos. La última vez que pedimos que sucediera lo mismo, contactamos a la tienda, el gerente fue extremadamente grosero y poco profesional. Nos dijo que no podrían rehacer el pedido ni que se emitiera un reembolso. Así que nos quedamos sin dinero y con pizzas quemadas, y se negaron a hacer nada al respecto en ese momento. (Obtuvimos un cupón para ordenar en la tienda nuevamente, lo cual es inútil ya que no volveremos a ordenar desde allí).

Acabo de ordenar por primera vez. Dominos solo está en el camino y tentado por el 50 por ciento de descuento. Pedimos un medio y medio que tardó 50 minutos, que está bien. Pero hacía frío. Llamé a la tienda de inmediato y me dijeron que no es posible que la pizza esté fría, ya que se mantiene caliente en las bolsas de entrega durante 40 minutos. Me alegro de no haber pagado el precio completo. Mal servicio

Didn't deliver and after an hour and 40 minutes refused to refund and cancel order. Lied about where delivery was up to, rude, unhelpful. Said it was against their policy to provide refunds even if food was never delivered. Shocking.

Do not order! Unless..... you enjoy waiting all night, only to never have food delivered Do not call the shop for updates all you will be fed is drivers on his way I live within 5 minutes from the shop, either the driver has Alzheimer’s or the staff are told to lie to customers but false hope is all that is being served Poor customer service, bad lies, very expensive, over priced and the worst bit is when you are already annoyed is to call a shop and all you here is silence at the other end of a call and arguments amongst staff! I will never use Dominos again at any store and strongly recommend anyone wanting pizza to look elsewhere

Had a kids party and spent over £100 on a pizza order only to be told they can only make the pizzas with 8 slices (I wanted 16 to make the pizzas last a bit more!). So I took them home and sliced them myself. Madness!

Horrible. Texto para decir que la pizza estaba en camino - no pizza después de una hora. Sonó tres veces, quedó colgado una vez, se dejó en espera (durante más de 10 minutos) una vez y la tercera vez me negué a quedarme en espera y solicité un reembolso. No hay indicios de dónde estaba la pizza, y la tienda no pudo emitir el reembolso. Esperando en servicios al cliente para un reembolso completo ahora. No volveré a usar esta tienda, ¡fue un tratamiento poco común para los niños al final del trimestre!

Not happy with the service. Used to be good and reliable, now even on a Tuesday afternoon you need to wait. I do not mind but when they then mess up the order more than once then I start to get annoyed. Upsetting, since this Dominos used to have reliable and friendly staff and drivers.

Ordered pizza tonight at 19.10. Usual 10/15 wait which I sat in my car for as it diesn’t have seating there anymore. I would add at this point it’s not my usual branch. Picked pizzas up and luckily checked them when I got back to car. Both were wrong. Went back in and saw the girl who had served me who was lovely, all ok so far. Then an other customer ( who I believe had mental health issues) told me to shut up because it was only a pizza and called me amongst other things a t**t. By this time the shop manager had come across to authorise the change to the order, he made no attempt to defend me despite being safe behind bars, whilst I was left in the shop with this individual. Yes I used some strong language, what else was I supposed to do when being verbally abused? By the time this individual left the shop I was shaking and nearly in tears. I asked if I could have a refund as I dudn’t think I could beat to stay in the shop any longer but no, the manager then decided that he and an other member of staff would verbally challenge me. Saying I had ordered the pizzas I had been given, bearing in mind the order is the same ( albeit not at this branch) every time, how can this be so? Apparently I have an aggressive voice which is loud. I was shaking and close to tears as I said but no one asked if I was ok. I just asked fir a refund as I wanted to get away from the situation. In the end I left with no pizza, right or wrong and no refund. So I’m £20 down and sat in my car going nowhere at the moment because I’m too shaken to drive yet.

Never going to this Domino's again! Got our order wrong TWICE! The first time my husband had driven all the way home before realising. When they got it wrong a second time while he was there, it was only then they offered an apology and a paltry 500ml bottle of coke! Customer service definitely lacking!

Food is often overpriced for its quality

I’ve ordered from here several times now, I can honestly say I’ve only received 1 delivery without a problem. Missing items, wrong ingredients on the pizza to what I ordered and poorly made pizza (no consistency within the base).

Paid for a pizza. It never came. When I rang to see where it was they said it was on the way. 1 hour later and now they are not answering the phone. Do not use.... Theives

Bought a delivery pizza the sides were nice but the pizza sauce and cheese weren't like normal dominos coincidentally the next day I get sick and start throwing up all over the place.

Placed order online and called to reconfirm address details. 1hr 15 mins later phoned back asking where my order is. Was told the driver couldn’t find your address. We will remake and send out again, was told it would be 20 minutes. 30 minutes later was told it will be another 5 minutes. Now been waiting 1 hr 50mins for a pizza. Order has arrived chicken strips are freezing. Thanks for the 50% discount for my cold food

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! Never received my order. Ordered on the app had said the delivery was out for order. Tracked my over via the pizza tracker and recieved a notification that my order had been delivered yet I had not recieved my order. I spoke with a member of staff who claimed my order was being delivered within the next five minutes, if i dont rwcieve it to call back. I called back as i had still not received my order and they claimed they would make a new one and send it out to me with a refund. Still I did not receive it. I called the shop again and they told me the number had been "diverted" to hunts cross and there is nothing they can do. Huge compainted made to customer service. Waiting to hear back. Very unprofessional , rude franchise who stole my money.

Order from here mostly , delivery normally quick however this time order went through as normal over the app got a message at 11.15pm that my order was on its way and didn’t turn up till 12.01 I only live 10 minute drive away from the store not happy at all also couldn’t go over 25 on the app not useful for a big order

A few years back we had an incident with an order which we refused to pay for. Although the initial person dealing we dealt with made a mess of things, the following day the manager sorted everything out. The service and quality of the food since then, even at peak times, is a cut above any other Domino's or other pizza place I have ventured. Allerton Domino's has really got me back in the taste for pizzas again. Where we once might have considered just an English, Chinese or Indian, this has become a regularly used 4th Emergency Takeaway Service. Thanks Domino's Allerton.

Unique Domino's branch that seems to specialise in delivering cold pizza. Everytime I've bought from here the pizza has been on "Quality control" for 45 min, with easily over 1.5 hours from order to delivery. Avoid here if you can

Fab pizza, fab wedges and fab service. Once I went and they apologised for making us wait and gave me a Ben and Jerry's ice cream for free! The only bad experience I've had is once they made us wait 45 mins. But on the whole, very, very good and a great take-out for pizza lovers!

Yummy! In my opinion I think it's much better not only a service take away..is needed a service into the restaurant.
