Pizza Plus in Liverpool

No sauce on Pizzas and bone in chicken and waited 1 hour 45 mins for this delight seriously don't order from here and when politely phoned to let them know they weren't interested bad bad bad also have the photos but won't let me post on review never order again from here god knows with that attitude what else they do with the food?

It does the job and the staff are friendly enough.

Didn’t actually get to order the food. You can tell a bit about a place by how their staff are and their manners and phone etiquette are appalling. Answers the phone and mumbles some drivel that sounded like “yeah”. After what seemed like 5 minutes on the phone he then said they take food orders. No price. No time scale when I can get it. Told him to forget it

The food from here is a palletable option for a takeaway, I just wish there were more Meatballs on the pizza.

Absolutely shocking burnt pizzas no meat on one of them onion rings all stuck together not like pizza plus but this experience was awful

first time in there because i was working a few shops down. literally just walked in to order a nugget meal and a man at the back shouted “bye bye” at me and motioned to get out when i was just standing there?!? and then a man jumped up from the counter as he hadnt even realised i came in. they asked me multiple times if i’d ordered cheesy chips or a kids meal.. i hadnt. smelled sweaty in there too. absolutely disgusting asked for chilli sauce as well and they didnt even listen

Delivery appalling, waited for pizza 2 hours after receiving part of order

Does take awhile to get your food however it is very nice. Staff are willing to change items on the order as well

Verry little chips and got half a peice of chicken that had I bite mark in it verry unhappy and charged to much

Ordered doner kebab for Collection. Got it home. Freezing cold and very little salad. Third time I've ordered third time disappointed. Put it straight in the bin. Never again.. oldroan Fishbar in future for kebabs 👊👊👊

Arguing amongst each other in the kitchen. Waiting 30 minutes inside the shop when they told me it would be ready half an hour before. Sweat pouring off the main fella beard into the pizzas he was making, too busy to notice as he was shouting at the rest of the staff. Chicken was rock hard. Go here once a month, went to walk out before paying because was stood for ages, then laughed and apologised for the genuine mistake, for the mouthy main fella to shout ‘nice try’ like I was trying to get off without paying 😂 Won’t be going again, sweat ridden pizza not for me.

Can take a while to deliver though food is usually good

Order all the time or go in the shop an everytime i order my orders are always wrong getting to the point where i don't want to uses no more

I have had pizzas and donner kebabs everywhere, but this is the place I keep going back, awesome food, I see people moaning about the wait. This shop is run off its feet all night long. Because the food that good

Spent £30 on food for the family, it took over an hour to arrive, when it did finally arrive it was all stone cold and half the order was missing. Phoned up to tell them, they sent half of the missing order which again was stone cold, phone up again to tell them the order wasn’t complete then 1/2 hour later the last of the order came 3hrs after the first order. Not going there again.

Done on Uber eats said 15 -25 minutes delivery the staff diddnt read the comments when I phoned to double check they have checked the comments rude member off staff said it was ready at 9 o clock food diddnt come till 40 mins later won’t be going there again

Service is disgusting. Order a takeaway and after an hour of waiting, called to see where the food was, told it was on its way. Half an hour later, still no food! Called back, on its way, I live 5 minutes drive away!!! Not the first time either but will be the last. The food isn’t even that good!!!!!! GO ELSEWHERE

Ridiculously long wait and lukewarm food. Waited almost 2 hours and had no contact to inform me of any delays. When the food did arrive it was only lukewarm. The place used to be quite good but I'd certainly avoid it now. I definitely won't use it again Very poor

monster kebab. 3 strips of donnar meat. 2 pieces of chicken ane a cremated piece of beef. for 12 quid. go elsewhere

Wrong order / missing items. Tried calling shop for over an hour and could not get an answer.

Absolutly terrible service, ordered through uba at 5.30, said 20 min delivery, called at 6.30 phone off hook, drove to shop at 7. Told it was out with driver, 7.15 called an said driver would be 3 mins, called at 7.30 to say they never recieved order from uber. Even though i physically went to the shop an he showed me the print out of my order.

Placed an order at 5:40pm and it stated 1hr delivery estimate. Called at 7:20pm as food still hadnt arrived. The person who answered was as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Was told food was out for delivery but got the impression he didnt have a clue. He blamed UBer eats for giving the wrong time. Food arrived at 8pm cold and portion sizes were a joke absolutely tiny. Barely enough to feed us and we ordered plenty of stuff. Never ever would I order from here again. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY PLEASE !!!!

After an hour waiting,was given magherita pizza instead of tuna, prawn and anchovies. Absolutely gutted.

Wheelchair friendly. Food is always lovely, hot and correct. Young man at the counter is always helpful, friendly and polite. Even outside of pizza plus in the local shops he is friendly. Definitely worth a visit

I went back to this shop within the last 3 months. I have noticed they have new staffs, new hygiene systems. I loved the food and the customer service from these guys, they really friendly and hard working too. Well done guys. 👏

Very frequently we order from here, and very rarely have issues. Tonight was a exception I ordered on the app At 19.10pm, rang to see where my food was at 20.30pm was told a member of staff it was with the driver and he had already left. Re rang at 21.10 to be told by the lady that both drivers was out and was having vehicle issues. She passed the phone to somebody else who told me my order had not came through. I had to give over my order number. No manager present to speak too… my order will apparently know be with me within 20 mins we will see if it arrives…..

Was busy when I was there, one member of staff was abusing customers asking where their food was after keeping them waiting 20+ minutes. Told off his front of house person for not answering phone while already serving customer in shop, doing everything he can. He refunded one lady and abused her infront of others as she left - she waited 20 minutes for no food or communication for the wait. Same again for another customer with his son waiting over 30 minutes for one pizza and chips he said. Abused the customer and unbelievably said to him he would go to jail for murder when the customer was just wanting his refund. Totally over the top because customers were getting sick of waiting. Repeat - this was infront of his young son which was disgusting. Neither customer got into an argument as the staff member was clearly abusive and lost control of himself. My food took 35 minutes for a small order but I dare not say anything as I was on my own and intimidated - I wish I’d also asked for a refund the shop but I was scared to be honest. Not nice place to order food from and seeing others abused by staff when everyone is being kept waiting. I will go to another local fast food shop after seeing this disgusting behaviour towards their customers, places that like dont deserve your custom.

Please don't waste your money. Go somewhere else for food.

We’ve been ordering here for years for a Friday evening tea . We ordered pizza which as usual was lovely . The chicken burger used to be a chicken breast fillet which was now a breaded chicken burger which tasted cheap and deep fried and there was hardly any salad . The kebabs were also not as nice as they used to be with cheap tasting Nan and less meat . It’s obvious that to cut costs they have used cheaper ingredients which shows after having tasted good quality food from here in the past . We won’t be ordering again from here as it’s gone down hill which is a shame

Ordered a 12"chicken supreme and 12" meat feast, at 8.45pm on Friday evening, food arrived just after 9.10pm, Absolutely gorgeous!!!, so fresh and the toppings where full and lots of chicken and meat, hot and tasty,, thank you pizza plus 👍👍👍👍👍

Ordered from here last nite an the food was absolutely rubbish jacket patatos were cold pizza was warm an kebab was warm not hot I can say won't be going here again avoid this place

I placed an order today and after waiting for half an hour i politely asked if the two small boxes placed on a counter (which had been sitting there for ten minutes) were mine, he replied and said cant you see were busy, i kindly stated that he could have told me there was a half hour wait (no one else in the shop) tbey were dealing with all taleaways, when he gave me my order, i said thank you an he said 'infuture maybe you wpuld like to go to another takeaway. Vile!!

Waited over 1 an half hours for delivery of 1 pizza tried calling numerous times pizza not cooked properly said delivered for 45 mins until the pizza was actually delivered delivery driver couldn’t apologise enough still gave him a tip as he has to deal with the agro due to incompetence of the cooks pizza is absolutely disgusting

Waited 1hour 30 minutes for delivery, when it arrived the kebabs were cold and the chicken was RAW! Called them to inform them and they didn’t appear bothered. We won’t be going back again and I would recommend people to stay away too

Ordered kebab , nan bread was like sandpaper , and they must have put a bottle of garlic mayonnaise and sweet chilli on 🤔

Gave my order away to another customer. Had me wait while they cooked it again and didn't offer me any sort of apology. At least the guy who took my order had a better experience than me.

Was a very bad service and will never use this place again I asked to see the bill as I thought it was expensive for what I ordered then on looking at the bill it was ok but a bit dear so when I passed the money over it was snatched out of my hand and with atatude SO I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN

Good sized portions cooked fresh so there is always a wait never too long . Down side its cash only ...never askd why

Called at 18:30. 20:45 and still no food. Horrendous service.

Waited an hour and a half for the food to come absolutely freezing cold. The mozzarella dippers had no cheese left in them because it had leaked out and stuck together in a big ball so were inedible. The margherita pizza had a massive piece onion in the first bite. When I called they said would respond I waited for over an hour ago, then phoned back he said they had left (5-10 mins drive from my house) still 15-20 mins later not here I phoned and said would prefer money back as it's too late the children have now fallen asleep and I have things to do. They said no and delivery turned up 10 minutes after this cold again. Please avoid

AVOID. Sent out moldy food to a house with children then dont even apologise. Will be reporting to the environmental health on Monday Morning

Mi amigo y yo pedimos exactamente el mismo pedido. Donner hamburguesas con lechuga, salsa de chile dulce y mayonesa con chips de queso y sal roja. Ambas órdenes llegaron, una correcta y otra incorrecta. A uno le faltaba queso en las papas fritas, lechuga y salsa de chile dulce.Mi amigo luego fue a llamar a la tienda y me explicó lo que había sucedido. Dijeron que estaban enviando otra orden de la comida correcta. Llegó la comida y todo parecía estar bien. Luego, un colega de pizza plus llamó a la puerta nuevamente y exigió el pedido incorrecto al que pusimos en el contenedor, ya que estaba frío cuando se entregó el pedido correcto. Llamó a su gerente, que luego exigió agresivamente hablar con mi amigo. Mi amigo se mantuvo cortés y diplomático durante la llamada telefónica a la que el gerente de la tienda fue muy grosero y agresivo gritando que podía escuchar sentado a 10 metros de él. Estaba gritando de manera amenazante y declaró que habíamos perdido su tiempo.Bueno, digamos que nuestro tiempo y dinero se ha perdido, no el de ellos. Luego abrimos la nueva orden "corregida" que contenía mayonesa de ajo en lugar de mayonesa normal a la que mi amigo es realmente alérgico, lo que ahora ha provocado que tenga una reacción alérgica.La forma en que nos han tratado es desagradable. Sin embargo, somos clientes habituales, no volveremos y aconsejaríamos que nadie más ordene una comida desde allí. Personal grosero y gerente muy muy agresivo.

Used this takeaway for 10 years. Love it. Moved to maghull an they still deliver to me over here. Never any issues foods always brilliant an delivered quickly. All time fave takeaway.

The staff are friendly, the kebabs are a fairly good size. I use this take away at least once a month, the prices aren't going to break the bank.

Well cooked food, prepared in an open kitchen so you can watch the preparation and cooking, very pleasant staff the only down side is cash only ...there is a cash machine 30 paces away

Ordered from here for long time but been waiting nearly 2hrs rang them to be told they not recieved order even tho i have the email confirmation not very helpful or sympathetic atall even the we been waiting nearly 2hrs it only takes 1 mess up for me to not use again and then just be told no order recieved customer service at its worst, will be finding new takeaway 👍

Food good but can forget order very easy simple things like sauce let's it down

Have always ordered from there and used to be lovely but lately quality has plummeted. Last order was incorrect and quality of food was poor. Popped in last night to pick up dinner and have been really ill ever since eating it. None of the usual staff seem to be there anymore. Looks like someone has taken over the name and menu but not the standards.

We have ordered a few times from here now and never had any reason to be disappointed. The food is tasty, great value and the portions are really generous. Would recommend 👍
