Great place best pizza at a great price well recommended

I don't normally leave bad reviews but sorry this takeaway was the most disgusting I've ever had. I wish we would have read the reviews first. Place is a joke what are they playing at? Husband ordered pizza which arrived burnt and cold. I ordered a special curry which should have been a mixture of meat in a tikka masala sauce and what I got was only what I could describe as pink water with 5 pieces of chicken swimming in it. Went straight in the bin. Normally I would leave it but end of the day I paid 16 pounds for watery pink sauce with a few bits of chicken, are they having a laugh?

Messed up our order and didn’t deliver our garlic bread and forgot extra toppings on pizza. We called to try and get another one and they hung up on us.

Low quality food arrived cold 2.5 hours after ordering. Guy on the phone lied about order status. Avoid.

I got scammed, don’t order from here. Firstly waited an hour and a half for the food. Was so polite and asked what to do with delivery and stuff. They said it would be there soon but it wasn’t. Then called back to ask again and he laughed at me down the phone and said he won’t send it to me. But they weren’t even planning on sending me the food because it had already said delivered on it, yet nothing got delivered. horrible people…

Waited 3 hours for delivery, rang up 8 times for driver to cancel my order with no explanation at all...

Food was cremated, gave my grandma a run for her money, chicken wrap was vile, more sauce than chicken. Sausages look like they've been sat under a hot plate for centuries and cooked on the surface of the sun, chips are soggy but at least they're lukewarm. Overall cant complain aside from that niceone kids are crying mates living on the surface of the moon

Food never arrived after waiting for over an hour, and them claiming they delivered, only to then say “wait 40 minutes” (morons) and then hung up on us every time we tried to get an update. Awful people, terrible service and scamming liars.

Food came quick but the chips were so soggy and disgusting. Chicken burger was just disgusting too and also so soggy. Garlic mayo tasted weird, the pizza was so undercooked and the toppings were literally slipping off the base. Garlic bread was also undercooked. One of the WORST takeaways i’ve ever had just so rank.

Just tried to order food from this place and was waiting well over an hour, when I let them know i was waiting so long, they then said they were delivering, didn’t move at all, after another 10 minutes I brought it up and then they cancelled my order, waited over an hour and a half after the supposed time they’d be there before they cancelled because I called them out, don’t go here, not worth you time let alone money.

Gone downhill severely, how can you not cook chips? They were soggy literally nearly falling apart and to top it off they came with a free side which consisted of a big black hair. Food was terrible!! I ordered bbq chicken wings and a pizza. Got no pizza and my wings was drum sticks with a bit of bbq sauce and was pink . We called and said there’s no pizza they then say that’s not there problem and kept buttoning us .

I frequently get a burger at Munchies, and I always buy it to go. However, today I was really dissatisfied with the food because I had ordered special sauce to go inside the burger and on top of the fries. The fact that there was a single hair and no sauces shocked me. I was so disgusted by the hair strand that I threw away my food and questioned my decision to come! I didn't want to leave a bad review, but the previous time I placed an order, I too had to wait for about an hour. If it was packed, I could’ve understood but it wasn’t! I'm hoping the management will read the review and encourage others to make some improvements. It would also be fantastic if the team members started wearing beards or hair bouffants and took extra care when giving orders.

When ordering from the restaurant, you will take your order above the usual quality, and this is very wonderful, good treatment and a very good style. But if you order over the phone, you will receive the worst treatment to the extent that I called them late and I can't come to an order from the restaurant, so someone answered me I don't know where to come from. He took the order from me and said that a very excessive price for a delivery. I asked him why he told me if he came to the restaurant and close the phone in my face. This is an unrespectful way. Thank you.

SCAM DONT ORDER gave us the WRONG meal and didn’t give us half the order , food wasn’t even edible rang up and they ended the call rang again and got told i was given the correct order and if “Im really bothered then I should ring my uber driver” - who didn’t answer the phone or answer voicemail then they just ended the call again 0/10 Do Not Go. 100% a scam

Horrendous service, put phone down on us 3 times, told us to order online as over £50. Order then arrived incorrectly and food missing then rude on the phone. Very poor service, never ever again!!! Goodness sake, all we wanted was a take away!!

Food okay, which the food IMO should be higher than 1 star, but unfortunately the reason it's a 1 star is that with some staff members and not all, need good customer service training. At one time a customer was kept waiting for under 10 minutes while staff were chatting among themselves, until finally one spoken to the costumer to take his order. And another time one other customer simply asked if he could not have his takeaway bag tied in a knot, which with this takeaway they usually do tie takeaway bags in a knot, but one staff member abruptly spoke to this costumer in a rude and disrespectful manner without a care.

Went here for a late night munch. I ordered a cheese burger meal for a fiver. I got what I paid for. The burger was your standard cheap burger but nothing to complain about. The chilli sauce was very spicy but the garlic had no taste to it. I asked for chilli garlic on my meal but I didn’t get any on my chips which was a bit upsetting. My friend had ordered a chicken burger which he gave a 2/10. He said the chicken wasn’t chicken. And to be fair it didn’t look like chicken. If you’re looking for a late night meal for cheap I recommend this place. I would eat here again.

Ordered a few times from Munchies, food is always cheap and cheerful.

Given up on this takeaway. We haven't had one order correct for the last 6 or so orders (at this point it's our own fault for expecting our whole order to actually arrive). Everyone else's has come but one meal, rang, got told to speak to the driver. Driver snapped saying he's at a bus stop and hung up.... No meal. So unless you want half your food not to turn up or rude service I'd go to McDonald.

I ordered a donner deal. I repeated my order twice to make sure I have the right sauces on the donner. I was fasting all day waited for my Iftaar food. I asked Abdul Rahman (an arrogant guy) to put normal chilli sauce and Mayonnaise. When I came home and opened the box, it was all chilli sauce on my donner. I will give 2/10.

There is a guy his name Mo around 13 years old, he made my pizzas as I’m a regular customer and only live around the corner I didn’t like the way he made it so I asked for a refund and he said he’s gonna cut 4£ off if he refunds me which is ridiculous. When I got home I checked the other pizza which was burnt I went back to the shop showing him his pizza and to do another one and another guy jumped with beard and red t-shirt (it seems he’s the guy who does the dough in the kitchen) he said it’s fine and no wrong with it!!!! it was obvious. Mo’s friends (they were Yemni one of them with black curly hair they were inside the shop and Mo gave them an eye gesture to make troubles with me. They were so rude but I kept calm. The worst customer service ever I won’t go there anymore.

Went to Muchies tonight after a long day out of town since it was the only place open. Ordered pizza for my misses and nuggets and chips for myself. Waited ages for tge nuggets and chips 2 people who had ordered chicken burgers and fries after me got their food before me and I was left waiting. Pizza was put in front of me on the counter and was told tge rest would be soon. I'd say I waited 10 mins and cold feel the pizza going cold. Got my food and went home which is a 4 min drive the chips were soggy as can be. I thought they would at least be fresh as I waited so long. Won't be going back.

Proper scruffs these. Accept ya order and then amend it to finishing time. Every time I ring they said driver was on way. I live a 10 min drive away. Said he sat outside but I wasn’t there. The place is very dirty, I saw the mice inside me, a large rat looking disgusted before you ask for food, check the place with your eyes. It is a source of diseases. I do not advise it.

Ordered food at 9:30pm, estimated delivery at 10pm. No food at 10:30pm, I rang the shop repeatedly and no answer. Its now 11:10pm and the just eat app still says its almost here!! Stealing people's money.

Never have I ever been so disgusted in my life! Come on munchies get your act together! I've had such a rough day at work and all I wanted was a simple meal. BUT INSTEAD I GET A PLATE FULL OF MESS! I asked for a chocolate milkshake and they gave me strawberry. That wasn't all I also brought a chicken burger but when it all got here there was no chicken burger just a bowl of mixed salad. Horrible service! The people who severed me called me obese and told me to eat some vegetables. I ordered a chicken burger and found multiple hairs in it. There was barely any chicken but just a load of batter. They also added salad when I told them no salad! What would've happened if I were allergic to the salad? The bread also had green spots which I'm guessing it's mould. Overall, food was disgusting. Won't ever visit again!

Wish it could be 0 stars. Can’t even review the food because it never showed up. Spent £20 on a takeaway and waited for over an hour before calling munchies. Then spent another hour going back and forth with them. The person we spoke to was so rude and just kept saying ‘5 minutes’ every time we called. The final time we asked for a refund as our food clearly wasn’t coming and he told us we had to talk to deliveroo, why would we need to when munchies use their own delivery person? Deliveroo are never any help either. So whose fault is it, and who has my money without providing me what I paid for? Save yourself the money. Don’t use munchies or deliveroo as you’ll end up out of pocket and with nothing to show for it. Absolute scam.

Absolutely horrible, the order took over 2 hours to be delivered! They didn’t even apologise for it, and the food it cold. We called them about 5 times and they kept saying 10 minutes EVERYTIME.

Awful! If you want to stay up all night waiting for your food to arrive, and be hung up on when you ask where your order is after it apparently left the shop 45 minutes earlier, this is the place! You can look forward to going to bed hungry and out of pocket. Enjoy.

Had their half pounder beef and hawian and both amazing!!! Definitely recommend. Food is amazing! I normally order through Uber Eats.
