Vile waited over an hour for food that come delivered cold Paid 17 pound for a bunch of crap Do not eat here Do not waste your money

Ok seriously how can your food be cold? Picked it up walked literally round the corner not even 30 second walk and the food was cold! Awful portion sizes for the doner wrap! Doner meat doesn't seem to be cooked properly either. Save yourselves and go over the road to Adams Palace! Much better quality food and you'll actually get hot food

Chips were stone cold garlic bread over cooked and hard chicken wrap over cooked and missing salad and order incomplete

Wanted to collect it so that there was no errors ordered two burgers nothing mahout like but the chef forgot to put the beef Patti on the bun I couldn’t be leave it never again helmets that work there called up feller just said sorry put the phone down just close the shop mate not happening for you

Used to be a good place to order recently took a dive. Ordered food came cold however they were quick to sort it out. Good staff.

Awful! Phoned about having no vegetarian burgers, I get that but why not take them off the site! Said to just but 2 toasted buns with the salad & cheesy chips. Got 1 bun not toasted with salad on so was soggy & inedible. Chips & onions rings that burnt feared for my teeth! On top of that the wrong burger sent & no free garlic bread. Least they got the 2 tubs of sauces right!

Ordered two donner Kebabs, both turned up freezing, burnt and meat was rock solid. Called the restaurant straight away and they said they would send two fresh kebabs out. We waited an hour and called back to find out they hadn’t even bothered making fresh ones. We questioned why we hadn’t received a fresh order, to which he replied “i never said I would send a fresh order” so completely lied to us and made us sit there for an hour. His excuse for the donner meat being cold and hard “the salad makes it go like that” don’t usually write reviews but had to here, shocking service and the worst donner meat I’ve ever tasted.

Ordered before and was great , however wrong pizza sent, forgot drinks and when rang to inform was asked if we were sure ?! Eventually got drinks an hour after, del driver was annoyed when bringing drinks back. Food was awful, pizza burnt onion rings cremated. Terrible service

Half of my order was missing, the only thing I received was my burger and drink and the burger bun was burnt black

Wrong order for the kids meal he’s autistic so only eats certain foods and got the wrong order so wasn’t happy over that but everything else was ok

Rotana is my place to go for pizza. Always delivered early, food always delicious and have never had any kind of issue with orders. Tried other places but no one comes close.

Restaurant needs to read notes about salsa as kebab s Gad wrong topping plus stuff people couldn’t eat

Just got two regular kebabs, got home and it was like eating rubber for both kebabs. God knows how long the meat was in the tray he opened not surprised if it was cooked a few days previously. Salad was the only good point.

Food delivered on time but a meal was missing, I called and they Brought it within 10 minutes. Naan breads were very hard and chicken burger was badly burnt .

My chicken an shish kebab looked like it had just been lashed together an used the last bit of salad ther was about ther was hardly any meat at all on it the meat was freezin an so was the wrap it was in. Discusting when your looking forward to something. The pizza we ordered an the chips wer spot on like jus need work on the kebabs it used to be lovely haha

Pizza, fries and onion rings were barely warm. Had to microwave them. Delivery person failed to follow contact free instructions.

Stuffed crust pizza with garlic base...absolutely delicious! The best pizza I've ever had from a pizza place of this type.

To be completely honest with yall. The ingredients used to make the donner calzone tasted like real cheap. The donner meat tasted alright, the cheese was cheap and ruined the calzone

The food was order was perfect when it arrived. It also arrived 15 minutes ahead of the allotted time quoted. Even one of the orders was sold out i was called a told the situation and what else could be ordered as a replacement

The stuff crust 14 inch mixed meat pizza was amazingly nice and the garlic bread with cheese was lovely. Also had curly chips and not had them for 20 years and they were lovely also . All the food was hot and amazingly tasty ... would definitely recommend to everyone and I will be buying from here again .. Thanks

2nd time I've ordered cookie dough ben n Jerry's and they've delivered chocolate brownie. I'm not a huge fan of chocolate ice cream at all. Disappointed.

Asked for lettuce ONLY on my kebab and it came with salad items i am allergic to. I rang to let them know and had a very rude aggressive person on the other end telling me to just ‘take it off’ and telling me there was nothing that could be done. Also the chips where rock hard and unedible and the garlic bread was burnt! AVOID AVOID this take-away. Gave this take-away the benefit of the doubt after messing up a previous orders. Will NEVER order from here again.

Real let down because like this place is usually ok and they are usually fast delivering. The spicy meat pizza tasted fishy and the fries where soo greasy plus some where still hard.

First time I've ordered from here for a long time. Wasnt good at all. Pizza.... the ONLY good feature was the dough was nice and fresh, however, it's made far too doughy, theres deep pan then there was this. Maybe include an option on menu for thin and crispy? Or state all pizzas are made like this, honestly there is no need to have it that doughy just ruins it. Toppings wise.... was just ok. Absolutely nowhere near enough cheese on the pizza, looked like itd been thrown on with zero care, some parts had some, others had none at all all tomato ! Crazy. Doner meat wasnt bad but it's pretty standard like most takeaways. A few things to consider for this place as I dont imagine I'll order again, not sure what the positive reviews are based on !
