Food was good but the service ye get is vile delivery driver tried to kick me dog who has heart failure then I phoned up an complained I got a load of abuse down the phone off who ever I was speaking to don’t order from this place there violent and disrespectful didn’t even care if the dog was fine or injured just got told what do ye want me todo about it worst experience ordering food I’ve ever had never again

Ordered food an one of the items did not arrive. Called twice asking where the missing item was. On the 3rd call I was put on hold while they where all talking an he was taking other orders till finally they put the phone down. So rude an very disrespectful definitely will not be ordering again from karos own site. So paid for food that did not turn up.

I ordered off these because of the reviews on uber eats bad bad mistake full order didn't come had to drive there at first they said the order was wrong then they denied that I ordered the delivery driver come in who come to my house they still denied it very aggressive people aswell it looks minty in there aswell. If you like getting ripped off this is the place to go honestly worst takeaway in liverpool

Not to sure what it is exactly but the pizzas taste a bit funny. Doesn't taste nice at all, everything else we order seems to be quite nice but some portion sizes needs looking in to. Also it's 2022 and it's still cash only in there which is a bit of a pain.

Every order have had from these guys had been fresh n hot deliverd, I have had the best kebabs. Nice thin sliced meat , salad fresh , the best Thin crust cheese garlic bread , always fast delivery, I havnt had any other meals from here but goin by pizza n kebabs ,highly recommend. Tahini sauce is fab . Driver polite n friendly ..

Ordered from here for 1st time tonight, Orlando Street, Absolutely fabulous,. Well done Everything was hot and tasty. Garlic cheese bread fantastic, Donner wrap and cheese burger, just wish you had white onion ,but also lovely, . Thank you. Will defo re order and recommend.

Ordered cheesy garlic bread , chicken kebab meal and kids chicken nuggets meal... all was great , garlic bread so so nice and the chicken kebab was full of chicken , they wasn't shy 😄 Said 45 min wait but came within 30 mins I would reccomend Karos and will be ordering again. Thanks

Bad customer service the person on the phone has a bad attitude orders food waited over a hour for it for them to cancel it last minute had kids hungry waiting for food so really it's 0 stars but u can't give them

Waiting a hour and a half rang up to be told the driver wasn't coming and and it's not there fault bad attitude them blockedmy number proper jokes

Ordered food yesterday, the food was burnt and there was also plastic in my food, they brought a new burger after saying that I did not want another burger from them, and when they asked to see proof I showed them and they told me I was lying, won't be ordering here anymore

Chicken was to Salty. I asked for the salad in a wrap and didn't get any, also alsked for no onions in the burger and they ignore it, wrap was burned.

Delivery driver was very unprofessional and rude. Snarling when I asked why the food was in bad shape upon inspection. Been in the venue found the staff unrepsonivse and very rude, the guy was touching his face then handling food with out his gloves or any barrier. Avoid and seek better places.

Inwould give NO STARS if I could. I have ordered from KAROS PIZZA in liverpool. On JUST EAT it states order over £20 and get a free cheese tomato pizza or garlic bread. My order was over £20 and I left a comment during the order at the payment to have the free cheese and tomato pizza with our order. When the delivery came there was no free pizza as stated. I then called the restaurant who said that I wouldn't get one due to ordering 2 burgers. I argued the fact that on just eat it says spend over £20 and get a free cheese and tomato pizza. The restraunt would not help me. I feel this is false advertising and I would not have spent as much to get the free item if I knew I wouldn't get it. Also the restraunt knew as on the comments box they could see my request and did not contact me. I feel this is false advertising and misselling. Please be aware guys. When the food did come it was warm but hwas messy as look as been thrown around the car on delivery. Can safely say wont be ordering from this restaurant again.

I have been ordering from them for same time. They make a nice pizza but once they mixed the ingidiens so I gave them a call to sort it out. The person who answered the phon could not understand me and finaly just hang up on me. I will not order again from them.

Drunkenly purchased a Doner Kebab here once, ended up with an arse like a Japanese flag!

This place is an actual national health hazzard. Pretty sure the chicken was alive, still ate it though. My girlfriend has also been crying for the past two hours because they got her order wrong (I'm still trying to calm her down). Also the delivery guy tried to make out with me due to me being exposed from the waste up. He also expected me to come out and get the food due to the harsh weather conditions. As much as I hate ordering from here, I somehow come back to it due to its minimum delivery fee and being so hungover that I have no real judgement. P.s. My girlfriend is extremely autistic.
