My order cost £30 and it should have qualified for a free garlic bread according to their leaflet which was within the delivery bag for orders over £20 but it wasn’t. Chips were cold and soggy, very disappointed

Franky's is my go to take away place. Always delicious food and prompt delivery. Order is always correct. Don't need to go anywhere else 😁👍

Chips arrived cold and soggy as delivery driver can’t seem to follow a map and took over 5 minutes on the phone to find us The pitta bread is hard and tough Only okay thing was the salad being fresh

fries we're soggy some was rock solid like they had been fried 20 times got put in the bin ordered garlic mushrooms and was optional to add a sauce I said chill sauce thought you would of put a little tub of chilli in the bag not plaster the garlic mushrooms with it all over them and made them soggy aswell full of chilli who does that soakes garlic mushrooms with chilli sauce couldnt eat them and the pizza was just a big soggy greesy thing waste of 25 pound

The meal was put in the bin daughter had one bite of burger and said it was disgusting. I have never seen tahini sauce that thick before

The kebab meet was decent but I ordered a kebab not pita bread and meat legit got a plain kebab some horses eat better than what I was given waste of money don’t order from them. They don’t answer calls either.

The reason why I give 3 stars for service is because I've never seen any off the staff wash there hands when handling your food. I watch them and every time I've never seen them wmwash there hands.

Ordered a couple of kebabs and a wrap with salad. Excellent service and food was delicious. Will definitely be using again.

The food was again to a great standard. I would highly recommend trying this take away out. Chicken kebab and Chicken Shawarma were both really good.

Ordered to a hotel, it was late so I phoned the restaurant to check on the order. I was told it had been delivered and the driver said he tried to call me but I didn’t answer. I have 0 missed calls so now our food is cold, was also given the wrong sauce and the restaurant put the phone down on me whilst I was in the middle of speaking!

Everything went in bin so greasy

Rang four times from 16:00 kept saying line busy waste of time ringing

Waited nearly hour and half… pizza base was stale an the ingredients were just a waste of time… won’t be ordering again

Milkshake had plastic wrapper blended in it. !!! And food was burnt and cold.

Think it must have changed cook or something 🤔 Ordered chicken n chips (Hardly no chips, chicken nearly cremated) Pizza "vegetarian " Hardly No vegetables...don't think ill be ordering again I'm afraid....

Wanted to start this review off by saying thank you to every single worker at Franky’z tonight. Not only did the food we order arrive in a efficient time, hot and with extra food- the delivery man took the time to have a conversation with us even during a busy night like tonight. Thank you again!

1 star because yet again another of liverpools takeaways has just robbed me of a tenner. Food wasn't edible donner meat was scraps

I used work at a bar called Franky'z. This was in the early 90's where people didn't have to many morals and strip joints were all the rage. I'm happy that this place was nothing like that. I ordered chips and a can of grape drink. I was on a diet. I had no complaints. The chips were cooked and the drink was chill.
