AVOID Delivery took 1hr 45 mins Half the order was missing The food that did arrive was absolutely frezzing. Called the restaurant and they refused to help at all, refused to send more food or even a refund said this was not their fault and there is nothing they can do. Customer service was shocking AVOID ORDERING.

The pizza & burgers from here are genuinely fantastic (or at least mine was), but I was charged £9.95 for a cheeseburger and chips, that can’t be right? I was in a rush as I had my partner & baby parked up around the corner but I do think I was charged more on purpose because the owner thought I was drunk (late on a Saturday).

Avoid! I don't know why I have been back here after my last visit. I thought the guy had just had a bad day but he is one of the rudest people I have met. It's like you are an inconvenience to him. He is insulted by you paulying money for the food served there. I think he is in shock that you want to eat their poor quality food. The food is ready in seconds and there is nothing good about it. Pretty much anywhere wouod be a better choice for the same price or cheaper

Pizza came without any advertised toppings, no cheese, no dip and a black hair. Restaurant was completely unhelpful when contacted and brushed off refund or replacement requests.

Bit expensive and not the great food.. ordered margarita pizza and it was horrible..friend ordered garlic and cheese didn't even ask the size and he had to pay 18 pounds for it.

Ordered a meal, but staff tried to force us to pay for the sides/drinks seperately. When we pointed out we ordered a meal, he told us they're not doing that today... pointed to the menus where this was clearly and option to which his response was to just shrug his shoulders. Very rude. Think he was trying it on and to overcharge us.

The man made my pizza in 2 mins. Nothing special. Was recommended this place by my strange brother who thought it was pretty decent. May have been the time I was getting it was 1am but still two people on shift doesn’t really help. Absolute day light robbery

The pictures explain themselves. I never complain about food quality but this is too much. I ordered fries that were too salty and soggy but that's nothing compared to the "Napoli pizza" I received. The good picture of the Napoli pizza is what everyone should expect, and the horrendous picture with the big chunks of raw tomatoes, old inedible cheese that are absolutely not mozzarella is what I received! I paid £7.99 for this. I could have eaten a £2 frozen pizza better than this. It was inedible, you can see that I made an effort to eat a piece and threw up right away. Don't make pizzas if that's how you make them. This is disrespectful.

tried to phone shop on both numbers provided numerous occasions only to hang up on me, ordered 4 meals, attended shop & informed them that i tried to phone them only to be told by their negative uninteresting response that they were too busy to answer, held our food to ransom as they wanted the reference number, we did inform them what we had ordered, once back at my workplace, only to find that they have cooked the wrong order, chips weren’t cooked properly & was cold, chicken was not crispy & soggy….. my answer is to the above title is not to be mamos

Went for food on our way home last night. The staff were very patient with a rowdy crowd and the food was brilliant! Great big pizza slices just the right heat and crispy and the Donna and shawarma (which I don’t normally like) were so tasty. Would happily go there again any time of day

Fresh and massive portion sizes! Everytime I visit Mamos, they are always friend and the food is always on point! The portion sizes are huge and I always end up taking it home! For fresh, pure patties and food, Mamos is the one!

An hour and a half from ordering to delivery. Stone cold. Called restaurant and was told “it’s because I ordered a cheese pizza”wtaf?? Apparently if I orders pepperoni it would have been hot. Dreadful. Do not use. Expensive and crap.

Ordered a 20" pizza, the young lady who took the order talked so quietly I could hardly hear her. The pizza came out quickly and it was reasonably priced. They did not overcook it but there was just too much cheese, if you ordered this from Pizza hut or Domino's you would have asked for extra cheese 4 times to get the amount of cheese on this pizza. There are only two sitting tables and both tables are near the open door which is permanently open, even in winter! Could do with a general tidy up as well.

I asked for a plane chicken burger with mayo and lettuce and was told there was no mayo and the guy at the till rudely pointed toward a box

Worst staff members I’ve ever came across. Very rude and come across aggressive if asked a question. Most appalling service I’ve ever had in my life. Perfect wings to end a night of drinks on the town! The chip seasoning is to die for and the range of dips was great. The other half had pizza which was equally as delicious.

Ordered a simple Margherita Pizza with a side of French Fries, politely stated with the order we did not want any of the potato wedge pieces in our chips (As these are thrown in with fries and cooked over multiple times with fresh batches). 20 minutes later we receive a shout for our order, open up the pizza box and the cheese is completely burnt on to, absolutely no visibility of edible cheddar in sight. Additionally 70% of our french fries were indeed consistent of those overcooked and tasteless potato wedge pieces. Needless to say, we queried to the staff and asked for our pizza to be redone at least, he then passed our pizza to the manager to which he shouted to us 'This is how the pizza is cooked and always done', after responding to the manager that we did not pay to receive a burnt pizza the other staff member then proceeds to grate cheese on top of the already burned pizza and lobs the box at us as if that was what we were after!! I laughed at him and asked if he was actually seriously giving me that state of a pizza and tried to take a picture of it as evidence to use with this review to which led to the both of us haggling over the box as he ripped it out of my grip and handed my money back for the order. Disgusting staff and customer service, they have absolutely no idea of the proper way to deal with customer complaints, and evidently no idea how to cook a pizza without burning the cheese! Disregarded our comments on the fries also to top it off. Hilarious service, and judging by the rest of the reviews on here I am gob smacked that this place is still bloody running. Disgraceful, take my 1 star rating as 0.

I have been coming to Manos for the best part of 3 years and it is some of the best fast food I have had. The food quality is generally excellent and I have absolutely no complaints about the food. Unfortunately the people who work there are rude and lack manners in dealing with customers. This is something I have witnessed consistently and it is a massive shame. I would always reccomened this place, but I urge the owner / manager to tell his staff to be less hostile towards customers. DO NOT fire them, they may have their own personal problems or may be from a culture where there are different standards of food service, however it you want to maintain and build upon your clientele, you must make your customers feel appreciated, and not as if mamos is doing you a favour by serving you food. On a side note, although the place is more expensive than an average fast food restaurant, I believe the prices to be justified for the quantity and quality of food.

Small, quick food take away with a small area to eat inside. Cold drinks only. No hot drinks. Pizza was average but the beef burger was excellent. Worth a try. Steady number of customers.

This message is screen shot as a complaint for mamos has not fulfilled my contract of payment that has been taken from my card. Via Just Eat. Your driver was unhelpful and very rude, we conversed several times and he hung up on me..food not delivered but got a message on just eat saying it had been delivered,...i called the restaurant and the mgr says " come and collect it".....customer service skills are in need of addressing, in a big pond if restaurants in Liverpool you have lost this little fish, my family and my friends. Word of mouth is a powerful tool, as is good customer service.

Awful service , rude people , terrible communication and a refusal of refund after they gave a chicken wrap when we expressly asked for a falafel wrap without cheese , they gave us a chicken wrap with cheese ? , Then the staff were so rude on the phone , disgraceful service , shoddy food , never again , bye

Always big,good portions of food.Quality is really good and you can always ask for extra avocado.Just love avocados :)Also I'm big fan of chips there. Definitely will order/come back again.

I ordered my food (£70 worth of food), to receive it 2 hours later. When it eventually turned up, it was freezing cold, un edible, and half the order was wrong and missing. When I called the restaurant the staff were rude and speaking and laughing to one another in a foreign language. The manager said they couldn’t do anything about it and would refuse to pick up the order or offer a refund

Last Saturday i went to Mamos with a freind after attendng the Prosecco festival. I had put my purse down for a couple of moments and my friend had picked it up, and thinking someone had left it there she handed it in to a member of staff who was working on saturday night. On the way back home in the taxi i realised i didnt have my purse and my friend told me that she handed a purse into Mamos.... the purse she described was mine! After calling Mamos 4 different times and speaking to 3 different people they have still not come bk to me with an explanation of where my purse is otherbthan to say your purse is not here! They even refused to check the CCTV altough i give then the time the pursevwas handed in. If your thinking of popping in for a quick bite then think again. They clearly are not trust worthy people who work here. I have since called the police to report the theift and awaiting to here back from them. Just wanted to give you all the heads up.

this is some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced!! ordered at 7 pm from the Mamo's on bold street and after waiting an hour and a half and being promised our order was on its way we waited a further 15 minutes! After it failed to arrive we called again and were told very unapologetically that it had not been processed because he had been busy. . Dont waste your breath!

I ordered a takeaway meal just after 7pm and was expecting delivery around 8. 8pm came and went as did 9pm so I emailed to find out if there was a problem and no one bothered to reply. Eventually at 9;45 I cancelled the order. Outrageous and pathetic to accept an order an not even have the decency to apologise or get in touch when they fail to complete the order. The order itself was for 1 meal and 1 side so I can’t understand why they were not able to sort this out. Don’t bother ordering from these clowns unless you’re on a diet!

We came here after the Liverpool-PSG match. We both ordered chicken and chips. Mine was grilled and my husband's was fried. Both tasted great. We liked that the receipt said when our food would be ready (10-15 min after ordered), so we knew we had a minute. Loved the Egyptian flags and the Mo Salah banners. We knew we were in the Liverpool. Would return.

This is hands down the best fried chicken you will ever have! On a different level, this is what fried chicken dreams are made of.

If you want fresh, fast food then this is ideal. The pizza are great and meal deals are good value. if they served beer this place would be even better.

I visit Mamos regularly and the food is served so fresh that it does not disappoint. From the peri peri chicken strips which are lovely and tender and juicy to the pizza and burgers which are enough to please anyone’s appetite. Mamos does not disappoint when it comes to their food.

The women at the front clearly despises her job. She didn't smile once, she seemed moody and fed up the whole time. I ordered chicken wings which she assumed I wanted hot. I personally like spicy food but this chicken was indescribable. Not only was it hot enough to kill a snowman but it tasted absolutely vile underneath the spice. I wasted money and had to order food when I got home. I will never return to this place. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Great food although staff could be a lot nicer. No smiles, and feel like I was annoying them just by ordering our food, plus the chip order was wrong.
