Pizza Lane in Liverpool

Food is beautiful, especially the garlic bread. The garlic bread is absolutely amazing. Five stars is not enough. I would give it a thousand stars if I could best pizza place I've ordered from.

Would Never off here again ordered food today and lettuce was moldy and brown put me off my whole meal and the burger and kebab tasted weird the kebab was full of grease

This is the best Kebab in the country. Large donner, all salad, sweet chilli sauce. It’s a piece of art. The customer service and value for money just make it even better.

Best kebab in liverpool. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else considering I’ve been here a year and half and tried so many places. Amazing price, incredible portions honestly all round 5 stars!

I have been going here for a while food is delicious but after today I will not be returning, I made a order and went to pay via Apple Pay and I got a message from my bank saying fraud was happening I thought it was my bank and transferred it to my sisters account to pay on that after trying to pay my sister then received a message saying her card was blocked because of fraud, the staff in the shop was not helpful at all and was constantly making accusations that I just didn’t have enough for my order in my bank when that was not the case won’t be returning bad customer service in my opinion!

Try the garlic bread with cheese! The pizza is tasty too. Really nice food, delivery is quick and the food has never been cold. Not on justeat anymore, but they have their own website

Very Fraud owner. I ordered hot and spicy pizza send me chilli base, not asked for chilli base. Owner said menu says chilli base but not say chilli base on menu. Owner said i should know it was chilli base. How do i know its chilli base when its not on menu or not told? Very fraud owner. I said I don't eat chilli base but owner not care and refused to send tomato base. I had to throw the pizza, wasted money for 14 inch pizza. When owner take order he never told me pizza was chilli base. Very fraud owner.

Best pizza and cheesy chips ever been eating there since 2010

Last Thursday my meal was amazing thought I'd get it again but v. Disappointed today. Not lost faith yet tho hopefully the flare will return next time.

Intenté esto por capricho un sábado por la noche después de que se dejara caer un folleto por la puerta. Teníamos el Wahoo Deal 3, dos kebabs de pollo, papas fritas y bebidas para 11. 49 y estaba delicioso! El pollo estaba bueno, y la marinada era realmente sabrosa, con mayonesa de ajo y ensalada en un naan. Probado realmente fresco y de buena calidad. Las papas fritas estaban bien, nada especial, pero bien. Una porción más pequeña que en otros lugares, pero en general fue abundante (hacen un kebab más grande pero no en el trato). Muy contento, gracias.

Chicken nuggets very dry. Ordered 2 cheese burgers both with ketchup and mayonnaise one came with just ketchup and the other come with just mayonnaise :(

Its newly refurbished. Neat place to order pizza. My favourite is 14inch pizza lane special plus large chips. Staffs are nice people too.

Very disappointed with my first experience was hungry after a long 12-hour shift working on Christmas Day and this was one of the very few places open and delivering. I placed my order, my name, full address including postcode and contact number were provided and I was informed my food would be delivered in 30-45mins. I then received a call from a male saying he was the manager there and he confirmed my order and became very rude saying they would not deliver my food. I asked why the change of heart and was told 'you are pissing me about and your address is too far' I was very confused and asked why my order was taken after checking my postcode and I was told 'you will not get food from us' I called several times but the staff kept hanging up then ignored my calls. By this time I was very very upset as they had wasted nearly 3hours of my time and I ordered from another takeaway after getting so fed up I have never experienced such vile rude behaviour and inappropriate language just to order some food not happy at all. If you're starving please do NOT call this place they treat you like scum don't know what they're on! Very bad example of management and no wonder staff also misbehave with customers not professional at all! Disgusting people!!! :-(

Vile! Got chicken bones in my pizza and when phoned them they were very arrogant and refused to give any money back, ended up phoning just eat and they gave me a £10 voucher

Comida sucia y horrible servicio al cliente hasta el punto donde el conductor entrega utilizado lenguaje abusivo contra mí. Evitar a toda costa, lugar horrible.

Pizza lane informed us that our order had left the shop when it was 20 minutes late An hour and ten minutes after we had ordered they informed us that they hadn't processed our order at all and we had to reorder all of our food, this caused our order to be more expensive than the initial one we placed online As someone that works in fast food I wouldn't lie to a customer that their order was complete and soon to be with them if it didn't exist, I wouldn't have an issue if this had been flagged up in our initial phone call but we had to call up twice Disgusted by customer service and will not return to Pizza Lane

Would not recommend. Food over cooked and items missing they are very helpful to listen and say we will replace, then no one turns up after a hour. And then the chicken is not cooked lol

Went in tonight and ordered a hawaiian burger. I was a bit sceptical at first because the grill seemed to be cold which made the wait for a burger quite long. I am going to assume that i came in right before closing. The burger was well worth the wait, its one of the best street kitchen burgers i have had. Super tasty from top till toe, with real cheddar cheese (from costco apparently), fat and meaty patties, delicious sauce and last but not least, crisp on the outside soft on the inside real brioche buns! The bottom bun was not soggy which they usually are because of fat from the patties. Thats a mega plus! The kitchen was clean and tidy, and the staff was very friendly, i was even offered a drink if what i assume was lemonade. Best £3.20 i have spent in a while!

My recent order was a family chicken meal. I did not really liked this meal at all. I could not believe that the chicken was with its feathers. This meal contained 12 pieces, they all were in the same box. I threw them in the bin. Sorry to say that but this will be my last order from you.
