PIZZA KINGS in Liverpool

The last 3 times on the run they have overcharged me !!! I didn't question it the first time ,then it happened a second time I questioned them and they said it was there mistake ! I've just been in again and ordered a donar kebab I was charged a completely different price to what was on the menu board I called them out again and told them that's 3 times you have TRIED to over charge me they didn't like it saying it was a mistake surely 3 times on the run says it all so all customers be very wary they are ripping people off the odd 50p or a £1 all adds up so always check your menu price because these people are robbing customers

Demasiada mayonesa puesta en el kebab Donner. La carne de Donner estaba toda lavada de blanco parecía pintura en emulsión. Malo. Apenas podía comerlo.

Ordered food to be delivered. 2 x Donner kababs. Food arrived cold and everything was covered in far to much garlic Mayonnaise. Looked like it had been dropped in a tin of emulsion paint. Not happy at all won't be ordering for a while now disgusting.

Normally we come here and have a lovely meal, but this time when I bit into my food I had a clump of hair. Absolutely disgusting and vile.

Hemos utilizado reyes de pizza durante años. Pedido la semana pasada y la pizza parecía que se había caído. Pedí anoche y pan de ajo frío y pedí 2 x latas de refresco que no llegaron. Pérdida de tiempo

Sound , the pizzas are gorgeous , the only thing is you don't deliver to netherley l27, if you did I would pay a extra £1 or £2 on the delivery if you did on just eat

I've ordered from here for years but something has gone terribly wrong. Greasy pizza, stale pitta bread and missing items from the order. I need to find somewhere new to order from now.

In the last few months this place became unsupportable.We ordered always pizza, burgers and fries.The fries are disgusting,cold and oily 🤢 Burgers smaller than before full with onion. Expensive disgusting food!!! 🤢

Disgusting! Couldn’t eat the pizza was dripping in grease and the chips wasn’t cooked. It’s got a one star food hygiene rating should have looked at this before hand. Avoid total mess. Gone down hill big time!!!!!

Ordered food at 22:50 tonight and it arrived within 30 minutes but Donna was cold. Place is a joke staff don’t care

Pizza is the nicest around and the delivery is so quick sometimes I wonder if they pay someone to sit outside my house with a pizza in case I order one 🤣

This pizza place has gone down hill rapidly used to be lovely but now you can’t even get a properly cooked pizza still cold in the middle. Phoned up and they said they will be a hour. I don’t think that is good enough. I walk passed there a good few times during the week next time I’ll popping in and I won’t be so pleasant 😡😡😡

Delivery went to wrong address since found out he was actually knocking next door.l went to collect it from the shop as l wasn't getting anywhere with them on the telephone.When l went to collect it l had to wait until the delivery driver came back in and he said it was my fault for not answering the door well l would have if he had actually got the right number.So no l wouldn't recommend this place if you want a delivery of food which is a shame as the pizza was nice.

Customer service is shocking sent me the wrong kebab then refused to drop a new one off . "Very busy" is what they keep saying. I am a regular here and i will not be returning!

Ordered pizza and specifically asked for no chicken on a meat feast. The pizza arrived and my son instantly had a reaction. Phoned to tell them so that this doesn’t happen again . The attitude was disgusting basically got called a liar Have always gone there but won’t be going again

Got burger and chips had 1 mouthfull of chips and spat out tasted absolutely foul needles to say i didnt touch the burger threw it away spent 3 days violently vomiting from both ends. Not very good customer service either avoid at all costs.

Double deal pizza with chips has gone up from £19 to £23.40 but now the pizza is really greasy and the base not cooked properly, leaving me chewing semi-raw pizza dough. Their only redeeming feature was the price but now they are not cheap any more and the quality is worse.

Totally good pizza at uncommonly good prices.

Small order took over an hour to arrive. Chips were cold and soggy....went straight in the bin. Lukewarm donner meat. The hottest part of the order was the chilli sauce! Absolute waste of money and time.

Wouldn't even let me order a take away though only 2.97 miles away... sorry we don't deliver to Prescot. Suit yourself!

Ordered on just eat to have my order declined 35 minutes later phoned them up to ask why and they couldn't tell me then they said can re order it and it would be a other 45 minutes!!!!! Got to be the worst service you could possibly get!!!!!!!!!

Ordered from here a few times. Sometimes the meal is excellent quality and leaves you wanting to go back other times it's like they scooped the pizza from the floor and threw it in a box. The price is cheap compared to some companies like dominoes, but like I say if they get the quality right all the time it would be a great place.

Pizza tasted lovely bought fried chicken and mixed kebab. Will not be ordering from here again the chicken was awful just coating and fat and my chicken on pitta was greasy and didn't taste like fresh chicken

Very good food, very clean, very varied menu and do great grilled baguettes... nice for a pizza shop to have healthy options... polite people too.
