Ordered over the phone or I would leave the review on just eat I got over charged, chips were vile bearly cooked and then given wrong change after already being bumped. Not happy ordered from here loads never been this bad like just let me down tha an to top it off no garlic bread after spending 18.50 on two kids meals and dessert

Chips hard, stale and cold. Donner wrap was flavourless and cold. Garlic bread was hard. Special instructions were not followed as wraps had red onion on and not labelled. Overall, extremely poor.

Pizza was gorgeous, kebabs were lovely and all the order notes were read and taken into consideration- will definitely order again

We have ordered from this place loads recently but tonight they got our order wrong and refused point blank to fix it. Even after sending their delivery driver back who asked me to give him the incorrect items back which at this point were in my bin. So what would they have done if I had given them back? Taken them to the right house after they had been in a strangers bin? I am so disappointed with them, we were loyal customers but I won’t be back

Wrap was lovely and Cheesy was dot on. Spring rolls were spicy so beware if your not a fan on spice. Came with free garlic bread which was boss. Thanks Pizza Ave👍

Ordered pizza in for family visiting.. a chunk off order was missing.. we spoke to female delivery driver she said she would try fix but to call to query it too so we did.. pizza ave sent out missing part off order asap.. they were really helpful and understanding as mistakes can happen.. would order from these again as they have the people skills to fix things but also have nice fresh food and it shows they care.. thank you for the order.. My food was cold and when I phoned the shop they hung up on me and then wouldn’t answer, I’ve ordered from this takeaway many times and never had an issue , but I want a refund of nearly £20 as I’m not paying delivery for cold food and disrespectful staff

Definitely never again and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place 3 pizzas where all over the box’s like they had been thrown in chips where disgusting like they were days old and to top it off my drink where in a bag and all 3 cans had leaked as if the where dropped on floor all straight in the bin so I hope you enjoy the money I have spent coz it’s defo the last shouldn’t be in business with serving food like that

Use this place often but this was a little below normal standard. Calzone a little over done, a bit crispy and short of filling. Also didn't receive the free garlic bread. Well worth another chance based on previous standards.

Flavours lovely on the Folded Donner, however I ordered the largest 18inch to share, very little Donner meat inside for price paid.

From ordering it and getting to my door I'd say it took 30mins which can't complain, the delivery driver didn't seem like he wasn't in good mood but food for the price was 5/5.

I've ordered from her a number of times and never had an issue, till now the last two deliveries have been luke warm at best, meaning I've had to fire the oven up kinda defeats the idea of getting food delivered, having said that, the pizza was as nice as ever,

Delivery man was RUDE, phoned me abruptly saying he had been outside my house for 10 minutes knocking and I was ignoring him but he was knocking at the house opposite. 12 inch Doner calzone had tiny piece of meat on about 4 pieces the rest was just cheese. Waste of £25! Definitely Wont be returning

Food room ages, especially given how early in the evening we ordered. The food was freezing and such poor quality. "Sausage" on the pizza was just thinly sliced hot dog. Quality of ingredients was generally quite poor and there's not a chance I'd order from here again

So very disappointed. Food was good as usual but driver couldn't find us & couldn't communicate where he actually was. Turns out he wasn't even in our road !! No wonder he couldn't find house number !! I had to try and find him. So disappointed and had to pay for delivery might as well have gone to the shop myself but again food was good

you know what these guys are absolutely fantastic there was a slight issue with our order but after a brief call with the pizzeria they had corrected it and replaced the pizza within 7 minutes of putting the phone down, will definitely continue to do business with them A+++

Driver came half an hour before scheduled ETA, didn’t ring the doorbell then like a moody teenager rang me to say he’d been sat there for 10 minutes, I was sat 3 feet from the front door with 3 people and a dog that didn’t hear his goldfish tapping the bowl level of knocking, food was great as per but would be nice if I didn’t get my head bit off because a driver doesn’t know what a door bell is.

The southern fried chicken wasn’t very nice, was overcooked and tasted odd so didn’t eat it, kebab was average. Free garlic bread was very tasty though. Pizza was ok.
