Papa John's in Bromley

I ordered a pizza with cauliflower wings today 4th November 2022. I placed my order at 16:25 my order got confirmed 16:26. It didn't arrive to my home until 17:40 and it was cold. My son said it tastes weird. When I tasted it and the cauliflower wings it tastes like its been sitting there for ages. No email call or text to say they were delayed. They don't answer the phone they keep cutting it off. The food has gone in the bin as we ended up ordering Morleys. They don't even have the decency to reply to my email nor answer my call so I can get a refund. WHAT A DISGRACE. They obviously don't want to refund me the thieves 😒

After over an hour of waiting I called up and was told that my order “didn’t show up on their system”, even though they then managed to find it. I was then told that my order was made a priority and will be delivered in 30mins. I called again to cancel the order after waiting for another hour but was told that there’s nothing they can do. I waited a further 1 hour for it to arrive, by which point everyone was going to bed. The food arrived cold and the ice cream melted. Terrible service.

Ordered at 6-15 arrived at8-15 pm. Not amused. I phoned pets wood shop after an hour and they said driver had knocked on the door and no one was in. We have a camera on our front door. No one had knocked or been to our door. Shop said they would contact driver ( who had probably gone to wrong address) waited almost another hour, Pizza was barely warm when it arrived, had to put it in our oven for 20 mins. Not impressed at all. Waste of £28

Worst pizza I've ever had cold the second one wasn't much better

Ordered a large beef brisket pizza with emphasis being that the beef brisket was placed around the pizza at its absolute minimum. Not sure if I would order from there again I was not impressed.

Once again an awesome pizza. Not the least expensive options here - but the pizza is so good it's worth it.

Desperately disappointing for the price. We thought we'd try Papa John's to see if the quality was better versus other pizza delivery chains, but it wasn't. The pizza was dry, not big enough, not hot enough and the toppings were sparsely scattered across only the centre of the pizza. Really, really poor. There's much better value elsewhere.

Ordered for 18.35 and food arrived at 15.30. Took 15 min with delivery man and "boss on phone " to explain it was correct order at wrong time. Phone connection and English was not not great. Order was eventually resent at the correct time. No offer for 15 min of inconvenience was made by supplier. Food was fine and delivery too - just someone not paying attention to order.

Not enough food for the price, especially the potatoe wedges, nearly £5 for what must be less than 1/2 a potatoe! Trying to get in contact with someone to help but the just eat chat functionality is rubbish!!

Food was starting to get late so I checked the app which said the food had been delivered. When I rang I kept being put on hold without being asked to wait, not a good idea when someone is calling about food not being delivered. Had been told my food had not been made and someone had delivered it on their system, they made and delivered my order within half an hour of me calling and the food was hot and pretty good. I would have rather paid for food and got it on time then get free food super late

I love Papa John's pizza. Only complaint I ever had was that sometimes the dough was a little undercooked. This time I asked them to leave it in a few more minutes, and it arrived perfect. Crunchy toppings and cooked dough. Sadly, the buffalo wings I ordered were too buttery, the chicken poppers were soggy and the wedges had some bad potatoes in them (one green, one black, rest soggy). Overall, I'm happy, but the sides were very disappointing.

I love your food but half of my pizza was on the lid on this occasion.

The only thing that i think you guys could have done better with was the jalapeños bites and the wdges by cooking them a little longer, but other than that it was great

Deliverd to an old address even though it was clear it was ordered to the correct address. Customer service was poor from papa John's.

Era uno de esos perezoso domingo es cuando mi compañero decidimos pedir una pizza para entrega a domicilio, ninguno de nosotros pudo te apetece cocinar y que no habíamos pedido de ellos por un tiempo. Todos los pedidos en línea es realmente fácil y rápido. Sin embargo, tras refrescante el estatus de nuestra orden 30 minutos más tarde, decía "golosinas" pero no había recibido nada. Tras otros 10 minutos nos decidimos a llamarles y encontrar lo que pasaba, ten en mente, el salir en a sólo 10-15 minutos en coche. indicado mi compañero nuestro número de pedido y fue entonces en suspenso por 7 minutos antes me colgó y llamado nuevo. Esta orden era ahora una hora tarde! Una vez llamó volver otra vez le dijeron que 5 minutos, sin explicación y ni una disculpa. El hombre de entrega en realidad llegamos 6-7 minutos más tarde, también con una explicación o disculpa, No hace falta decir que, no dar una propina en esta ocasión. La razón ha sido clasificado pobre en vez de terrible es porque la comida era la calidad media de pizza de comida para llevar, excepto menos grasa que está muy bien y la relación calidad-precio es muy buena si lo miras un código voucher, que parecen tener mucho. Hemos hecho una queja formal de Papa John's y están esperando para oír. Espero recibir algún tipo de compensación, tales como una comida gratis o algo así. Esto podría canjearlos en mi opinión.

Have used them a number of times and the food has arrived within 30mins and Piping hot. Very friendly delivery guy too. Will definitely continue to use.
