Domino's Pizza in Bromley

Had to call the restaurant as I had to wait for a while to receive my food as the driver was struggling to find my flat. The lady working today 12/02/24 was very lovely and apologetic about the situation and offered to give me some extra sides as I had to come collect from the restaurant in the end.

The pizza I like is ham and pineapple,also having garlic bread with cheese,I drink coca cola aka coke.

Pizza was great - staff was even better!

Food is always good, always. However it’s one thing to keep dumping garlic sauces on customers that don’t ask for it, it’s another to consistently give out large garlic instead of large bbq that I had ordered. Are domino’s staff trained to do this? I find it everywhere, it takes nothing away from the pizza, but you can’t enjoy it the same with a dip you didn’t want and don’t like, time and time again…it’s a domino’s thing…why? #GiveUsTheSaucesWePayFor #garlicdipobsolete

Went in today to order, walked in a man was at till. I said hi, no response, he was stood scrolling on his phone. I said hello, a young girl came from the back to take my order. The man finally looks up, looking at me as if to say what do you want. I walked out without ordering. Very bad customer service.

Pizza gave me and family food poisoning.

Can't eat in and extremely small, but dominos...so lovely food, regardless.

They don’t deliver the pizzas, absolute rubbish service. Has happened twice now, had to get refunded.

Spoke too Kirsty but she was incompetent and no help,and really could not be bothered too resolve my issue.Sad.Will use masons hill in future,refund promised not received yet.

Arrived quickly enough but the pizza looked like it had been cremated. I'd got a double decadence but the cheese had leaked out and there wasnt much of it so the base was like cardboard. I ended up binning it, worst pizza I've had in quite some time.

Severly undercooked cookies, gave me food poisoning

Really poor. Order placed for delivery but no drivers. When the pizza did arrive absolutely cold and inedible. Dominoes have failed!

I ordered pizza from domino’s Bromley high street it took 2 hours and they didn’t deliver when I called to ask about the order first they said oh we can’t find your order after they said your order left shop 35 minutes ago, I spoke to someone called Andi which was very arrogant and unhelpful! Never order again from this store horrible service

Absolutely dreadful service from this branch, never ordering again. The first pizza that got delivered was all over the place and not in the correct form (destroyed). Spoke to the manager and she said they will redeliver and make sure this will not happen again in 15 minutes. 15 minutes passed and still nothing delivered, after waiting 25 minutes I have another delivery driver at my door who was the exact same person who delivered the first time round. This time I opened it right infront of him, where he promised nothing will be wrong with this one, his excuse was that there was someone new at the branch. What do you know! This pizza was also destroyed and all over the place. I called the branch up again and the manager lanette or whatever her name was did not provide any help at all, she only apologised knowing that this has happened again, did not even offer an incentive for the convenience they had caused. I asked her for a full refund, which I am still awaiting to get. Horrible service and horrible attitude. Will not recommend to order from this branch as they do not look after you when they mess up an order especially when they mess up twice.

Absolutely appalling costumer service, both by the manager and the delivery driver. I'm not commenting on food, as they prepare it by default instructions, but the place itself has some awful disrespectful, arrogant people in there. Will not use ever again!!

Hi picked up a chicken pizza yesterday. Was charged £9.99 and had only 5 small pieces or strips of chicken on it. When called back some joker says bring it back for a refund. Seriously had hell lot of olives on it but had to dig in it for chicken. Come on to support local business u have to stand by. Completely waste of time and money.

After waiting for more than two hours, I had to cancel my order due to needing to eat. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

Terrible, The app said it was cooked after 5 mins and then just kept warm for over an hour whilst being prepared for delivery. Waited for an hour then had to phone the store to ask where it was. They said it was now out for delivery. Waited another 20 minutes for the driver to drive round with our cold pizza to make it extra cold and never got the pizza in the end. 1hr 30 wasted, no pizza and still hungry. I would avoid using a delivery form here. They have just lost another customer

Payed 26 pound in food they took the money out of my account and then when I rung they said they didn’t get the order so there was nothing they could do even though I had proof of the order they said they couldn’t refund me and they wouldn’t send me the food and that I would have to pay again to get the food and when I spoke to the Manager she was so rude they robbed me for my money and it will be taken further don’t order from this store they haven’t got a clue what there doing.

I just ordered pizza for £14.99 (9.5’’) and I got only small pizza with 6 pieces instead! I mean it is ridiculous to pay £14.99 and get small pizza!

We had a small issue with one of our orders through this dominos but Charlie the manager of this branch was extremely professional with dealing with this matter and did his best to make sure we were happy.

Ordered Mighty Meaty for delivery, arrived quickly and was very nice.

Ordered Domino pizza tonight as a treat. After waiting over 2 and a half hours we had to collect our order as they had no drivers to deliver, although they didn’t say that when ordering. When I complained on the phone I was told I would get a discount for going to pick it up and that the pizza would be recooked. Neither happened. We were told there is no discount for picking up and when we got home it looked like the pizza had been cooked 2hrs ago which it had and the sides ie chicken strippers etc were cold. The staff at Domino’s couldn’t have cared less. Really disappointed.

Ordered a pizza, side & drink for delivery. It took twice the time they said it would and then the side and drink were both wrong! Tried to call the store but it was engaged everytime (and I tried multiple times over 15 minutes) so in the end I gave up, had the side and gave away the drink.

Visit here all the time and excellent food every time!!

Always delivers quickly. Great fresh pizza

The only reason I order for dominos is because of their chocolate brownies. I am absolutely devastated because they no longer sell these delicious, mouth watering, rich, creamy, chocolate chip brownies! As you can imagine how delicious these brownies were even though you may not of had the chance of ordering one, THEY WERE THE BEST! but I’m afraid now you do not have the chance to try one of the brownies as dominos has taken them off their menu!

Don't know about the food quality, I tried to order over the phone I had ordered already a free pizza and had problems paying for a second and wanted to sort it out but was left on hold for a while so I hung up, the person asking me if I would like to stay on the phone didn't wait for my answer. I am sure they are ok seem to be under staffed though. I didn't bother picking up the free one either.

Very good service and they always have deals on collection. Toppings where plentiful and fresh. Will recommend

Después de ordenar un ardiente los vegetarianos sin queso sizzler llegó con queso y pollo. No siendo que soy vegetariana tenía que ir directamente a la basura. Después de probar a llamar a la tienda no podían descuidada así que esta será la última vez que vuelva a ser de nuevo comer de Dominos. Una pérdida enorme de tiempo y dinero. Muy decepcionado.

I've just been waiting over 1.5h for pizza delivery. After calling the domino's they couldn't find my order for 10 minutes even though I told them enough information. They refused to give me the discount as they said it wasn't their fault! Ridiculous. Not nice experience. Remember guest is always right.

Ordenados. . . . Esperamos más de una hora son comida. . . Llamar dominos dijo que deben estar allí en un segundo. . . . Recibí una llamada telefónica del conductor diciendo que permanecer fuera de la casa son. . . Él estaba en Wen sydenham son código se 6. . . . En la cima de esa hora n medio después llegamos son pizza congelada y 2 lados. . . Tuve que buscara el pesebre por 3 días y me dijeron son próximo pedido sería gratis. . . Entonces cuando llamamos para pedir que me dijo que no había tales notas. . . . Por lo que pagamos y llegan tarde de nuevo la pizza. . . . Luego me buscara el pesebre de nuevo para decirnos que puede tener una pizza gratis sólo hoy. . . . Así pasamos casi 40 libras. . Dicho esto nunca ordenados que utilizamos para regular cada semana los compradores ahora pedir Pizza Hut

Been here many times with friends, very quick and easy to order and collect. Always have great offers on so not too expensive with offers. Great pizzas and sides, definitely my favourite takeaway pizza place.

Everyone loves Domino's Pizza. Order online with a deal. Delivered in about 40 minutes. Always forget to order dip though.... don't forget dip!

Love the app. Very easy to use and order, with order tracking system so you'll know exactly when your order will be arriving. Pizza comes really hot, fresh and delicious. Driver is super polite and courteous. Delivery is fast.

Dominoes pizza is good if you have a voucher - quick delivery - the garlic bread is especially nice - lovely side dishes too

Same as every other Domino's, good choice, good value if using the deals and the half and half option is magic.

Fast service. Good and fair price. Excelent and tasty pizza. A good option when you dont have enough time to get to a pizzeria. My sugestion is the Pepperoni passion pizza.

Uma ótima opção para ir se estiveres com crianças. O pessoal providencia entretenimento enquanto esperam pela comida, o que ajuda principalmente apos um dia inteiro de caminhada! Os menus vem com opções especiais para os pequenos, a quantidade de comida é menor e vem ainda com sobremesa.

This Dominos does not offer some of the better Dominos deals which are available from nearby stores in Catford and Croydon (notably the "Feed 4 for £5" deal). It also has a limited selection of toppings compared to many other Dominos and does not offer items such as spinach and feta cheese. I have never had any problems with delivery or the the quality of the food but the missing deals and poor topping selection mean that it does not meet the standards I expect from a Dominos.

Just your standard cheap pizza takeaway.
