Food was all hot when it arrived, chips were fries, but again hot and they were OK, they tasted a bit like when you reheat fries but we prefer fries with pizza anyway. Didn’t order garlic bread, so that was a mistake (note to self, always order it, if you want leftovers!) 15in pizza for two of us we ate in one seating, no leftovers for us! Pizza was hot, cheesy, not massive, pepperoni was nice, not crispy, base was a little chewy for our preference. Would recommend if you live close by, we have similar ones closer.

Alright, listen up. If you're thinking about ordering from Pizza On Demand in Beckenham, just don't. This wasn't just a bad experience—it was a catastrophe. This is the worst excuse for pizza I’ve ever encountered, and I wouldn’t even inflict it on my worst enemy. First, the delivery took forever. By the time the pizza arrived, the box was soggy and leaking grease. A promising start? I don't think so. It was a clear warning sign of the disaster waiting inside. Opening the box was like uncovering a crime scene. They claim it’s a wood-fired oven, and sure, maybe it is. But this pizza looked and tasted like it had been incinerated in a pile of charcoals. The dough was rock hard, like it had been baked sometime last year. You'd need a chisel and a strong jaw to make a dent in it. The toppings? Laughable. What little there was had been carelessly thrown on and left to burn along with the crust. The cheese was rubbery, the vegetables shriveled like they’d been plucked from last week’s trash, and the meat tasted so off I couldn't stomach more than a bite. I don’t buy the positive reviews this place supposedly has. They must be fake because no one with functional taste buds would find anything redeeming about this garbage. I tried to reach out to the restaurant to express my concerns, but the staff? They were dismissive and rude. Clearly, customer service is as foreign to them as the concept of decent food. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. There are plenty of better options in Beckenham that actually understand how to make pizza. Don’t waste your time or money on this pathetic excuse for a pizzeria.

They got the orders wrong on our pizza bases which was a shame - otherwise 10/10 as always’

The owner or whoever is the person who put his number to contact him, I just want to let you know, he’s not able and smart enough to answer normal questions. Very low quality of food and very low service .

Was hot and Tasty NO dip included with the pizza anymore (whats going on) at the price the pizza's are it should include a dip so you lost a star because of this. Come on don't be tight.

Food was cold and it tasted really odd.

This place I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy they swearing at me down the phone don't deliver your order they then asked me to pay the full amount again to receive any food. The driver said he delivered to a guy with a hand tattoo that I don't have and then when I told them I have no hand tattoo they said they got confused and maybe he didn't have a hand tattoo. The driver also said my house had a car on the drive outside what we don't have either. They refused a refund due to no food and when I offered to show them the video doorbell of nobody delivering any items then accused me of tampering with my doorbell footage.

Food was very good hot and tasty, just not sure why on an order of over £30 you still feel the need to charge a delivery fee? and £1.20 per extra topping bit high for the amount of topping you put on.

Ordered the meal deal for one . Cardboard greasy pizza which was just about edible, but the wings went straight in the bin as they were rubbery and horrible. I wouldn’t order again, an oven pizza is better quality

I only ate one slice, it was horrible, not what i was expecting and i was starving so to be able to leave a whole pizza tells you a lot. I was not expecting lots of different meat and the bits of Doner meat were like rubber, reminded me of tinned dog food. Base was not cooked properly either. Sadly it went in the bin.

Picked up a pizza when passing, didn't expect much. Service was a little slow. But worth the wait, pizza was really good. Better than pizza hut or papa johns. And it was relatively cheap.

Delicious and hot pizza as always would highly recommend to try out their food specially meat feast vegetarian hot pizzas with thin crust don’t forget to try their side orders as well nuggets and hot wings . Great service friendly staff and very fast delivery I will try out their other menu items as well for sure

Love the pizza here! Always tastes great and the delivery is never late. The only real criticism I have is that the pizza quality tends to be better in the daytime than at night, but even still none goes to waste. 5/5!

The food was ok to eat I would say the food is over priced like why would u pay £8.30 for a spag bowel when u can just do it at home or even have a microwave meal at home for cheaper but making my own pizza was nice and if came right on time

These guys used to be the best there stuff crust beat any pizza place I have ever had but last few times I've ordered it's basically a hollow crust with a hint of cheese sadly this will be the last time I order maybe they will go back to there roots in the future but for now I'm done

I was looking forward to trying this place after seeing mostly good reviews but ended up very disappointed! States the pizzas are handmade, when the dough is clearly frozen and cheap toppings. The “mozzarella” cheese was cheddar. Small portion. Not worth the money

Everything was OK except with the sauce that I order was slightly open and spoil all my potato wedges.

After placing my order online I phoned them to change the time. The line was noisy and choppy but I managed to get it changed. I made the order at 16.54 and asked to be delivered to 19.00. Well after my dinner turns up nearly 20 mins late we sat down to eat what I can only describe as a slightly cheesy frisbee. The pizzas were a disgrace. The hot wings were clearly from Iceland or some other cheap supermarket and the garlic bread was so bad that even our dog didn't want it. Back to the pizzas, Aldi have a much better quality and range of oven pizza for less than £3, so I'm confused as to how this shop can charge over £26 for what was basically bad prison food. Please do not eat from this place.

I don't know what's happened but the pizza dough has been rubbish the last two times we have ordered, it's like they're using cheap frozen pre-made pizza bases. It's so disappointing as I remember it being much nicer before.
