Domino's Pizza in Bromley

Really disappointing experience. Delivery times have been getting worse but on app showing as 24-34 mins, would never have ordered if 1 hour which is what I took. From tracker food was ready at shop for 20 minutes before leaving, further 20 minutes in delivery time where I could see driver making other delivery on tracker and static for 10+ mins. Eventually called the shop to be told someone wasn’t answering door-no proactive communication from shop or driver. I asked why it was ok my food was sat going cold in drivers car-no response. Half hearted apology and promised immediately on way-further 10+ mins for at best 2 min drive. No apology from driver. Food cold. I phoned and requested refund. Think we’ll be going back to papa John’s in Sevenoaks. Wouldn’t have requested refund if any sense of genuine apology from staff.

I ordered from Just Eat, ordered the Pepperoni Passion Pizza which was £12 plus almost £4 delivery cost and only 7'', while there was the same Pizza but 13.5'' for the same price??? The SCAM is ridiculous. The Pizza was smaller than my Hand. My Husband called them to let them know about their shady Just Eat Page, luckily we'll be getting a free Large Pepperoni Pizza next time. Nice Service but horrible Menu Layout and Prices. Quick Delivery and the Pizza was great.

I ordered for my family, prices have gone up massively, ended up paying about £50 for 3 people including a gluten free that had beef on it so it couldn’t be eaten. Got offered a remake that took 50 minutes to arrive and arrived cold too. Won’t be ordering from dominos again.

went into domino’s today and had a lovely talk with Amadeus and Thea, such a lovely atmosphere and you could tell they put effort into the makings of the food. overall the food was amazing and not too badly priced!

Why can’t people, and companies, keep to their high standards? Why do we have to be cheated again and again under the “wide umbrella” of austerity? Not only prices go up, but sizes have gone down dramatically! This is what happened also with this Domino branch in Biggin Hill: we ordered 2 large pizzas and a dip, which would have come to £60 (!!!?!) if it wasn’t for the so called “offer” of 50%. Happily took the pizzas home just to find out that they have shrunken to what used to be, in the not too distant past, a “medium” size. Shame on you, Domino!! Next time we shall eat home-made and baked pizza.

my pizza had hardly any cheese on it and the delivery was late

My daughter and I were so disappointed after planning a film and pizza night. Her pizza was more like thin, crisp flatbread with loads of pepperoni and hardly any cheese. Mine was a sloppy, veggie, undercooked mess. We only had a slice each and didn't finish that! Looked and tasted unappealing. I was too upset to call and complain. A waste of money (£17), and dampened our evening. Not sure if some of the staff were being trained, I don't feel they were being supersivised properly as they were preparing pizza with ungloved hands as well as checking their phones or playing with their hair, picking at their skin, in between. Not impressed. Though my nearest store, I won't be going back in a hurry.

Food was in quality inspection for such a long time. The food was cold the pizza had the middle missing of toppings. The cookies burnt. Not much was edable. Mostly thrown away I was offered 50 % refund and told its because Westerham Hill is closed. We live in Biggin Hill.

It's more hit than miss, I just wish it was a bit more consistent and a bit gutted that we have to collect because we live smack bang in the middle of this one and the one in Sevenoaks and neither deliver. Considering we get there in under 10 mins, I think Dominos HQ need to review the policy in our area. It especially pi55es me off because they deliver to two of my neighbours (3 second walk to one, 10 second walk to the other) but refuse to deliver to us - another inconsistency.

Take away off course, but two things have happened since the pandemic. The pizzas have gotten much better value. But also, they've gotten much better pizzas. So worth giving them another chance, its a dramatic improvement over a few years ago.

Very good - better if there were some chairs to sit on while you wait!

I ordered pizza for my family which included gluten free pizza for my son. It arrived on time but the gluten free pizza was burnt and inedible. I phoned the Biggin Hill branch back to complain, requesting a new pizza. Only to be told my 7 yr old son, who suffers enough with having to deal with allergies, would have to wait a further 45 min. The female duty manager refused to give me a refund and stated I was getting a free pizza. I said it's not free I've paid for it. I would not be paying for the burnt one and shall be returning it to the driver. She explained she could only give me a pizza or refund, not both. I said that I would need the pizza to feed my son, so I had no choice. I asked what the delivery time frame is before a refund is considered, as I would be waiting from the time I made my original order -of an ediable gluten free pizza-as what I received certainly wasn't what I ordered. She stated that the time would reset from the new order. I disagreed, I was still waiting for an ediable pizza from the first order. Adamant that she wouldn't provide any form of compensation for the inconvenience, I asked for her name so I could take the issue further. She refused to provide her name. A customer lost.

Total waste of money… We live 4 minutes away but delivery took 40 mins, and we had time bin their nachos, they were burnt and disgusting. We’ll not do it again

Worst pizza I've ever had delivered. If I was served that in a restaurant I'd have sent it back. I ended up throwing it in the bin. Half and half where one was pesto veg with extra cheese. It actually arrived with literally no cheese and so much pesto I couldn't taste anything else. The other half tikka spicy, the crust was hollow and dry, no do was going to make that edible. It went in the bin. The pepperoni dough twists were dull and tasteless. I will never order from here again, better off going to the supermarket and cooking one yourself. I usually use another dominos and they are good. This one is useless

Probably the worst dominos I've had. Asked for extra cheese and didn't get it. My usualy local does and excellent veg pesto but this was terrible, way too much pesto can't taste anything else. Crust dry and has gone in the bin. The pepperoni dough things are awful and tasteless. Wouldn't order at this one again.

Overrall good pizza, but they're constantly cross-contaminating food. If you're alergic to something, please do not order from here. I always order the same pizza and multiple times have had pieces of mushroom, ham, or pepper which have been dropped onto my pizza that I did not order.

Ordered 3 pizzas tonight for collection. They made a simple, easy-to-do, but significant error with one of the three. I didn't realise until I got home. I called them. Got a lovely and immediate response. Replacement pizza ready within 10 minutes and the offer for free delivery. Mistakes happen. Dealing with them is what differentiates good service from bad and I was very impressed with today's response. Thank you.

Ridiculously low levels of service, order a pizza via the app (estimated 30 mins delivery) for the and after 50 minutes was still waiting with the kids hungry, I phoned as I had seen a car driving away and noticed the app had changed to delivered, I was assured by the person answering the telephone that the app was glitching the pizza hadn’t been delivered and it was still on its way, after another 15 minutes passed and still no sign so I called again and said I wasn’t convinced it hadn’t been delivered to the wrong place only for the person to finally bother checking with the driver who had apparently failed to open a simple latch in the dark so put the pizzas on the stone floor and driven off, Where it stood for about 20 minutes at 9.45pm with potentially all sorts crawling around it. Called the manager explained clearly the situation that it was unacceptable what had happened, including the mis information when I called the first time and asked him what could be done about it, His words, It’s not there problem to call me despite the fact that other delivery drivers including others from dominos had made a quick phone call if they ever struggle to find us in the dark, and that there app does glitch , and that there phone employee had given the wrong information to me because they are bot actually in contact with there drivers. But despite all those reasons all he could do was put a £5 coupon on my address , despite a spoiled order worth £25. I told him several times that that was ridiculous but apparently it’s there policy that if they struggle To deliver they can just leave it on the floor. (Really??) So no offer to redeliver or refund just an offer of a 20% refund of my money for the floor pizza they delivered. Then when I insisted it wasn’t good enough, the manager played you “don’t speak to me like that” card. All round shocking service and I’m sure many lies were told tonight about what the actual policy is.

Ordered food for family at 17:55, now 20:30 and still no sign of our order. Called at 19:25 and was told order was on the way, we only live 10 minutes from the store. Will not order from here again after this episode.

I would love to give 5 stars because the staff are great and the garlic bread is airways incredible, however, the pizza has never been great. Either lacking cheese, lacking heat, lacking toppings etc but not that bad that I wouldn't re visit. I'm just hoping it's just because I've ordered at the wrong times and that usually the pizza is just as great as the rest of the meal. No complaints though.

How was my visit to Dominos Pizza? Shut as expected as I drove through Biggin Hill at 4 am !

Ordered food at 18.09, online. Have an account with them, always have delivered. Should have been delivered by 19.00hrs. Checked online , now on collection only!?! Strange. Phoned shop, spoke to a girl, who answered with “what do you want” explained the situation, she grunted and reluctantly said she would get them remade and sent out as by now they had been sitting 8n the shop for 30 minutes. Gave her my address 4 times, plus post code twice. She confirmed the road, and then advised 30-45 minutes delivery. They never turned up, the driver phoned bu due to call minder didn’t follow instructions and therefore no call accepted. He apparently found the house, but there was no answer !?! Strange as I have 4 big dogs who bark at anything. Didn’t come here at all. I rang the branch. To be told they would contact the driver, but they couldn’t. So pizzas arrived back at store. Spoke to Ryan, who apparently was the assistant manager. He then refused to send the pizzas back out until he had explained what had happened, holding my food hostage !!! I told him to send them back whilst he was explaining, he refused. He also explained that I had told the girl the wrong address!?!? I think I may know where I live !!!, have lived here for 27 years !!! Told him as it was now 9.00pm, wanted full refund with compensation for the disgusting way I was treated and that due to the branches incompetences we now had no food!!! He could not have cared less, he was arrogant, rude and above all, should not be working with the general public. The refund they say will take 7 days !!!! Should be automatic in these circumstances, would not give the area managers number either. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Refused to give me the order number as claimed it didn’t exist. So now trying to reclaim my £37. Dominos head office would be ashamed.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The pizza always arrives hot and fresh, and so do any side dishes. My only grumble is the cost of the side dishes, which are very expensive.

20 minutes late, brought my cheeseburger deluxe without any sauces on the top and 3 slices of gherkin, second pizza was ordered half cheese and tomato - half tandoori, or should have been because 3/4 was tandoori instead. Hawaii pizza had 3 pieces of pineapple on it and a little ham only. Next time I rather collect it from another branch, won't order from here again.

1st pizza came just cheesy and dough, no bbq base, second time fine, third time gave me the wrong order. Fourth time over an hour wait for 1 pizza. This franchise sucks

3 items delivered were ok but the second pizza was only fit for the bin. Simple suggestion would be to not mug off your customers when there are plenty of other options to chose from. Delivery girl was very pleasant and friendly. Won’t bother again.

Dominos is a big franchise and u would expect It to be nice anywhere u get it from but this one In biggin hill. Everytime I order from there I’ve had a really bad belly giving me the runs. Please Be careful . I won’t be using biggin hill one again that for sure. They can’t even cook the pizza properly very doughy not cook proper

Fast service, clean and friendly

Just had a couple of drinks very friendly staff. Warm atmosphere.

Can't complain, it's Dominoes for Gawds sake lol!! Really helpful as we arnt on the website down for delivery but they still deliver to our area.

Staff were friendly but the pizza base is constantly undercooked, almost raw dough like.. the toppings went nice and brown after I asked for it to be put back in the oven but the base was still floppy and had no texture to it.. shame

How can they get an 5 iteam delivery wrong, but its okay just wait for another 30mins to get the rest. After pairing £35 pounds for this the best they can do is we will deliver later. Selsdon Dominos are a joke, Sainsbury do a better pizza and it’s just next door unfortunately it’s a dam site cheaper and you’ve got to pick it up.

Poorly made pizza, hardly any cheese used for topping on 5 different pizza’s. Out of the five ordered only three turned up with the correct toppings.. The guy who answered the phone was not very Helpful. This Dominos repeatedly delivers food I correctley or just forgets to deliver items all together.

I'm a frequent customer of Dominoes and it has to be said this branch is by far the best for customer service and quality. The reason behind this is the fine gentleman by the name of Adam who is consistently helpful, friendly and willing to go above and beyond. This is especially impressive as I always make large complex orders and am known for making last minute changes. Once again let me highlight the impeccable service Adam provides!

The last time was ok...pizzas were not cremated or evidently uncaringly dumped in the box. However sometimes they turn up looking like something my dog might "deliver" to me in the garden...if not that then cremated or sometimes both for good measure :/ I dont know it the delivery drivers ragging the t**s off their little boy racer fiestas to get the food here quicker. There's no need for cremated pizza that you pay a decent amount for its not exactly the cheapest take away. Have a little more pride and compassion in making these pizzas guys. They are so yummy...if you can't cook them how they should be then do not work for dominos.

Matt who answers the phone is very nice and takes his time to listen (rarity) and is very polite. We had Daniel deliver to us who was also very polite and explained he was a little late due to being very busy and appolagised. Very good customer service apart from the guy who answer saying "hello dominos is closed" lol some people have it some don't. But the pizza Hot, with the toppings we wanted. What more do you want.

Always fast but that never effects the quality. Counter staff are polite and efficient, especially Shelby. They are happy to point out deals that save you money too. Piping hot and always as requested. Excellent.

The pizzas are always very tasty, hot & fresh. You pay for what you get..they're not cheap but look out for deals to get a discount. Friendly staff & you can book and pay online. Delivery is also an option.

Food is nice sometimes too greasy for my liking but it's okay for a quick dinner if you can't be bothered to cook!

I was stranded in the middle of a hill surrounded by farms and this was the pizza shop i could possibly find near me in the google maps; they managed to find me and deliver me pizza in the middle of no where; they where very helpful.. thanks for the great help you guys saved my day

The opening times on here are wrong they open at 11 everyday and close at 11 Monday to Saturday and 10 on Sunday. The food is amazing and the staff were friendly.
